The romantic bedroom makes your honeymoon or special trip to Paris complete. The new queen-sized bed is extra wide, 63 inches X 82 inches instead of the standard 60 inches X 80 inches in the U.S. The mattress and bed frame are brand new and the best we could find; toile de jouy bed coverings in mauve with pale green cushions. The antique cherry wood headboard graces the wall and we think fits perfectly. We found it years ago and stored it until we had the right location for it, this romantic bedroom.
Sunlight streams through the large bedroom window in the morning over the quiet courtyard. Violet silk drapes are double lined to block the light and frame the large window. There is an antique chest of drawers from Normandy which blends beautifully with the headboard and crystal chandelier in the romantic bedroom.
