This sunny 1 bedroom apartment has a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower and is remodeled and furnished to a high standard. Measuring 575 square feet, it comfortably sleeps 4. The apartment is a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars gardens and four blocks to the Seine river. There is nearby transportation at Ecole Militaire or La Motte Piquet subway. The apartment is surrounded by local restaurants, cafés and shops.

The apartment is on the third floor (fourth floor American, with elevator) of a modern building, with a pretty view onto a small garden. You can see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the living room and bedroom, especially at night when its lit up against a dark sky.

This is a safe neighborhood; building and apartment also have good security, with digicode on the street door, key on the inner door and concierge.

Walk into the apartment to the powder room with toilet and sink on your left. The entry area has an antique desk for working and reading, a nice additional space. Bring your laptop and you can connect to our free, high-speed wireless internet.

The living room of our Paris vacation apartment features a high-quality sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed at night. Additionally, we have provided a folding mattress for extra flexibility.

The spacious living room has a pretty view of the small garden; look up to see the top of the Eiffel Tower. It's a nice feeling to look onto a small garden and to see the sky, as many Parisian apartment rentals overlook dark, inner courtyards.

The window seat stretches the width of the room, to take advantage of the large windows. With cushions in front of the windows, it makes a wonderful place to sit and look out or read during the day.

The newly remodeled kitchen is larger than most Parisian kitchens for an apartment of this size. The kitchen is fully-equipped and we've installed a small countertop with chairs for casual eating and snacking. The washer-dryer are on the left as you enter the kitchen. The full-sized refrigerator with freezer is next, then separate microwave and convection oven. Countertop with sink and cupboards continue around the side.

Kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals
The kitchen of our Paris vacation apartment has plenty of counter space along with a new fridge-freezer, microwave, convection oven, 4 burner stove, toaster, coffee pot and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal.

The bedroom is sunny and quiet with king bed and garden view
Walk into the bedroom to the same beautiful view of the garden. The king bed has a high-quality mattress and linens for a sound night's sleep. The French armoire provides ample storage and good lighting means you can read in bed or plan your activities for the next day.

The bathroom is off the bedroom, newly remodeled and beautifully finished. It has a stylish contemporary feel using teak, double basins full-sized bathtub with shower. Hairdryer is included.

Cross the street and stroll one block to visit the Eiffel Tower - the view is incredible as you stand in front of it and watch it soaring upwards.

The apartment offers a view of the very top of the tower from your living room window or bedroom window.

This beautiful carousel is located in the Champ de Mars gardens, just two blocks from our Sauvignon Paris vacation apartment. See the base of the Eiffel Tower just behind the trees in the background? Having a large park so close is a rare amenity in Paris as there are few large open green spaces near most Paris short term apartment rentals. It's great to be able to relax in the middle of a bustling city.

There are four different playgrounds, mini-car tracks set up for kids, a puppet theater to keep them entertained, and a bike rental. It's also great for taking a leisurely stroll after dinner and joining the crowd below the Eiffel Tower when it first lights up in the evening.

Our Sauvignon Paris vacation apartment is very close to two of the largest open markets in Paris, the Saxe-Breteuil market which is open on Thursdays and Saturdays and the Grenelle market which is open on Wednesdays and Sunday. Enjoy shopping for fresh breads, pastries, fruit and vegetables and preparing meals at home in your fully-equipped kitchen.
