Listrac, is located on historic Ile St-Louis and accommodates 5 people with its two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas on two levels. Please note: the second bedroom is located below ground and may not be for everyone. This 900-square-foot property is located on the ground floor and is near to many of the city's most famous sights, shops, cafés, and restaurants.. Step across any of this picturesque island's close-by bridges and you'll find Ile de la Cité with Notre-Dame, the Left Bank with its Latin Quarter, and the Right Bank with its chic boutiques, galleries, and the Louvre. - Several excellent restaurants, including the always wonderful Chez René, Le Vieux Bistrot, and Campagne et Provence, are within 10 minutes by foot.
- Rue Buci, in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés quartier, about 15 minutes away from our Paris luxury apartment, is open every day including Sunday morning but closed on Mondays, selling fruits and vegetables with a large florist and two excellent patisseries nearby.
- Boulevard St-Germain is packed with cafés, restaurants, and specialty shops.
- Place Maubert, on the Left Bank’s most celebrated thoroughfare, Boulevard St-Germain, is only minutes away and features a lively open-air market every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
- Open Food Markets: Our Paris luxury apartment is within a 10- or 15-minute walk to open food markets on both the Left and Right Banks where you have an opportunity to live like a Parisian. Merchants come from all over France with wines, fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, Brittany lobster, pâtés, breads, even five types of escargots!
- Rue Saint-Louis-en-l'Ile, just around the corner from our Paris luxury apartment, features some of the best food shops in Paris and include bakeries, wine shops, grocery stores, an excellent fromagerie, and a butcher that local residents say is one of the best in Paris.
- The Louvre, on the Right Bank, can be reached on foot in less than 20 minutes. Nearby are the gardens of Palais Royal, the gilded statue of Joan of Arc, and popular formal gardens of the Tuileries.
- Sainte-Chapelle, famous for its stained glass and Gothic architecture, is only a few minutes away on Ile de la Cité.
- Notre-Dame and the Gallo-Roman ruins in the Crypte Archéologique, are only 3 blocks away on nearby Ile de la Cité via the Pont St Louis bridge.
