  • Côte de Nuits

Breakfast on the balcony with incredible Eiffel Tower view
Step onto the balcony and savor the view of the Eiffel Tower; a marble bistro table and chairs mean you can buy the Herald Tribune and enjoy café au lait and croissants every morning - or toast your stay with champagne in the company of friends and family at sunset.

  • Côte de Nuits

Watch the Paris sunset from the balcony of your apartment
Watch the sunset and get ready for the magic light show that begins from the balcony of our Cote de Nuits apartment in Paris. Four sets of French doors open onto the balcony from the living room, dining area and master bedroom to this unmatched view. Simply unforgettable!

Whether this is your first or hundredth visit to Paris, you will be enthralled by the view, especially when the fairy lights begin to twinkle on the hour. Compared to what you would spend for tiny hotel rooms and numerous restaurant meals every day, you will find the space of our apartment rental, the view, and the furnishings provide excellent value.

  • Côte de Nuits

Sunset view of the 7th arrondissement from your balcony
Sunset in the neighborhood from the balcony. This is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Paris and the magnificent architecture, trees and Champs du Mars Gardens are one of the reasons why.

  • Côte de Nuits

Relax with friends and family in the large Living Room
Step into the turn-of-the-century classic Parisian apartment building and take the elevator to the cherished 5th floor. Enter the luxurious, sun-filled living room with a breathtaking view from three sets of French doors and balcony. The Eiffel Tower, 'La Grande Dame de Paris' is straight ahead of you!

The living room of our apartment for rent in Paris provides a wonderful space for lazing around in the afternoon and simply enjoying your special time with family and friends.

  • Côte de Nuits

Beautiful living room with large sofas and free internet
The fabulous living room of our Paris apartment for rent is furnished with two lovely Italian sofas and a pair of comfortable armchairs, to seat up to 10. The elegant look of our apartment blends the contemporary soft furnishings with beautiful antiques.

One of the sofas is over six feet long, so you can catnap during the day. At night, the seat pulls out to make a full sized twin bed. Underneath is a trundle bed with spring action which lifts to the same level as the sofa and makes a second regular twin-sized bed.

The armchairs add a touch of humor with pink polka dot fabric from Jane Churchill in London. They contrast beautifully with the soft tones of the sofas and silk curtains.

An antique English writing desk is on the right, with free wireless high speed internet access.

  • Côte de Nuits

Sun-filled dining area of our luxury Paris apartment
View from the living area towards the dining table and fireplace on a sunny morning. The master bedroom and its pale blue curtains is just beyond.

There is air conditioning in this room and in the bedrooms - but most of our guests tell us that they never need it because of the cross ventilation on this high floor.

  • Côte de Nuits

Spacious living and dining area with beautiful French doors
The double living and dining rooms have been opened up to combine a spacious living and dining area with three pairs of beautiful French doors. The original features, silk curtains, elegant dining table are perfect for entertaining friends and family during your special stay in Paris.

An important note: all of our French doors and windows have been replaced with the highest quality double glazing that is available, the kind used by luxury hotels. While you are in the middle of a bustling city, the Paris apartment is quiet.

  • Côte de Nuits

Dining Room with original marble fireplace and oak flooring
The dining table is of sanded glass and dark wood and expands to seat up to 8 for dinners with family and friends. We think the combination of modern table and leather chairs blend nicely with the antique mirrors, paintings and dresser.

The beautiful oak floors are the original herringbone pattern of Haussmanian buildings and we have kept the original marble fireplace. The curtains are a beautiful shade of brown silk with salmon colored lining, framing the three sets of French doors that step out onto the long balcony.

Just beyond the dining room you can see through to the master bedroom with its balcony and French doors framed in pale green silk; the series of grand rooms are a sign of the finest Haussmanian architecture in Paris.

  • Côte de Nuits

Enjoy shopping at one of the nearby open markets where you can purchase fresh ingredients or ready-made gourmet dishes. You'll pay a fraction of restaurant prices and enjoy once-in-a-lifetime views from one of the most beautiful dining tables in Paris.

  • Côte de Nuits

Master Bedroom with French doors that open to the balcony
The master bedroom is a very large room, with oversize queen-sized bed, marble bistro table and walk in closet. There is air conditioning and a fan in each room, a real bonus. We have provided the highest quality Sealy Pillow top mattresses to sleep on for a great night's sleep; you will find it difficult to get up in the mornings! The set of french doors mean you can step out on the balcony and toast the view or enjoy café au lait and the Herald Tribune in the mornings.

  • Côte de Nuits

Light-filled master bedroom of our Paris apartment for rent
The headboard is of antique cherry wood and is flanked by two beautiful oil paintings that we found at an antique's market. As you can see, we believe in plenty of lighting so you can read or work - something that we find most hotels sometimes lack.

  • Côte de Nuits

Second bedroom with beautiful Toile de Jouy bedspreads
The second bedroom has comfortable twin beds with excellent Sealy Pillow top mattresses for a great night's sleep. We love the Toile de Jouy bedspreads and heavy cotton-striped curtains in blue and beige. The large window overlooks the inner courtyard and there is a built in closet for lots of storage. A second large storage closet can be found in the entryway.

  • Côte de Nuits

Ecole Miltaire seen through the arches of the Eiffel Tower
At one end of the park you'll find the stately Ecole Militaire; this is the school where Napoleon received his military training. And the same grounds across the street, called the Champ de Mars park are where he and his fellow cadets drilled en masse. If you get up early in the morning for a walk, bike ride, or run, you will see the cadets jogging around the Eiffel Tower. The school became Napoleon's headquarters and housed the elite Emperor's Troops in 1795. Look closely and you'll see the damage from gunfire that occurred in the French Revolution in 1789, as well as the results of the shelling when the Prussians declared war on France in 1870 to defeat Napoleon III. There were four ancient statues on the façade that represented: Might, Peace, Victory, and France. The statue of Victory is of Louis XV. Few of the statues are still standing, as most were destroyed during the French Revolution.

  • Côte de Nuits

Champ de Mars park is a few minutes walk
Paris has few parks and the location of this apartment in the center of Paris is special because the famous Champs de Mars Park is right across the street. If you are traveling to Paris with children, it is a rare treat to relax and enjoy your vacation here. Not only is the Eiffel Tower on the river end of the park but there is a hand-cranked carousel, four separate playgrounds and an antique puppet theatre.

Located in unquestionably the best and safest neighborhoods, this apartment is surrounded by all of the cafes, restaurants, shops, markets, and landmarks you come to Paris to enjoy!

Mouth-watering French pastry is on display on every other block in this neighborhood, one of the advantages of staying here. Generations of French families still live here and they insist on the best pastry and food shops.

  • Côte de Nuits

Fresh fruit from the nearby markets on Rue Cler
Our neighborhood has more open markets than any arrondissement in Paris: the famous rue Cler, the Pont de l'Alma market, the rue de Saxe open market and the rue de Grenelle market.
