  • Eiffel Tower View - Studio Rental Paris

Evening views to the far right from the large windows
At night, gaze towards the elegant avenue and watch the lights slowly come on in the apartments, creating a soft golden glow.

Look towards the far right from your living room windows and you can see this view of the golden lights of La Grande Dame de Paris, the Eiffel Tower. In the evening the Eiffel Tower is bathed in soft light and explodes in twinkling lights for five minutes every hour on the hour. You can see a slice of it from your Paris apartment rental windows, but it takes only one minute before you're standing in front of this magnificent feat of engineering.

  • Haussmanian Buildings Paris 7th Arrondissement

Your view over Paris rooftops and towards Champ de Mars park
When we first saw this apartment we fell in love with the stunning views over Paris rooftops and towards the Champ de Mars Gardens. Two sets of French windows with gorgeous views are rare for any Paris apartment, much less a studio!

It's fun to watch Paris life unfold below: parents taking children to school, people buying their morning and evening baguettes, coming back from a nearby market with their shopping baskets full, or joining friends for an espresso at the café on the corner.

If you're coming to Paris, you'll find plenty of choice in terms of apartment offerings and sometimes it's hard to know which neighborhood to choose, much less which apartment to rent! We specialize in the Left Bank and particularly the 7th arrondissement, which is walking distance to landmarks, monuments and the Seine. It's famous for excellent and affordable restaurants and brasseries, its wonderful boutiques and shops.

In addition, there is a free high-speed DSL Internet connection so you can catch up on your emails or research your next day's activities. There are free phone calls to most fixed phone lines throughout the world and even to mobile phones in the U.S.

Comparing the price of our apartments to equivalent hotel rooms in Paris, where you add tax, charges for internet, phone calls, tiny rooms and dining out for every meal, the value is compelling.

Brand new queen-size sofa bed with high-quality mattress
The living room of our Kir studio apartment features a brand new, queen-size sofa bed with high-quality mattress. We go to great lengths to find the most comfortable sofas and beds that we can for our guests, and this bed is no exception.

  • Antique French Dresser - Kir Studio Rental Paris

Pretty antique dresser sits between the large French windows
Between the large French windows, you will find a beautiful antique white and gold mirror dating from the early 1800's and an antique mahogany dresser which we found in Normandy. This beautiful arrangement is a highlight of our cozy Paris apartment rental and blends exceptionally well with the yellow taffeta curtains. The mirror's extravagant frame features two little angels sitting atop, making it as romantic as the Paris apartment itself.

We know that after you've been out visiting opulent museums and cathedrals, you don't want to return to a cookie-cutter hotel room with assembly-line furniture, so we look for museum-quality furnishings for our Paris apartment rentals, furniture that is as pretty to look at as it is fun to use.

  • Dining Room - Studio Apartment Paris

Dining area with cherry wood table and plenty of storage
The cherry wood dining table from Italy sits under a pretty chandelier and comfortably seats four people. It folds against the wall to become a desk and to create more space when not in use. Don't forget to bring your laptop so that you can connect to our free wireless ADSL line!

Four large closets beyond the table provide ample storage for your stay. You will find a security safe to lock away your valuables. Our architect has cleverly used the empty space above the kitchen and bathroom of our vacation apartment to create a storage loft which is open and accessible from the living room, perfect for storing suitcases and boxes.

  • Romantic Dinner - Studio Apartment Paris

Special treats for a romantic dinner for two
Having a kitchen and dining area is one of the many advantages of staying in one of our Paris apartments, instead of a generic hotel room. Not only are there great cost savings from dining in, but you can experience and appreciate the fresh and tasty offerings of the many open air markets as Parisians do. When breakfast in a Paris hotel costs $65/person for croissants and coffee, or $15 for a glass of coke in a restaurant you'll appreciate being able to shop inexpensively at the nearby open air markets and savoring the delicious foods in your own apartment.

  • Paris Studio Rental Kitchen

Stylish kitchen with granite worktops and modern appliances
The kitchen is to the left of the small hallway when you enter the apartment rental. Kitchen cabinets are stocked with cookware and utensils
We put a great deal of effort into designing and stocking kitchens our Paris apartments so that a pleasure to use. Visit and shop the many fabulous open markets in the neighborhood anticipating the fun of shopping for an amazing variety of fresh foods.

  • Granite Benchtop Paris Studio Kitchen

One of the special features about the 7th arrondissement are the three open air markets that are all within walking distance of your Paris apartment, plus the famous rue Cler market street. Step outside each morning and buy the freshest produce, fish, meats, cheeses and pastries direct from the producers who bring them in from the French countryside.

These markets have been in existence since the 1500's and Parisians all shop here because they know they get the freshest foods at the best prices. You'll enjoy the friendly arguing back and forth between long term clients and the stall holders, who all bring shopping carts on wheels to roll their purchases back home. Our apartments are all supplied with these carts so you can do the same. When you're done, come home to a beautiful apartment and enjoy dining at home in the heart of Paris with views of the Left Bank.

  • Piere de Calisa Stone Bathroom - Studio Apartment Paris

Spotless bathroom tiled in beige marble
The bathroom is beyond the kitchen, tiled in pale beige stone called Piere de Calisa.

We also want good lighting and as large a hot water tank as we can fit into an apartment. This means special orders but we won't settle for less. We've been remodeling Paris apartments for almost 20 years and it's taken many 'do-overs', but our builders finally understand how important these little features can be.

A tip when you look for a Paris vacation rental: find out what size of water tank there is and check the photos carefully to see if there are conveniences such as hooks, lots of lamps and lights. It's the little touches that count.

  • Bathroom - Studio Rental Paris

Bathroom offers a glass-enclosed shower, sink and toilet
The bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower with fixed shower head (no miniature 'telephone showers' spraying everywhere!), a large mirror and glass shelf above the sink, and storage cabinets below the sink and mounted above the toilet. We've also installed loads of double English hooks so you can easily hang toilet kits, towels, and clothing within reach. A hairdryer is included, making travel easier for our guests, and we provide plenty of plush white towels for your use. The recessed halogen spotlights provide excellent lighting and a sanded glass skylight adds natural light. The overall result is an extremely fashionable bathroom and an efficient use of space.
