This part of the 7th arrondissement is extremely safe and has uniquely retained its village-like feel, allowing you to live la vie Parisienne in our own Paris apartment.

Evening views to the far right from the large windows
At night, gaze towards the elegant avenue and watch the lights slowly come on in the apartments, creating a soft golden glow.

Look towards the far right from your living room windows and you can see this view of the golden lights of La Grande Dame de Paris, the Eiffel Tower. In the evening the Eiffel Tower is bathed in soft light and explodes in twinkling lights for five minutes every hour on the hour. You can see a slice of it from your Paris apartment rental windows, but it takes only one minute before you're standing in front of this magnificent feat of engineering.

Your view over Paris rooftops and towards Champ de Mars park
When we first saw this apartment we fell in love with the stunning views over Paris rooftops and towards the Champ de Mars Gardens. Two sets of French windows with gorgeous views are rare for any Paris apartment, much less a studio!

It's fun to watch Paris life unfold below: parents taking children to school, people buying their morning and evening baguettes, coming back from a nearby market with their shopping baskets full, or joining friends for an espresso at the café on the corner.

If you're coming to Paris, you'll find plenty of choice in terms of apartment offerings and sometimes it's hard to know which neighborhood to choose, much less which apartment to rent! We specialize in the Left Bank and particularly the 7th arrondissement, which is walking distance to landmarks, monuments and the Seine. It's famous for excellent and affordable restaurants and brasseries, its wonderful boutiques and shops.

  • Kir

Sunny morning views of gorgeous Haussmanian buildings
The gorgeous Haussmanian apartment buildings on this street are among the most sought-after in Paris; decorating magazines frequently feature those nearby which belong to designers, movie stars, royalty, and company presidents.

  • Kir

From the front door into the Kir studio rental in Paris
Take the elevator to the 6th floor, turn left and a few doors away is your apartment's front door. This charming 190-square-foot studio rental is reasonably priced and has been designed for comfort. What really grabs you though, is the view from the two French windows and the sunlight that streams in. Staying in a central location near the Seine, in a beautiful and comfortable apartment will offer the most perfect vacation in Paris and a lifetime of memories when you return home.

When you arrive at our Paris apartment rental, you'll be met by friendly English-speaking greeters, who will explain how all of the appliances work, show you how the sofa converts into a bed, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Kir

Living area has air conditioning, cable TV and free internet
Walk past the kitchen into the sunny, air-conditioned living area of our Kir studio rental.

The long empire style sofa is the perfect place to relax or take a nap on lazy afternoons. You'll find a TV with CNN and other English news channels, a dual-standard DVD player so you can bring your own movies or rent French ones nearby, and a CD stereo player for the favorite music you've brought along. In addition, there is a free high-speed DSL Internet connection so you can catch up on your emails or research your next day's activities. There are free phone calls to most fixed phone lines throughout the world and even to mobile phones in the U.S.

Comparing the price of our apartments to equivalent hotel rooms in Paris, where you add tax, charges for internet, phone calls, tiny rooms and dining out for every meal, the value is compelling.

  • Kir

Large French windows provide stunning views over Paris
What a pleasure to wake up to sunshine - look out the windows and pinch yourself with the knowledge that you're finally in Paris!

When you're searching for an apartment rental in Paris, you'll see a wide selection of all shapes, sizes and prices. Whatever you choose, consider upper floor apartments with special Paris views. You invest a lot to come to this beautiful City and it's worth enjoying every single minute of your stay, from the moment you wake up to sunny rooftop views, to the moment you set your head down to sleep and watch the lights of the neighborhood glowing softly over Paris.

Another important difference at Paris Perfect is that friendly full-time staff is available 7 days a week in the unlikely event that something should go wrong. Services such as these are not available from many other Paris apartment rental companies, but they can make all the difference in the world when you're looking for a relaxing stay.

When you book, we'll email you a comprehensive Paris guide about the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood, helping you to 'hit the ground running' to take full advantage of your stay.

Pretty antique dresser sits between the large French windows
Between the large French windows, you will find a beautiful antique white and gold mirror dating from the early 1800's and an antique mahogany dresser which we found in Normandy. This beautiful arrangement is a highlight of our cozy Paris apartment rental and blends exceptionally well with the yellow taffeta curtains. The mirror's extravagant frame features two little angels sitting atop, making it as romantic as the Paris apartment itself.

We know that after you've been out visiting opulent museums and cathedrals, you don't want to return to a cookie-cutter hotel room with assembly-line furniture, so we look for museum-quality furnishings for our Paris apartment rentals, furniture that is as pretty to look at as it is fun to use.

  • Kir

Dining area with cherry wood table and plenty of storage
The cherry wood dining table from Italy sits under a pretty chandelier and comfortably seats four people. It folds against the wall to become a desk and to create more space when not in use. Don't forget to bring your laptop so that you can connect to our free wireless ADSL line!

Four large closets beyond the table provide ample storage for your stay. You will find a security safe to lock away your valuables. Our architect has cleverly used the empty space above the kitchen and bathroom of our vacation apartment to create a storage loft which is open and accessible from the living room, perfect for storing suitcases and boxes.

  • Kir

Special treats for a romantic dinner for two
Having a kitchen and dining area is one of the many advantages of staying in one of our Paris apartments, instead of a generic hotel room. Not only are there great cost savings from dining in, but you can experience and appreciate the fresh and tasty offerings of the many open air markets as Parisians do. When breakfast in a Paris hotel costs $65/person for croissants and coffee, or $15 for a glass of coke in a restaurant you'll appreciate being able to shop inexpensively at the nearby open air markets and savoring the delicious foods in your own apartment.

  • Kir

Stylish kitchen with granite worktops and modern appliances
The kitchen is to the left of the small hallway when you enter the apartment rental. It's small but practical with granite worktops, cherry wood doors, and all modern appliances: two-burner ceramic cook top, microwave/convection oven combination (highly recommended for small spaces), under-the-counter refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and so on. A skylight provides warm light onto the counters, supplemented by halogen spotlights.

While the price is comparable to an ordinary Paris hotel room, you have the advantage of a charming apartment plus kitchen, an enormous bonus when you stay in a Paris apartment.

  • Kir

Kitchen cabinets are stocked with cookware and utensils
We put a great deal of effort into designing and stocking kitchens our Paris apartments so that a pleasure to use. Visit and shop the many fabulous open markets in the neighborhood anticipating the fun of shopping for an amazing variety of fresh foods.

The French have also mastered the art of ready prepared meals, so whether you're in the mood to cook or not, you can still enjoy fine dining, easily prepared in your kitchen and enjoyed at your window-side table.

  • Kir

Buy the freshest produce from the nearby open markets
One of the special features about the 7th arrondissement are the three open air markets that are all within walking distance of your Paris apartment, plus the famous rue Cler market street. Step outside each morning and buy the freshest produce, fish, meats, cheeses and pastries direct from the producers who bring them in from the French countryside.

These markets have been in existence since the 1500's and Parisians all shop here because they know they get the freshest foods at the best prices. You'll enjoy the friendly arguing back and forth between long term clients and the stall holders, who all bring shopping carts on wheels to roll their purchases back home. Our apartments are all supplied with these carts so you can do the same. When you're done, come home to a beautiful apartment and enjoy dining at home in the heart of Paris with views of the Left Bank.

  • Kir

    High-quality, comfortable sofa bed
We have gone to great lengths to find the most comfortable sofas and beds that we can for our guests.

This sofa bed is meant for every night sleeping and is easier to set up than most. Simply remove the cover on the long seat and voilà, it's made up for sleeping! A trundle bed rolls out from under the sofa and lifts up to make a second twin bed at night. The mattresses can also be joined together to make a a dual-king bed.

Please note: This sofa bed will be replaced in April 2010 with a brand new, queen-size sofa bed with high-quality mattress.

The curtains have blackout linings and the windows are made with soundproofed glass, so you can be assured of having a good night's sleep.

  • Kir

Spotless bathroom tiled in beige marble
The bathroom is beyond the kitchen, tiled in pale beige stone called Piere de Calisa.

We also want good lighting and as large a hot water tank as we can fit into an apartment. This means special orders but we won't settle for less. We've been remodeling Paris apartments for almost 20 years and it's taken many 'do-overs', but our builders finally understand how important these little features can be.

A tip when you look for a Paris vacation rental: find out what size of water tank there is and check the photos carefully to see if there are conveniences such as hooks, lots of lamps and lights. It's the little touches that count.

  • Kir

Bathroom offers a glass-enclosed shower, sink and toilet
The bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower with fixed shower head (no miniature 'telephone showers' spraying everywhere!), a large mirror and glass shelf above the sink, and storage cabinets below the sink and mounted above the toilet. We've also installed loads of double English hooks so you can easily hang toilet kits, towels, and clothing within reach. A hairdryer is included, making travel easier for our guests, and we provide plenty of plush white towels for your use. The recessed halogen spotlights provide excellent lighting and a sanded glass skylight adds natural light. The overall result is an extremely fashionable bathroom and an efficient use of space.

Old French school in the 7th arrondissement
Built in 1884, many of the parents and grandparents attended the same school when they were small. In the mornings, enjoy the sight of parents dropping off their children, properly dressed in the formal French style and kissing them on both cheeks when saying goodbye for the day.

Spring tulips in the beautiful gardens near the Eiffel Tower
Cross the street and enter the Champs de Mars Gardens, one of the prettiest parks in Paris. Parks are a rare feature...and a special pleasure to enjoy.

Sit on a green wooden bench and watch generations of Parisians come to the park, to sit on a bench and talk to friends in the sunshine, to play Boules or Bocce Ball on the far side, to take children and grandchildren to the playgrounds, to picnic on the grass. Your vacation is a time to enjoy a slower life, enjoying the sights and smells of a special City.

    The beautiful Seine
Staying in an apartment near the river is special because some of the most beautiful buildings and museums are located along the Seine, gracing Paris with their beauty.

Head to the Musée d'Orsay, the Louvre, the Rodin Museum or have tea at the Four Seasons and window shop at the Grand Couturiers on Ave Montaigne? Looking for just that right pair of chic bedroom slippers? Shopping at the Bon Marché and its amazing Grand Epicerie food halls? Walking there along the river is half the fun!

Soak up all the sunlight at an outdoor café
Sit outside on sunny days as the Parisians do and enjoy a café au lait while the world passes by.

The famous rue Cler market street
On most weekdays and on Sundays, the rue Cler is the backbone of the 7th, with excellent food stores and new brasseries including the famous Davoli delicatessen, with the best choucroute in Paris. Sit outdoors with local Parisians for a coffee or light meal, to have lunch with friends and colleagues. On Sundays, be sure to go before Mass ends at the Church of St. Pierre de Gros Caillou, because entires families descend on rue Cler to buy their Sunday lunch dishes after the 12 o'clock service!

  • Kir

Our favorite cheese shops are in the neighborhood
Our favorite cheese shops (Marie Cantin and the specialist goats cheese shop on rue Cler) remind us when our favorite Beaufort is in season, with the special grainy-like texture.

Mouth watering pastry shops abound in the 7th arrondissement
Mouth watering pastry shops abound in the neighborhood that surrounds our Kir studio rental. Make a mission of choosing a different pastry shop and dessert each day; that's what Parisian living is all about.

Buy fresh strawberries from a nearby open air market
