An extraordinary Paris luxury apartment rental with balcony, direct views of the Eiffel Tower and magnificent, light-filled rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. Located in unquestionably one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Paris, this luxury apartment in Paris is located in the Left Bank heart and is surrounded by cafés, shops, restaurants and open markets. Our 'Richebourg' Paris apartment is located in the center of the 7th arrondissement village-like atmosphere , directly across the street from the Champ de Mars Park with its lush gardens, playgrounds and the Eiffel Tower.

Bedrooms

Sleeps up to 8 people. 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom has an extra-wide queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a two single beds. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The living has a sofa which converts to 2 single beds.

Bathrooms

2 ½ bathrooms: First bathroom has bathtub, a separate shower, two sinks and toilets. The second bathroom has a full-sized shower and sink. There is a second toilet with sink. Hot Water Tank: 80 gallons, the largest available.

We are a diverse group of ten family members...ranging in age from 9 to 81. Although Paris Perfect didn't have one apartment large enough to accommodate all of us, the staff was incredible about finding us two beautiful smaller apartments across the hall from one another that allowed all of us to spend our awake time together, parting only to go to sleep each evening. It was a great solution...although I will confess that it's a bit nerve-wracking to do all this over the internet. It wasn't until we had arrived in our apartments that I finally relaxed! Not only was the service great before we even left for our trip, it was first rate once we arrived. The welcome was efficient, timely and thorough. The apartments were fully outfitted with everything we needed. Our favorite accessory was the wheeled shopping cart that made us feel like real Parisians! The resource notebook in each apartment provided a wealth of information and made us feel as if we had lived in the neighborhood forever. One of our younger members needed to be sure that Santa Claus would find him in Paris and felt that we "had to have" a Christmas tree. The folks at Paris Perfect left recommendations of local florists from whom we could buy a tree! It turned out that a most talented and lovely young woman owned a flower shop literally next door to our apartment building! We wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend Paris Perfect to anyone.”

This stunning duplex apartment rental located on Paris' beautiful Avenue de la Bourdonnais bordering the Champ de Mars Gardens features three large bedrooms, a living room that can sleep an additional two guests, and two and a half bathrooms. Our Richebourg Paris apartment rental is air conditioned, a rare benefit as you'll see if you've search for Paris vacation rentals. The entrance and living quarters are located on the 6th floor, and a private, interior staircase takes you to the 5th floor with its three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Of course, the piece de résistance is the fabulous Eiffel view, La Grande Dame de Paris, and beautiful Champ de Mars Park from your spacious living room and balcony as well as from two bedrooms.

All the features in our luxury vacation apartment rental are spectacular, but it's hard to take yourself away from the balcony and view. You will find three large bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room, a full kitchen and two and a half bathrooms. This spacious and inviting home is one of our premiere Paris apartment rentals and sleeps up to eight people!

Enter this luxury vacation apartment rental on the cherished sixth floor (yes, there is an elevator) and step into a large, open entryway. A small water closet with toilet and sink is on your right - convenient as it saves you trips downstairs as well as frees up the two bathrooms below when everyone is in 'getting ready' mode. You'll also find a large closet with separate washer and dryer on your right in the hallway. Immediately ahead of you is the interior staircase of our Paris apartment that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms below, but a few steps further in brings you to an expansive living room on your left. This luxurious, sun-filled room has a long balcony and west-facing view - wonderful for lazing around in the afternoon and simply enjoying your special time with family and friends. As you continue down the entranceway on your right, you'll find a large dinning room on your right with an adjacent kitchen. Downstairs are the large master bedroom to the rear of the luxury apartment, two large front bedrooms with views on the Eiffel Tower and park, a small bathroom with a shower and sink and a larger bathroom with a toilet, two separate sinks, a tub and a shower.

  • The view from the balcony is spectacular, day or night. Whether you have seen it once or a hundred times, it is simply spectacular.

  • You will never tire of the unforgettable view at night from our Richebourg apartment in Paris. When the magic light show comes on, everyone from young children to grandparents will stand at the French doors or step on the balcony to watch. It comes on every hour on the hour for ten minutes after dark.

  • The large living room is classic Paris Haussmanian style, with parquet floors, fireplace and two sets of French doors that open onto the balcony. Step onto the balcony and savor the view of this beautiful neighborhood, or gaze at La Grande Dame de Paris. Two large sofas in the living room plus armchair make comfortable seating at the end of your fun filled day in Paris. There is nothing better than to get together with a glass of wine and good friends or family to catch up. We have supplied 2 dual standard dvd players -- one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, so children can watch a favorite movie while the adults can relax before dinner. It's the little touches than make a vacation special for everyone.

  • Two high quality sofas from Italy mean you can relax in comfort and admire the view from the large French doors: elegant Parisian buildings across, the street, the Champs du Mars Gardens and the Eiffel Tower to the right. The long sofa that sits in between three built in closets, is over 6 feet long and is made for us in Italy. The seat pulls out to make a full-width twin bed and there is a trundle bed underneath for a second twin bed. They are excellent for sleeping on. We believe in plenty of lamps and lighting so you can read or work after the sun sets.

    For families, the park is literally across the street from our apartment and features 4 play areas for children, French puppet theatre and even an original hand cranked merry-go-round, where children can catch the ring. It is very Parisian and touching to watch grandparents take their grandchildren on Wednesday afternoons and weekends.

  • Our spacious living room faces west and is filled with sunlight in the afternoon. It's wonderful just to relax here, read a book or enjoy the company of friends and family. We have decorated this room in tones of beige and yellow: the sofas are yellow, flecked with tan which blend beautifully with the beige silk curtains. We have found pretty and even humorous antique accessories in markets throughout France which adorn the bookshelves.

  • Being on a high floor means the sun steams in every afternoon.

  • The dining room overlooks Parisian rooftops from the rear of the apartment. To the right is the newly remodeled kitchen. We love the contrast of antique and modern; the old paintings and lamp bases with the modern table from Italy. The modern glass and Wenge wood table expands to seat up to 10 and has brown leather upholstered chairs for comfortable seating.

  • The modern kitchen has been completely remodeled and features every appliance you need to cook for up to 10 people: full sized refrigerator/freezer, convection oven, microwave, nespresso cappuccino maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, 4 burner stove and white porcelain dishes. The pots and pans are professional stainless steel.

  • The living room of our Richebourg apartment features the original fireplace and an antique desk for you to catch up on emails during your stay. We offer a free high speed computer line so you can stay in touch with family and the office.

    The location of our Richebourg apartment is excellent: on the Left Bank, only a few blocks to the river, wonderful for an evening stroll. Stop by La Grande Dame de Paris on your way home and pinch yourself that you are staying one minute away. The sofas face the antique fireplace, with white metal chandelier above.

  • The dining room has a beautiful view overlooking the rooftops of the buildings in the neighborhood. The kitchen is on the right.

  • The beautiful master bedroom came together perfectly, from the antique headboards to the pale striped silk curtains. Actually, the headboards were the footboards of an antique pair of twin beds that we found in an antique market. We couldn't assemble the beds completely, because mattresses and people were shorter than they are today! They were so tall that we saved them to use as headboards in this bedroom. You will find the rest of the pair in the bedroom of our Paris Volnay apartment.

    Find an extra wide queen-sized bed: the top of the line from Sealy. A large closet is on your left with plenty of storage for clothes and even suitcases. The bay window overlooks the rooftops on your right. A pretty wood desk means you can work in peace and quiet, while enjoying the view. Not shown is a flat screen tv, with dual standard dvd player so you can watch your favorite movies here.

  • Find twin sized beds, top-of-the-line by Sealy. There is a view of the Eiffel Tower to the right from the French doors. We found the antique mahogany pelmet at an auction house in London; with the family crest of an English noble family. With sheet curtains to frame the twin beds, it's an elegant touch to this room. There is a built in closet on the left so plenty of storage. The real magic is when you step to the French doors: the Eiffel Tower is magical at night, and you and your children will want to stay up for another hour to watch the light show again. Don't worry because you can close the wooden shutters and sleep soundly in complete darkness. By the way, all of our apartments feature the highest quality sound-insulated glass for all windows and French doors. It is the same quality as used by luxury hotels so you can enjoy a quiet night's sleep.

  • This spacious bedroom has twin beds and a built-in closet on the right. It is furnished with primrose blue striped curtains and provencal style bedspreads. There is a view of the Eiffel Tower from the French doors, the same as bedroom two next door. The living room comfortably sleeps two people which makes this apartment perfect for up to 8 people.

  • Bathroom one is a large bathroom with bathtub straight ahead and the first sink. To the right of the door there is a full-sized, glass-enclosed shower, second sink and toilet. The shower is reflected in the mirror in this picture, but is actually on the opposite wall next to the second sink.

    Not shown is the powder room with toilet and sink, just to the right of the front door, upstairs.

  • To the right of the bathroom find a full sized shower, second sink and toilet.

  • Bathroom two with full-sized shower, is glass enclosed and features a large fixed showerhead as well as a flexible one. We insist on fixed shower heads because we find the flexible 'telephone' type ones seem to spray everywhere. The modern sink and beige stone give the room clean lines; the iron chandelier adds a soft touch.

Not only is there Eiffel Tower on the river end of the park but there are 4 different separate for them to play in.

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Richebourg over Christmas - what a delightful apartment you have made, and what a splendid Quartier - one which we had not really explored before, and enjoyed immensely.

We had one delightful dinner at Le Petit Sud Ouest restaurant just across the street. It quite took us back to the 10 years we lived in the Landes, where we had an Armagnac property - it was that good, and an authentic rendition of Gascony's wonderful food - complete with an excellent Croustade, which I have never found outside the Sud Ouest before; and the wines from Madiran of my good friend (and one time neighbor) Alain Brumont. Delightful owners too!

We will be back in Paris for about 10 days in April, and so hopefully will be contacting you once more to provide us with a pied-à-terre again.

“My daughter, grandson, and I spent the week of May 11-18, 2006 in the beautiful Richebourg on the Bourdannais. We fell in love with the apartment on the website, and found it even more wonderful than we hoped. The sweet neighborhood, the clean, charming, adorable Richebourg made our trip a dream. I love the 7th Arrondisemont, the Rue Cler, Rue Grennelle, the Champs de Mar, the dazzling light show of the Tour d'Eiffel. Madelyn and Phillipe have created something that I never imagined could exist: a sampling of a complete life in Paris. They thought of everything! Plus dishwasher, Nespresso and
washing machines, the lovely, lovely homey feeling, and every detail. Even little scissors! I felt I was in my own home. It gave me and my daughter and grandson (age 3) an enchantment, a week we will never forget. I want to come back every year! Sans doute!”
