The Cognac apartment is a breathtaking 1,200 square feet two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, ideal for short-term rental because of its location and drop-dead Eiffel Tower and Paris views! Cognac features a terrace and air conditioning; accommodating up to eight people in luxurious comfort. With its location above the rooftops on the 6th floor of an elegant building, you can't ask for more when looking for the best Paris short term rental. The Cognac apartment is as fine as the best French brandy, distilled from 'les eaux de la vie' or the waters of life. You'll never forget your vacation in Paris when you've experienced the views from Cognac's living room and terrace!
Bedrooms
2 Bedrooms; Sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has an extra-wide, high-quality queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a long sofa that converts to two single beds in the first half of the living room. The second part of the living room has a flip-open double sofa bed for two.
Bathrooms
2 1/2 bathrooms: The first bathroom has a bathtub-shower combination and double sinks. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a toilet. There is a second toilet (or WC) between the bathrooms. Hot water tank: 80 gallons, the largest available and an important features if you're a large group.

Our Cognac short term apartment rental is located in one of the most sought-after central neighborhoods in Paris. - A fabulous panoramic Paris view of the Invalides, Eiffel Tower, Rodin Museum and even the Sacré Cœur on a sunny day. The view of the Eiffel Tower is simply incredible at sunset when the 10-minute light show begins! You also have views of the Arc de Triomphe (across the romantic Seine River), of Paris cathedrals, and rows of chimneypots on the Paris rooftops.
In the Neighborhood
- You're literally two blocks from the park that surrounds the Eiffel Tower and the Ecole Militaire, where Napoleon went to military school. Relax here on sunny days, enjoying life as a Parisian. Children love to play in the playgrounds, spin on the hand-cranked carousel, or watch the generations-old puppet theatre show.
- Ave de Saxe is only five minutes away and features, undoubtedly, some of the most beautiful organic and deluxe food stands in Paris.
- Rue Cler is only two blocks away from our apartment for rent in Paris, among the best and most famous streets for food in Paris! There are several cafés and brasseries where you can enjoy eating outdoors and watching the world go by-a wonderful part of the Paris experience.
- Pont de l'Alma is one of the largest open markets in Paris and is a 15-minute walk from our Paris rental.
- The Ecole Militaire métro stop is three blocks away. There are stops for numerous buses that wend their way throughout Paris just a block from the apartment. The rural train (or RER) is six blocks away and takes you directly to Versailles, Notre Dame, and more.
- Our Cognac short-term vacation rental is 10 minutes from the Seine and the famous Bateau Mouche boat tours-a great way to begin your Paris exploration! You are a 20-minute walk to the Grand Couturiers on Ave. Montaigne; and 25 minutes to the Champs Elysée and the new Louis Vuitton flagship store. The Place de la Concorde and la Madeleine are a 30-minute walk; and 15 minutes to the Bon Marché department store.
- Champ de Mars Gardens (1 min): Being so close to such a large green space is a rare bonus in Paris as there are very few large parks near most short term Paris apartment rentals. It's a great plus for taking long walks, jogging, and allowing your children to enjoy the three playgrounds, puppet theaters, and mini-car racing. There are also basketball courts, grassy knolls for picnicking, and bike rentals. Or simply do as generations of Parisians have done: enjoy sitting on a wooden bench in the sunshine, soaking up the sites and sounds of Paris, the most beautiful city in the world, all within sight of the soaring Eiffel Tower.
