The Rully is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment featuring a large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen and air conditioning. The apartment’s many French windows overlook a peaceful cobblestone courtyard with sun streaming into the living room and both bedrooms. The Rully is a tastefully appointed, fully remodeled apartment in an excellent location just one block from the Champ de Mars Gardens and the Eiffel Tower, and two blocks from the Seine. Book this Paris Perfect apartment and you’ll love exploring the charming neighborhood with many shops, trendy restaurants, patisseries and much more.

Bedrooms

2 Bedrooms; Sleeps up to 6 people. Bedroom 1 has two twin beds; master bedroom has an extra-wide queen-size bed. Living room has a long sofa that converts to two separate single beds at night. A fold out twin bed is in the small room off the entryway.

2 bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a shower, toilet, and sink; master bath has a bathtub/shower and sink. There is a separate water closet with toilet. Hot water tank: 80 gallons.

Here also is the Musée de l’Armée, housing maybe the world's finest collection of arms, armor, and uniforms; it is especially renowned for its enormous collection of medieval armor.

Rue du Commerce, a lively French neighborhood near La Motte Piquet métro, is 10-minute walk from Ruuly Paris vacation rental. Find excellent fresh food, loads of clothing stores, and perfume shops, as well as the Monoprix department store (a French Target), with a supermarket on the first floor - good quality and great prices!
Rue de Grenelle, open on Wednesdays and Sundays, has excellent prices and is located a few minute’s walk from Rully Paris vacation rental, in the 15th arrondissement (across and left of Champs de Mars).
Ave de Saxe is open on Thursday and Saturdays and features undoubtedly some of the most beautiful organic and deluxe food stands in Paris. It is ten minute’s walk.
Pont de l'Alma is the largest open market in Paris. It opens every Wednesday and Saturday morning, and is just five-minute walk from Rully Paris vacation apartment.
Rue Cler is eight blocks away from the Paris vacation apartment rental, among the best and most famous streets for food in Paris; open every day including Sunday morning but many shops are closed on Mondays. Our favorite cheese merchant is here; tell them which day you wish to eat it and they will hand pick the perfect selection!
One block from the Eiffel Tower and the gardens of Champ de Mars, a rare bonus in Paris as there are few large parks where you can walk, run, play in one of three playgrounds, enjoy the basketball court, go to the puppet theater, rent bikes and skates nearby, or just sit and enjoy. This is especially attractive for families, because children need to have time to enjoy playing along with sightseeing during their stay in Paris.

Summary

Only a short walk to the Ecole Militaire, at the far end of Champ de Mars, where Napoléon attended military school. This became Napoleon’s headquarters and housed his elite Emperor’s Troops in 1795. The buildings still show gunfire signs from the French Revolution in 1789 and the shelling when the Prussians declared war on France in 1870 to defeat Napoleon III. There are four statues on the façade representing: Might, Peace, Victory, and France. The statue of Victory is of Louis XV. Few of them remain as the rest were destroyed during the French Revolution.

If you're looking for a taste of red or white Burgundy wine without tapping your wallet too harshly, Rully wine is a great place to start. Take the elevator to the 5th floor and enter this Paris apartment rental to a large entryway that features a storage room housing a small washer and dryer and a fold-down single bed, great for extra sleeping options.

Step into the large and bright living room to find two French windows on the right and a dining area and kitchen on the left. A gorgeous red marble fireplace sits below a large trumeau mirror, silk curtains in cream with small red floral print grace the large windows overlooking the courtyard, and beautifully refinished oak parquet floors reflect loads of natural light.

Facing the fireplace is an over-sized chocolate brown sofa that features a chaise lounge and converts to a comfortable double bed at night. Also find a cream-colored antique-style armchair with matching footstool as well as a contrasting print armchair.

For your entertainment, find a flat screen TV and DVD player so you can bring your favorite movies. We have installed cable so you can watch CNN, CNBC etc. There is also a CD stereo, so bring your favorite selections to play.
