  • Côte de Beaune

Breakfast with a view of the Eiffel Tower -- wow!
Having a kitchen and a dining area are among the many advantages of staying in an apartment for your Paris holiday as you don't have to go out for every meal, but can enjoy eating with family and friends without having to get dressed up every evening. The French have mastered the art of ready-prepared dishes and foods, so you don't even have to cook to enjoy savory French food. You will love buying fresh warm croissants at the pâtisserie on the corner each morning, or choosing a special dessert after lunch or dinner. Our guests tell us that shopping for croissants and desserts is the best part of their visit!

  • Côte de Beaune

View of the Eiffel Tower from the dining table
Spending time in Paris with family and friends is what a great vacation is all about. An oval cherry-wood dining table and comfortable dining chairs sit next to the apartment window so you can fully enjoy the views, truly unforgettable at night - you won't want to eat anywhere else in Paris than in our Côte de Beaune holiday apartment!

  • Côte de Beaune

Your View of the Magic Light Show at Night
The view from the apartment rental is spectacular, as you gaze out of the apartment French doors. You will be enthralled by the view after sunset from our rental, especially when the fairy lights begin to twinkle on the hour. Open the window and you can hear the applause of the tourists under the Eiffel Tower as the magic light show begins.

  • Côte de Beaune

Relax in the living of our Paris holiday apartment
The living room features original parquet floors, a beautiful white porcelain stove with mantel that heated the apartment in the 1800s, and French windows that provide plenty of sunshine and overlook the street below. Of course, La Grande Dame de Paris (the Eiffel Tower) is directly in front of you.

Decorated in beige with highlights of soft yellow, the room provides a very warm and welcoming feel, and we've provided a flat-screen TV, dual-standard DVD player, and CD stereo so you can bring your own music and films to enjoy.

  • Côte de Beaune

Dine at one of the best tables in Paris!
The cherry wood dining table is positioned in front of the living room window so you have one of the best seats in Paris when you dine. Prepare meals from fresh local products that you've found while touring Paris - or do as we do, go to the Picard frozen food store a few blocks away and stock up on fresh frozen soups, vegetables, souffles and more - and pretend you slaved all day to prepare dinner at home in your Paris apartment.

It's fun to enjoy the special features of beautiful old Paris apartments; for example, the original white porcelain stove which heated the apartment in olden days takes center position next to the dining table. Open the brass doors and there is a small shelf where the family would keep dinner warm and even bake bread when the stove was lit.

  • Côte de Beaune

Sofa converts into a comfortable double bed at night
A comfortable sofa that we had made for us in Italy converts into a double bed at night. The design is excellent as you simply and easily pull it out without removing a single cushion. It is great for relaxing on and the high-quality construction means a superb sleep at night. We have most of the sofas especially made for us in our Paris apartments, because we want our guests to be comfortable and to come back and stay with us time and again.

A Louis XV style armchair faces the sofa, upholstered in pale beige linen. To accent the room is a crystal chandelier, antique mirror, and an Eiffel Tower lamp to read by.

  • Côte de Beaune

A chic Parisian woman from another century graces our Côte de Beaune Paris holiday apartment.

  • Côte de Beaune

Step into the bedroom of our Cote de Beaune Paris apartment
Our charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom Côte de Beaune Paris holiday apartment comfortably sleeps three people and is located only one block from the Eiffel Tower and the lush gardens of Champ de Mars Park. It is exquisitely decorated, finely furnished, and totally remodeled to take full advantage of beautiful Eiffel Tower views from the living room and the bedroom. The Côte de Beaune apartment also has two mobile air conditioning units for your comfort.

Compared to what you would spend for tiny hotel rooms and numerous restaurant meals every day, you will find the space, view, and furnishings of our Paris apartment rental to be an exceptional value.

  • Côte de Beaune

Bright and spacious bedroom with queen bed and good storage
The bright and spacious bedroom of our Côte de Beaune Paris apartment is to the right off of the living room. Here you'll find oak parquet floors, an original white marble fireplace, and a beautiful antique headboard for the extra-wide queen-sized bed. There are also large closets for plenty of storage in our rental, bedside marble top tables with good reading lamps, and an antique-style writing desk for penning post cards home to envious friends.

  • Côte de Beaune

French doors look out on the Eiffel Tower
Fashionable striped beige curtains frame the two sets of French doors that look out on the Eiffel Tower, making this a most elegant and romantic bedroom.

  • Côte de Beaune

    Antique mahogany headboard
For this special Paris holiday apartment, we found a pair of antique mahogany headboards at the flea market. Since the bed is the highest quality extra wide queen (63 inches wide instead of 60 inches), we simply attached the headboards to the wall for the finishing touch.

Our Paris apartments have high standards and the Côte de Beaune is an example: a mixture of antiques and high quality furnishings. An oak desk means you can can work or do emails from the free, secure, high speed wireless system. Our guests love the comfort and romance here, but it's nice to be able to stay in touch with home.

  • Côte de Beaune

Toast the nightly Eiffel Tower light show from your bedroom
No Paris apartment rental is complete without champagne on ice and to-die-for views: you can see La Grande Dame de Paris from the foot of the bed at night. Stand at the large windows of the apartment's living room and bedroom and there she stands in all her glory.

  • Côte de Beaune

Dehellerin - the shop that furnishes all good Parisian restaurants.

Prepare meals from fresh local products that you've found while touring Paris--or do as we do, go to the Picard frozen food store a few blocks away and stock up on fresh frozen soups, vegetables, souffles, and more--and pretend you slaved all day to prepare dinner at home in your Paris apartment.

Buy the perfect cheese from one of our favorite proprietors
Our favorite cheese shops (Marie Cantin and the specialist goats cheese shop on rue Cler) remind us when our favorite Beaufort is in season, with the special grainy-like texture. They taught us that the best Beaufort is produced from cows summer milk, not winter milk, a subtle but important difference if you love cheese. Or having friends for dinner and ordering St. Felicien that is slightly runny on the outside and Camembert from Normandy. Our cheese proprietor will squeeze them until he is sure he has found that one that will be perfect for tonight.
