Welcome to our sunny Sauvignon rental apartment where we've combined a modern style with specially chosen antiques to make a pleasing, spacious apartment for four people. The large window fills the living room with light and overlooks a small garden courtyard. The window seat stretches the width of the room to take advantage of the large windows. With cushions in front of the windows, it makes a wonderful place to sit and look out or read during the day.

Walk over to the window where you can spot the top of the Eiffel Tower rising up over the surrounding modern buildings. Yes, you're that close! The Sauvignon is located off Ave. de Suffren in the 7th arrondissement just a stone's throw from the beautiful Champ de Mars gardens where you can see the Eiffel Tower. Or walk only four blocks to the Seine and enjoy a romantic stroll along the river watching the colors of sunset wash across Paris.

The Sauvignon is located in a modern building complex, on the third floor of the building (4th floor American) with elevator.

Open the door you'll be welcomed into a large entry area that looks into the living room and then the bedroom in the distance. A powder room with a toilet and sink is located on the left as you enter the apartment, and the kitchen is next on the left before you enter the living room.

The newly remodeled kitchen is larger than most Parisian kitchens for an apartment of this size. The kitchen is fully-equipped and features cherry wood cupboards and gray worktops. We've installed a small countertop with two stools for casual eating and snacking. The washer-dryer are on the left as you enter the kitchen. The full-sized refrigerator with freezer is next, then separate microwave and convection oven.

Take a romantic stroll along the banks of the Seine, just four blocks from our Sauvignon apartment in Paris. Take a walk early in the morning to see the city coming to life and the boats slowly making their way up and down the river and under the historic bridges of Paris. Metro stations are nearby as well as buses, but many museums and monuments are walking distance.

Having a large park so close is a rare amenity in Paris as there are few large open green spaces near most Paris short term apartment rentals. It's great to be able to relax in the middle of a bustling city.

There are four different playgrounds, mini-car tracks set up for kids, a puppet theater to keep them entertained, and a bike rental. It's also great for taking a leisurely stroll after dinner and joining the crowd below the Eiffel Tower when it first lights up in the evening.
