Comments: We just returned home after spending ten glorious days in Paris. The highlight of the trip was staying in your apartment. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality and orientation to the area of Paris we grew to love.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The apartment was wonderful, charming and after a few days, felt like home.

Our wonderful memories include: Rue Cler and Rue Grennelle markets, Champs de Mars Park (especially on the week-ends with all the French families enjoying themselves), walking along the River Seine (so close to the apartment), and easy access to the Metro.

This was our fourth trip to Paris and our first experience staying in an apartment and we will definitely do it again. We do plan on returning and staying in an apartment with "Paris Perfect".

Comments: We were delighted with our Pomerol rental. It was in perfect condition and very well designed. We have rented from other companies before and there is no question this is the most professionally run organization. The owners are wonderful and could not be more helpful. I highly recommend anyone visiting Paris who wants to rent work with Paris Perfect. They are the best!

Comments: We have just spent 15 days at Beaujolais, & never want to stay in a hotel again! We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. We started our holiday by being out the door as soon as the sun was up, as we do in Australia, but realized that not much happens until late morning, so by the time we left we were doing the Parisian thing! It also enabled us to stay out later & enjoy the late sunsets! Weather was the spring people write about & it was the perfect time to be in Paris. The 7th. eme is wonderful because it's quiet, has more restaurants, patissieries etc than you could ever want, & the bus goes right past the door. We got to cover a lot of the city & explored areas we'd not been to before, and this has just whetted our apertite for more more more! Paris Perfect!!

Comments: Our family of two adults and two daughters (ages 8 & 10) just returned from a week in Paris, staying in one apartment, while our dear friends with their two daughters (ages 7 & 11) stayed in another apartment, in the adjacent building. We all had a fabulous time, greatly enhanced by the beautifully furnished and spacious accomodations in such a fabulous location. I have been to Paris many times, staying in accommodations ranging from youth hostels to 5 star hotels, but never before have I felt like I had lived in Paris for a week, rather than simply visiting. The location is absolutely perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and amazing food shops, and of course the drop-dead eiffel tower views. We own and rent out a couple of luxury vacation properties ourselves, and I must admit that I picked up several ideas from the truly gracious experience that Philippe and Madelyn have created... The extensive guide to the city and especially the neighborhood was very helpful (especially the notes on which restaurants to avoid; something you'd never find in Fodors, etc.!). A word of caution - book early, as we have already raved about our experience to many of our friends and colleagues!

Comments: During our stay in Paris we stayed in the Kir Apartment (Studio apt. Perfect for one or two people). The apartment is a complete jewel! Beautiful views of Paris from the floor-to-ceiling windows, with the Eiffel Tower just to the right.

We had great access to the major sights and transportation (e.g. the RER to Versailles is right around the corner). Easy access to the Champ du Mars (two blocks from the apt) gaves us an opportunity to have picnics under the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is VERY quiet, which was great after a long day of touring! It was nice to be a tourist for the day, and then meld back into the Paris neighborhood. We didn't feel like Americans TOURING Paris, but American LIVING in Paris for a week.

Cafes, grocery and speciality stores, and eateries are plentiful in the area (Rue Cler is 3 blocks away!). Each morning we would go out and buy fresh food for breakfast and lunch and go to a local bistro (Le P'tit Troquet on 28 rue de l'Exposition is our favorite!) at night.

I'd recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for easy access to Paris while experiencing everyday "Parisienne" living.

Comments: We stayed at the Merlot apartment in late March and completely fell in love. We couldn't tell what we loved more - Paris or the apartment! It was a true fairy tale experience. The view from the apartment (from living room and bedroom) is indescribable. When friends look at my pictures from the apartment they comment on the view more than any other pics we took. Every detail is taken care of - a beautiful welcome basket with some goodies, a thorough orientation manual with important numbers, tips, etc., and even some starter items in the kitchen to make you feel right at home. When we ran into any problems, you were immediately responsive. This unit and parisperfect as a whole is more than worth what we paid. You can't put a price tag on the memories paris perfect helped us create. Thank you, thank you!! We will be back!

Comments: "ParisPerfect" is a most fitting name for the week we spent last December in your Merlot apartment. From our communication prior to the trip to Madelyn's helping me find a large street map of Paris after we returned home, everything was exactly as you promised.

The apartment seemed palatial after the hotel room in le Marais where we stayed on a ten-day trip in May. We also loved feeling a part of a neighborhood and had a lovely time each morning choosing where to buy our breakfast!

For me, though, the definitive difference in a ParisPerfect apartment was the detailed information to help us enjoy the apartment, the neighborhood, and Paris. I felt more like a houseguest (and by the end of the week not so very foreign!) than a temporary renter; it was almost like being sent out everyday with a myriad of possibilities to explore & and a personal guide to tell us exactly how to access what was most interesting to us.

I have already alerted several friends to the website, and we will definitely be back for a ParisPerfect trip.

Comments: Dear Philippe and Madelyn,

I just wanted to let you know how delighted we were with the apartment. It was even more charming than your site shows it to be. The view, the furnishings and the accruterments were all superior. The neighborhood, by the way, is one of the nicest in Paris.

When we decide to return to Paris, rest assured that we will contact you first to reserve our apartment.

Thank you again,

Martin K.
