Situated in the 7th arrondissement, on the left bank of the river Seine, this beautiful 645 square foot Paris vacation rental has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, balcony and a top location near the Eiffel Tower and its surrounding park. Find a long balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee and warm croissants from the pastry shop a few doors away. The location of this Paris vacation rental is superb in one of the most central and safest neighborhoods of Paris and surrounded by cafés, shops, restaurants and open markets.
Bedrooms
2 bedrooms; Sleeps up to 5 people. Master bedroom has a high-quality, extra-wide queen bed. The reading room/second bedroom has a queen bed that lifts up to the ceiling during the day. Also, there is a poof in the living room which converts to a single bed.

In the Neighborhood
- Ecole Militaire métro is 4 blocks; 4 blocks to Pont de l'Alma métro. Numerous bus lines.
- The Seine River is three blocks away and right near where the famous Bateau Mouche boat tours begin.
- Open Markets: Rue Cler is five blocks away, one of the best and most famous streets for food in Paris. Pont de l'Alma is a five-minutes walk and has the largest open market in Paris every Saturday morning. Merchants come from the country with wines, fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, pâtés, breads, even five types of escargots!
- You are seven blocks to the incredible Rodin Museum.
- You are six blocks to the golden dome of the Invalides, where Napoleon is buried, along with surrounding park.
- You are surrounded by restaurants that local Parisians go to, cafés, bistros and shops.

The apartment is next to the American Library, an institution in Paris, and across from an old elementary school built at the turn-of-the-century.

Et voilà! The same view a few minutes later, when the magic light show begins! This view can be seen every night on the hour for ten minutes. No matter how tired you or your children are, you will want to stay up and watch it an hour later!

The antique mahogany dining table has gold leaf accents. It expands to seat eight for dinner. There is a desk to the left of the fireplace and an antique dresser on the right.
Gorgeous Living Room of Our Paris Vacation Rental
Enter the piece de resistance of our Paris vacation rental and you know you're in Paris. The living room is a southwest facing double room and has two sets of French doors which open onto a sunny balcony. This room has beautiful, original oak parquet floors, a white marble fireplace, and mirror.
Special sliding panel doors of maple and sycamore were made to open up the room during the day and slide closed as needed, making a separate bedroom to sleep two.

Living Room with Cable TV and Free Internet Access
The TV (watch CNN or BBC news), dual standard DVD player (bring your favorite movies), and sound system make it a comfortable room for relaxing in after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. There is also free access to a wireless ADSL line for your computer, with secure password.
Practical Storage and Sleeping Solutions
A built-in closet provides extra hanging and storage space and the poof converts to a single bed at night.
Master Bedroom With Quality Bedding, Storage and Television
The master bedroom of our Paris rental has a large window that overlooks the inner courtyard of the building. The extra-wide queen bed is new with high quality mattress. There is a built-in closet with television above.
An important note: all of the windows are state-of-the-art double glazed, the same as used in luxury hotels. The apartment is located in the middle of this bustling city, but is extremely quiet for a good night's sleep.
Sunny Reading Room Overlooks the Quiet Courtyard
The apartment corridor widens to a reading room which becomes the second bedroom, to sleep one or two. This room is naturally lit by a large window in the corridor, overlooking the quiet courtyard of the building. This cozy room has built-in bookshelves, lamps, built-in closet and bed.
Reading Room / Second Bedroom in Our Chardonnay Rental
The reading room converts to a second bedroom at night, with a special queen-sized French bed which glides up to the ceiling during the day and easily pulls down at night. It's an excellent system with weights and sliding track, literally sliding up an down with one hand. Guests enjoy the fact that the bed is fully made up when they're ready to use it.
This is a perfect room for quiet reading or napping, as doors close it off from the entryway and master bedroom. And at night you can view the top of Paris' most visited monument, the Eiffel Tower.
Newly Remodeled Kitchen With Dishwaser
Apartment kitchen is newly remodeled with contemporary pale wood cabinets and pale granite worktops. A heavy sliding glass panel with simple, sandblasted design slides shut to close off the kitchen, providing an attractive feature when viewed from the living room.
The kitchen of our Paris vacation rental is fitted with all appliances: refrigerator-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and espresso machine. Dishes are from E. Dehellerin in Paris, the shop which furnishes all good restaurants. With a full array of cookware, you can shop the local markets and prepare your own gourmet meals.

The Master Bathroom has a full-size fixed shower and sink, tiled in beige limestone. The washer and dryer are in the closet next to the bathroom.

Enter our Parisian vacation rental to find the toilet on your left, with small sink for extra 'getting ready' room. It is tiled in white Carrara marble with a gray and pink geometric border. We found an antique marble bowl at an antique market in Italy, carried it back, and converted it into a beautiful little sink.
