The Gigondas vacation apartment is one of our treasures in Paris! This remarkably grand 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment comes in at 2,000 square feet, and includes rare features such as a private terrace and fabulous views of the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen, the skylights in the living room and from three bedrooms. Its unique features give it the feel of a luxury ocean liner of the 1930's, from the stunning vaulted wooden ceilings to the parquet floors and gracious décor. Located in center of Paris next to the Champ de Mars Gardens and Eiffel Tower, the apartment is surrounded by excellent shopping and is walking distance to museums, metro stations, the Seine river and affordable restaurants where the local Parisians dine. This Paris Perfect apartment is available for long term rental, and has been rented for periods of three months to a year by families who want to live in the sought-after Left Bank of Paris.
Bedrooms
4 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms; Sleeps 8: Master bedroom has an extra-wide queen bed; second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up as a king bed; third bedroom has two twin beds; fourth bedroom has a single bed. There is also a TV room with a sofa bed that converts to a set of bunk beds.

4 bathrooms: Master bath is en suite with walk-in shower, bathtub and two sinks. Second and third bathrooms are en suite with bathtub-showers and sinks. Fourth bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. There are 3 separate toilets, great for flexibility in large groups. Hot Water Tank: 80 gallons, the largest available for domestic use.

The apartment is located on the Left Bank, where the fabled 7th arrondissement meets the 15th, and a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and romantic Seine river.
