Clairette is a spacious 590-square-foot, one-bedroom Paris flat that easily accommodates up to four people in air-conditioned comfort. The apartment has been recently remodeled and we love the double living room, where the first half is reminiscent of a library with large armchairs facing the fireplace. The second half has a long sofa and armchair so there is room for everyone to relax. Located in the heart of this lively neighborhood, come home to stunning Eiffel Tower view from the living room and dining area at night. Stroll to world-famous museums and monuments, trendy cafés, boutiques, and restaurants and trend-setting fashion houses.

One bedroom; Sleeps up to 4. The bedroom features an extra-wide queen bed and French windows that open onto an inner courtyard. There is a high-quality sofa in the living room that easily converts into two comfortable single beds at night.

1 modern bathroom which features a large walk-in shower tiled in beige marble, modern sink and cabinet, toilet and heated towel rack. Hot Water Tank - 80 gallons, the largest available for residential use and a rarity in Paris.

In the Neighborhood
- Champ de Mars Park (1 min): This vast park is unmatched in Paris as there are few large parks in which to jog, walk, play basketball, and even rent bicycles to ride along its paths. It's wonderful to sit out and enjoy watching children at play and being entertained at the famous 'Guignols' puppet theater. The Eiffel Tower rises majestically at one end, and the stately Ecole Militaire guards the other.

- Rue Cler (4 min): One of the best and most famous streets for food in Paris; open every day including Sunday morning. Our favorite cheese merchant is here; tell them which day you wish to eat it and they will hand pick the perfect selection!
- Ecole Militaire (5 min): Napoleon attended military school here and it later became his headquarters. The buildings still show signs of the gunfire from the French Revolution. In the morning, you'll see cadets running along the Champs de Mars Gardens.

- Pont de l'Alma (8 min): Largest open market in Paris; open every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
- Invalides (10 mins): a masterpiece of French Classical architecture built by Louis XIV. Napoleon's tomb rests under the golden dome.
- Grand Couturier's on Ave. Montaigne (15 min): From Dior to Chanel, to Hermes, Givenchy, Valentino, Bonpoint, Ungaro, Ynes de la Fressange, Loewe, Bulgari, Ferragamo, Max Mara, Scherrer, to the outrageous Jean-Paul Gaultier and many, many more.

- Trocadéro, Grand Palais (15 min): Home to world famous art exhibitions.
- Rue de Grenelle (18 min): Prices are excellent at this market located in the 15th arrondissement. Open on Wednesdays and Sundays.
- Ave du Saxe (18 min) Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful markets in Paris. Find many organic and deluxe food stands. Open Thursday and Saturday.
- Musee' Rodin (20 min): A testament to Rodin's work; visit The Kiss sculpture and picnic in the gardens.
- Rue du Commerce, near La Motte Piquet metro (20 min): Lively French neighborhood: find excellent fresh foods, loads of clothing stores and perfume shops as well as the Monoprix department store (a French Target), with supermarket on the first floor -- good quality and great prices.
