Grenache is a beautiful 390-square-foot Paris studio/one-bedroom apartment. Far better than any hotel, it comfortably accommodates four people and features the added bonus of air conditioning and a balcony for al fresco dining. Located in the highly popular 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of the river Seine; surrounded by world-famous museums and monuments, trendy cafés and restaurants, and trend-setting fashion houses.
Bedrooms
Studio/1-bedroom; Sleeps up to 4. Features an extra-wide queen-sized bed set behind a glass brick wall; living room sofa converts into a comfortable double bed at night.
Bathrooms
1 bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, modern sink and toilet. Hot Water Tank - 80 gallons, the largest available for residential use and a rarity in Paris. An important tip when searching for the right Paris vacation rental is to ask about the size of the hot water tank. In many apartments it is small and suitable for one shower only. In some cases, the owner has put in a 'hot water on demand' which means the pressure is quite low. These are small but important factors to look for when deciding on the right Paris apartment rental for you.
