Description of our Paris apartment rental
This fabulous new Paris apartment rental located on the 7th floor of a 1920’s building on the beautiful Rue de Grenelle near Champ de Mars Park features a large balcony, two bedrooms, two and a half baths, air conditioning and a living room that can sleep an additional two guests.
Of course, the piece de resistance is the unbelievable view from the oversized balcony that fronts both the living room and the master bedroom. This extremely rare amenity allows you to sit out and savor the glorious views not only of the Eiffel Tower, La Grande Dame de Paris, but also the Sacre Coeur and even the Arc de Triomphe across the river Seine. And these truly amazing views can be seen directly from the living room and the master bedroom as well.
All the features in our luxury Paris apartment rental are spectacular, but it’s hard to take yourself away from the balcony and view. You will find two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room/dining area off the open kitchen, and two and a half bathrooms. This spacious and inviting home is our newest and most beautiful premiere apartment rental, and one of our most popular Paris apartment rental ever!
Enter this luxury 750 square foot Paris apartment rental on the cherished seventh floor, directly next to the staircase and elevator, and step into the luxurious, sun-filled and open living room and dining area. To your right is the open kitchen and to your left in front of the living room area are large French doors opening to the expansive balcony with its breathtaking views. As you step past the dining area there is a door to your left to enter the master bedroom with en suite full bath, and a door to your right that leads down a short hallway to the back bedroom. Off this hallway is a small water closet with toilet and sink on your right, then a second full bathroom also on the right, then a door into the second bedroom. The floor plan, with the placement of the bathrooms and the ability to close off rooms and the hallway with doors, is perfectly suited to comfortably accommodate six people, even when everyone is in ‘getting ready’ mode. You’ll also find lots of closets and storage space.
The living room is decorated in beiges and khaki tones with highlights in greens and russet pinks, and features an original white marble fireplace below a trumeau-style mirror, parquet floors, and decorative moldings. The sofa and two armchairs are a beige on beige design, and we’ve added both contemporary and antique touches that add warmth to this cozy area. The long sofa converts to two separate twin beds at night and was made for us in Italy; it is the best style we have ever found. The technology is excellent engineering: the sofa seat extends to full twin bed width and a second twin bed slides out from underneath with even a headboard that pulls up to raise the legs. Our guests love having the flexibility of two single beds in the living room, comfortable for every night sleeping. We prefer these long sofas to regular hide-a-beds because you can stretch out and catnap during the day – and have two separate beds for flexibility at night. Our silk curtains have blackout linings, but guests tell us they prefer to look out and enjoy the view until they fall asleep. The spacious, sunny living room is excellent for enjoying the company of friends in beautiful and comfortable surroundings, or simply enjoy your time together – all part of a memorable vacation. Above all, the effect is comfort and luxury for your stay in Paris. It is simply wonderful to relax in and a welcome sight to come home to every day.
An important note: All of our French doors and windows have been replaced with the highest quality double-a glazing available, the kind used by luxury hotels. While you may be in the middle of a bustling city, your Paris apartment is quiet.
You’ll find a flat-screen TV and a dual standard DVD player in the living room so you can bring your favorite movies and play them while admiring the view. We have installed cable so you can watch CNN, CNBC etc. Find a second flat-screen TV and dual standard DVD player in the master bedroom, so children can watch a movie while adults are enjoying a glass of wine together upstairs in the living room.
The living room also features a stereo, so bring your favorite selection of CDs or choose from a small selection that we provide. You’ll also find an antique oak desk and free high-speed Internet access so you can download emails and work while admiring the view.
Step back from the living room area to the elegant dining area, also decorated in yellows and beige. The granite table matches the granite counters in the kitchen, and we’ve installed a beautiful modern light with a long beige shade above the table.
The open kitchen is right off the dining area and is stunning in and of itself with its sleek white cupboards contrasting plenty of granite-top counter space. You’ll find a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven and microwave, and four-burner stovetop top so you can cook to your heart’s content. We stock our kitchens with white porcelain from Dehillerin, the company that supplies the finest restaurants in Paris. In addition, find a Nespresso espresso and cappuccino maker, coffeepot, toaster, and every accessory we think you might need to prepare gourmet meals. Paris and la vie Parisienne revolves around food; the advantage to staying in this wonderful quartier is that there are 3 open markets nearby along with the famous rue Cler – you can shop for the freshest ingredients and already prepared dishes daily and enjoy dining at home, with the most romantic view in Paris.
Having a kitchen and a dining area are among the many advantages of staying in a Paris apartment as you don’t have to go out for every meal. You can enjoy eating with family and friends without having to get dressed up every evening. The French have mastered the art of ready-prepared dishes and foods, so you don’t even have to cook to enjoy great French cuisine. Children love buying fresh warm croissants at the patisserie a few doors away each morning, or choosing a special dessert after lunch or dinner. Our guests tell us that shopping for croissants and desserts is the best part of their children’s visit!
Step through the door on your left from the dining area into the large master bedroom situated at the front of our Paris apartment rental. Decorated in beiges, it features an extra wide queen bed with a painted antique headboard, two closets, and a desk and chair. The bed is new and of the highest quality, an extra-wide queen-size -- decorated in Provençal-style toile de jouy fabric. The en suite bath is ultra modern with pale beige Italian tile, a full size tub, and a sandblasted sliding glass entry door that you may want to leave open to enjoy the view through the exterior French door leading to the balcony. Of course, we’ve designed the layout to optimize your Paris views from your comfortable bed.
Step through the door on your right from the dining area into the hallway to the second bedroom. First on your right is a small water closet with toilet and sink — so Parisian and so convenient when there are multiple guests.
The second bathroom is next on your right. It is decorated in creamy, tumbled marble tiles and features a toilet, sink, and shower.
The second bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and features a sloping roof. It has two single beds, each with a nightstand, and two built-in closets for plenty of storage space. A chair and writing desk are also included. A décor of cream stripes gives it a French provincial theme.
Spending time in Paris together or with family and friends is what a great vacation is all about. And with our Paris apartment rentals you’ll know your view will be spectacular and you’ll be surrounded in luxury. Whether this is your first or hundredth visit to Paris, you will be enthralled by the view after sunset, especially when the fairy lights begin to twinkle on the hour. Compared to what you would spend for tiny hotel rooms and numerous restaurant meals every day, you’ll
find the location, space, views, and furnishings of our apartment rentals to be an excellent value.
At sunset, enjoy a short stroll to the romantic river where you can catch the famous boat ride down the river. Walk to the Eiffel Tower and simply enjoy the architectural beauty from below or run up the stairs for exercise. The Trocadero is directly across the river, another beautiful walk…or take a longer stroll to the Musee’ d’Orsay, the Invalides or the Rodin Museum.
So get ready to step onto the balcony and savor the view; a marble bistro table and chairs mean you can buy the Herald Tribune below and enjoy café’ au lait and croissants every morning – or toast your stay with champagne in the company of friends and family at sunset. The view and location are unmatched.
We believe in offering an apartment rental with unforgettable views and fine furnishings. You invest a lot to come here and every occasion is special – showing Paris to someone you love, getting together with good friends, marking a special birthday or anniversary, showing Paris to your children for the first time. The unforgettable views, the authentic atmosphere of a Parisian neighborhood, and the warm furnishings of a beautiful luxury apartment all combine to make your stay a memory of a lifetime. We leave a large selection of Paris guidebooks and other information about the neighborhood for you to peruse during your stay.

- Rue Cler is one block away, one of the best and most famous streets for food in Paris; open every day including Sunday morning but many shops are closed on Mondays. Our favorite cheese merchant is here; tell them which day you wish to eat it and they will hand pick the perfect selection!
- Pont de l'Alma is a five-minute walk and has the largest open market in Paris every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
- Ave de Saxe is open on Thursday and Saturdays and is undoubtedly among the most beautiful in Paris. Find many organic and deluxe food stands.
- Rue de Grenelle Open Market: open on Wednesdays and Sundays. Prices are excellent at this market located a few minutes walk in the 15th arrondissement.

- One block to the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. The Champ de Mars Park is a rare bonus in Paris as there are few large parks. Walk, run, play in 1 of 3 playgrounds, basketball court, go to the puppet theater or just sit and enjoy. Nearby skating and bike rental are fun activities, especially after strenuous site seeing. This is especially attractive for families, because children need to have time to enjoy playing along with site-seeing during their stay in Paris.

The buildings still show gunfire signs from the French Revolution in 1789 and the shelling when the Prussians declared war on France in 1870, to defeat Napoleon III. There are four statues on the façade representing: Might, Peace, Victory and France. The statue of Victory is of Louis XV. Few of them remain as the rest were destroyed during the French Revolution.
- 10 minutes to the Invalides, a masterpiece of French Classical architecture built by Louis XIV. Napoleon’s tomb rests under the golden dome. Here is the Musée de l’Armée, housing the finest collection of arms, armour and uniforms in the world; it is especially renowned for its enormous collection of Medieval Armor.
- You are seven blocks to the incredible Rodin Museum; four blocks to Chirac’s new Museum of Ethnic Arts.
- The luxury apartment is three blocks from the American Library, an institution in Paris where you can take out a daily membership and catch up on the news, read, and work and use their internet facilities.
- In December and January the Eiffel Tower converts an area on the first floor into an ice skating rink 189 feet high above the rooftops of Paris. It’s free and children will never forget ice skating there!
We think you will love staying in our luxury apartment rental, a beautiful Parisian apartment which offers memories of a lifetime!
