Our one-bedroom, one-bath Côte de Beaune Paris rental apartment comfortably sleeps three people and has been exquisitely decorated, finely furnished, and totally remodeled to take full advantage of its beautiful Eiffel Tower views from the Paris apartment rental living room and the bedroom. Named after the white wines from the Côte de Beaune area, which are considered to be the best in the world, the location and views of this bright and charming Paris rental apartment are hard to beat. Situated on the 3rd floor (4th American) of a charming 1800s building, this cozy 45.5-square-meter (490-square-foot) Paris apartment rental faces west for bright sunshine and gorgeous sunsets. Located only two blocks from the Seine and one block from Tour Eiffel and the gardens of Parc du Champ de Mars on the elegant, tree-lined Avenue de la Bourdonnais — among the most sought-after avenues in Paris — the rental apartment boasts Princess Caroline of Monaco and other famous actors and personalities, such as Isabelle Adjani and Catherine Deneuve, as neighbors. Of course, the piece de résistance of this Paris rental apartment is the view; stand at the apartment living room or bedroom windows and see La Grande Dame directly ahead of you in all her glory. The Cote de Beaune rental is beautiful any time of day, but it’s quite magical at night when it lights up and glows softly at sunset. Then, every hour on the hour, the magical 10-minute light show begins — the same one used for the Millennium celebrations. Whether you have been to Paris only once or 100 times, it is simply captivating and unforgettable. There are 2 mobile air conditioners in our rental, in the apartment living room and bedroom.

Exit the elevator and pass through two entry doors into the small entryway of this Paris rental apartment with the kitchen immediately to your left, the bathroom next on your left, the living room straight ahead, and the bedroom off the living room to the right.

The Paris rental apartment kitchen has been completely remodeled in pale tile with plenty of white cabinets for storage and loads of countertop workspace. You’ll find a full-size refrigerator/freezer, combination convection/microwave oven, toaster, coffee pot, espresso maker, combination clothes washer/dryer, and all the necessary cooking and serving accessories you’ll ever need, including white porcelain dishes from E. Dehellerin — the shop that furnishes all good Parisian restaurants. Having a kitchen and a dining area are among the many advantages of staying in a Paris apartment rental as you don’t have to go out for every meal, but can enjoy eating with family and friends without having to get dressed up every evening. The French have mastered the art of ready-prepared dishes and foods, so you don’t even have to cook to enjoy savory French food. Children love buying fresh warm croissants at the pâtisserie on the corner each morning, or choosing a special dessert after lunch or dinner. Our Paris rental apartment guests tell us that shopping for croissants and desserts is the best part of their children’s visit!

Next on the left of the rental, is the fully restored bathroom of our Paris apartment rental. It is decorated in white and beige marble tile and features a toilet, sink, and a full-size, glass-enclosed shower.

The Paris apartment rental living room is straight ahead and features original parquet floors, a beautiful white porcelain stove with mantel that heated the apartment in the 1800s, and French windows that provide plenty of sunshine and overlook the street below. Of course, La Grande Dame de Paris in all her glory is directly in front of you. Our general manager commented that it almost feels as if you can reach out and touch it, but it is actually a block away from the apartment rental, on the beautiful gardens of Champs de Mars park. A comfortable sofa that we had made for us in Italy converts into a double bed at night. The design is excellent as you simply and easily pull it out without removing a single cushion. It is great for relaxing on and the high-quality construction means a superb sleep at night. We have most of the sofas especially made for us in our Paris apartment rentals, because we want our guests to be comfortable and to come back and stay with us time and again. There is also a comfortable armchair next to the built-in glass shelves housing the audio equipment.

An oval cherry-wood dining table and comfortable dining chairs sit next to the apartment rental window so you can fully enjoy the views, truly unforgettable at night — you won’t want to eat anywhere else in Paris than in our Côte de Beaune Paris apartment rental! Decorated in beige with highlights of soft yellow, the room provides a very warm and welcoming feel, and we’ve provided a flat-screen TV, dual-standard DVD player, and CD stereo so you can bring your own music and films to enjoy. You’ll also find high-speed wireless Internet access so you can catch up on your emails.

The bright and spacious bedroom of our Paris apartment rental is to the right off of the living room. Here you’ll find oak parquet floors, an original white marble fireplace, and a beautiful antique headboard for the extra-wide queen-size bed. There are also large closets for plenty of storage in our rental, bedside marble top tables with good reading lamps, and an antique-style writing desk for penning post cards home to envious friends. Fashionable striped beige curtains frame the two sets of French doors that look out on the Eiffel Tower, making this a most elegant and romantic bedroom. Do you see the gilded crests on the balconies across the street? That’s the Paris apartment of Princess Caroline of Monaco! You will simply love the views of Tour Eiffel when you go to bed at night in our Paris rental and when you wake up each morning.
