  • Rue de Commerce nearby: one of the best shopping streets in Paris.
  • Ecole Militaire where Napoléon attended military school and his headquarters.

See the base of the Eiffel Tower just behind the trees in the background? Having a large park so close is a rare amenity in Paris as there are few large open green spaces near most Paris short term apartment rentals. It's great to be able to relax in the middle of a bustling city.

There are four different playgrounds, mini-car tracks set up for kids, a puppet theater to keep them entertained, and a bike rental. It's also great for taking a leisurely stroll after dinner and joining the crowd below the Eiffel Tower when it first lights up in the evening.
