This 50 square meter (approximately 550 square feet) fully air conditioned apartment is located on the 5th floor of a class Paris building with an elevator. Inside you'll find a practical layout, with each room is accessible from the main hallway.

When we first stepped into the Champagne apartment we were bowled over by the incredible Paris and Eiffel Tower views from each room and from the balcony. We joked that even empty it was one of the most unique apartments in Paris due to the straight on views of the Eiffel Tower, the Champs de Mars Gardens, the Café and shops below. 'Paris en tout sa splendeur!' Five months of careful remodeling and our Champagne apartment came to life!

The Champagne living room is beautiful day or night. While a few of our apartments have beautiful garden settings, for the most part we prefer apartments on higher floors with southern or westerly aspects.

The apartment offers free high speed internet, a great selection of guide books and free phone calls to most locations in the world. All of our apartments are non smoking.

Luxury and comfort are important to us
The living room has original parquet floors and is furnished with a long sofa (great for naps on relaxing afternoons) that converts to two single beds at night.

We found the old oil painting in Italy and the wooden Eiffel lamp in Paris. We love adding that special touch to each one of our apartments!

Sofa converts into separate, comfortable twin beds
We searched for years to find a supplier who could make a comfortable sofa that would convert into separate single beds. We finally found one in Northern Italy and have become one of their largest clients. The beds are excellent and comfortable; notice how the trundle pulls up to the height of the bed on the sofa, along with its own headboard.

The living room is compact, but feels very large because of the open aspect from three sets of French doors. We insist on the highest quality double glazing for all of doors and windows in our apartment, which means that you can hear a pin drop when you are in the apartment. Our guests tell us that they can't believe they are in the center of Paris after a wonderful night's sleep.

Find a full sized refrigerator-freezer, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher and even a cappuccino machine. The kitchen features loads of storage, granite countertops and every accessory you might need for preparing a gourmet meal. Shop at the local open markets or on the famous rue Cler and enjoy preparing meals in the comfort of your Paris Perfect kitchen.

The bedroom is charming and romantic, with the same high quality mattresses used by luxury hotels. The dual king bed has zip-together mattresses that can also be made up separately; just ask us. We love the antique style headboard and pelmet with linen curtains framing the bed and the little rabbit lamps on each bedside table.

There are plenty of storage cupboards and good lighting throughout the apartment. Importantly, all of the windows are the highest quality double glazing, so even though the apartment is in the middle of Paris, the apartment is extremely quiet.

Continue down the corridor and find the marble-tiled bathroom with double sinks and step-in shower. There is a washer/dryer in the closet and good storage. In fact the original 'grenier' - or ancient food storage cupboard -- is under the window. It's sealed up and stores towels now. This was the cold cupboard where Parisians (and the former occupant) kept food cool before the days of the refrigerator.

Next to the entryway is the powder room with toilet and small antique marble sink from Italy. It provides handy extra space if four people are getting ready to go out at the same time.

Nightfall in the most beautiful city in the world. Words cannot describe how special a beautiful view of La Grande Dame de Paris can be. When the magic light show starts after dark, our guests tell us they frequently stay up for another hour just to watch it again! You spend a lot to come to Paris, and having an unforgettable location and a view like this makes all the difference for a vacation of a lifetime. When you stay in a special apartment you find that you would rather enjoy your front seat view of La Grande Dame de Paris, or the Eiffel Tower, than go out to restaurants every night. When a soft drink can cost up to $15 at a restaurant, you will find the savings to be considerable by dining at home.

The beautiful Champs de Mars Gardens are just across the street. You'll love watching French families take their children and grandchildren to the old marionette theatre or the four playgrounds after school and on weekends. It's a taste of la vraie vie Francaise.

What better way to end a day than to take an evening stroll along the Seine to Place de la Concorde? We love the Left Bank, with its proximity to other charming arrondissements and its own abundance of monuments, restaurants and specialty stores. We especially love being so close to the Seine which divides Paris into the Left Bank -- known for fashion and artists-- from the Right Bank, where the more staid and business Paris is located, including the Marais to the East. When the sun starts to set along the river, we love to wind our way home to the 7th arrondissement with its 'village' atmosphere.
