I met my husband at a Christian School in 1980. We went to school for a while together and I thought he was one of the "bad" boys. One day I was at a church event to go roller skating and he took my picture. Soon after he invited me to go to his graduation banquet. I was only 15 1/2 and my mom said only church or school activities. We started dating and it was 10 months before we even kissed. We slowly became friends and then fell in love with each other. And in 1983 we got married. I married my high school sweetheart and we have been married for almost 32 years. We never had a honeymoon and we would love to go on one. He is still the love of my life. I would not know what to do without him. We truly did become one when we got married. We had one daughter during our marriage and now we have two grandchildren. Our life has had its ups and downs but through it all we have held on to each other. I hope we have another 32 year together. We are just and ordinary down-to-earth couple who enjoy the simple things in life.
