Dine outside on warm nights and watch the magic light show every hour after dark for ten minutes. Our living room and bedrooms have shutters and blackout curtains, but our guests prefer to leave them open in order to fall asleep to this unforgettable view.

Enter this luxury 750 square foot Paris apartment rental on the cherished seventh floor, directly next to the staircase and elevator, and step into the luxurious, sun-filled and open living room and dining area. To your right is the open kitchen and to your left in front of the living room area are large French doors opening to the expansive balcony with its breathtaking views.

As you step past the dining area there is a door to your left to enter the master bedroom with en suite full bath, and a door to your right that leads down a short hallway to the back bedroom. Off this hallway is a small water closet with toilet and sink on your right, then a second full bathroom also on the right, then a door into the second bedroom.

The elegant living room opens to a fabulous south facing balcony. The living room is decorated in beiges and khaki tones with highlights in greens and russet pinks, and features an original white marble fireplace below a trumeau-style mirror, parquet floors, and decorative moldings.

We scour Paris for apartments with rare views and it can take years to locate one - but for our guests, it turns a vacation into a memory of a lifetime. We try to think of everything, from flat screen tv's, to dual standard DVD players, nespresso cappuccino machines, lots of lights for reading and comfortable furniture.

The spacious, sunny living room is excellent for enjoying the company of friends in beautiful and comfortable surroundings, or simply enjoy your time together - all part of a memorable vacation.

You'll find a flat-screen TV with cable TV and a dual standard DVD player so you can bring your favorite movies. Find a second flat-screen TV and dual standard DVD player in the master bedroom, so children can watch a movie while adults are enjoying a glass of wine together upstairs in the living room.

The living room also features a stereo, so bring your favorite CDs or choose from a small selection that we provide. You'll also find an antique oak desk and free high-speed Internet access so you can download emails and work while admiring the view.

Spacious Living Room with Comfortable Sofa Bed
The view from the balcony towards the living room, dining table and kitchen of our Chateau Latour accommodation in Paris, France. It's hard to describe the style and comfort in this beautiful apartment, especially when the sun comes pouring in during the afternoon.

The long sofa converts to two separate twin beds at night and was made for us in Italy; it is the best style we have ever found. The technology is excellent engineering: the sofa seat extends to full twin bed width and a second twin bed slides out from underneath with even a headboard that pulls up to raise the legs. Our guests love having the flexibility of two single beds in the living room, comfortable for every night sleeping. We prefer these long sofas to regular hide-a-beds because you can stretch out and catnap during the day - and have two separate beds for flexibility at night. Our silk curtains have blackout linings, but guests tell us they prefer to look out and enjoy the view until they fall asleep.

Dining Table Seats Six People
Having a kitchen and a dining area are among the many advantages of staying in a Paris apartment as you don't have to go out for every meal. You can enjoy eating with family and friends without having to get dressed up every evening. The French have mastered the art of ready-prepared dishes and foods, so you don't even have to cook to enjoy great French cuisine. Children love buying fresh warm croissants at the patisserie a few doors away each morning, or choosing a special dessert after lunch or dinner. Our guests tell us that shopping for croissants and desserts is the best part of their children's visit!

The open kitchen is right off the dining area and is stunning in and of itself with its sleek white cupboards contrasting plenty of granite-top counter space. You'll find a full-size refrigerator-freezer, oven and microwave, and four-burner stovetop top so you can cook to your heart's content. We stock our kitchens with white porcelain from Dehillerin, the company that supplies the finest restaurants in Paris. In addition, find an espresso machine, coffeepot, toaster and every accessory we think you might need to prepare gourmet meals.

Paris and la vie Parisienne revolves around food; the advantage to staying in this wonderful quartier is that there are 3 open markets nearby along with the famous rue Cler - you can shop for the freshest ingredients and already prepared dishes daily and enjoy dining at home, with the most romantic view in Paris.

Provencal-style Master Bedroom with En Suite
Step through the door on your left from the dining area into the large master bedroom situated at the front of our accommodation in Paris, France. Decorated in beiges, it features an extra wide queen bed with a painted antique headboard, two closets, and a desk and chair. The bed is new and of the highest quality and decorated in Provençal-style toile de jouy fabric. There is also a TV and dual standard DVD player so you watch your own movies or rent French ones nearby.

The en suite bath is ultra modern with pale beige Italian tile, a full size tub, and a sandblasted sliding glass entry door that you may want to leave open to enjoy the view through the exterior French door leading to the balcony. After all, this is Paris!

Sacré Cœur in the distance. It is extremely rare to have such a panoramic view of Paris from an apartment and you will love every minute of it.

Children Will Love the Carousel in Champ de Mars Park
This carousel is located in Champ de Mars park, which is practically right across the street from our Chateau Latour accommodation in Paris, France. Having a place close at hand where kids can have fun and burn off some energy is a major attraction to families visiting Paris, and it sure beats running around the lobby or up and down the halls of a hotel. There are four different playgrounds, mini-car tracks set up for kids to pedal around, a puppet theater to keep them entertained, and a bike rental. It's also great for taking a leisurely stroll after dinner and maybe join the crowd below the Eiffel Tower when it first lights up in the evening.

Food is an art form in Paris, and you'll find inviting sidewalk cafes, fabulous restaurants, and many open markets chock full of tasty offerings.

Mouth-Watering French Pastries
Mouth-watering French pastries are on display on every other block in this neighborhood, one of the many advantages of staying here. There is a delicious patisserie just a few doors away from our Chateau Latour accommodation. Purchase fresh-baked baguettes right before your meal and let your children select their favourite desserts. When asking for croissants, make sure they ask for croissants 'au beurre' made with real butter, rather than the cheaper ones made out of margarine.

Fresh Roses from the Nearby Open Markets
Wouldn't these beautiful roses look lovely placed around the Chateau Latour apartment? You'll spot many beautiful flowers artfully arranged in the open markets and flower shops dotted around the neighborhood and especially on rue Cler, which is two blocks away. You'll want to be sure to pick some up as a centerpiece for your dining table or simply to spread a little fragrance and color about. Just as plentiful are wine and cheese shops, stores selling chocolate, and just about anything else you could want. When you live in the 7th arrondissement, you don't have to go very far to find what you're looking for, one of the delights of living like a Parisian in a village-like community versus staying in a cookie-cutter hotel room.
