YES !!!!! "Paris was perfect" !!!! Montrachet was wonderful, the neighborhood was fantastic, your city and it's people were absolutely the most friendly and most cordial during our entire stay. We visited as many of the suggested places on your list as time would allow. The restaurants were fantastic, Rue Cher with it's shops were a wonderful treat. We made the Brasserie directly across the street from our apartment window, our people watching place each afternoon. We would sit and talk about the sights we had seen and the people and places we had visited. Their staff was wonderful. Thank you for a spectacular vacation in your apartment, we are already talking about coming back. Eric & Linda D.

| Comments: | Our family of five (we have three sons ages 11, 17 and 20) just returned from a one-week stay in the wonderful Merlot apartment. It was a first trip to Paris, and your apartment made it even more special. We loved the furnishings, the special touches like the gift basket and DVDs to use, that made it so memorable. Even though the week started out warm (sticky, mid-80s), your fans and open windows made it quite comfortable. Your perfect location can't be beat....we enjoyed the neighborhood cafes, the great bakeries, and a few nights we put together our own take-in dinner from the Rue Cler vendors. We'd rent another place from you in a minute the next time we're lucky enough to vacation in Paris.

| Comments: | My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying in the Beaujolais apartment this past June. It truly was a wonderful apartment in a well kept and secure building, with an excellent location to match. The apartment is very pleasantly furnished, bright, and quiet. The location was very convenient to the metro and an easy walk to many attractions. The neighborhood itself was (as mentioned) full of wonderful cafe's and shops. We never had any problems arise during the almost two weeks we rented the apartment. Wishing now that we were still able to go through the green door and enjoy the calm courtyard hidden from the street. We had a marvelous stay and hope to have the opportunity to return. Thank you for all of the wonderful information and help in setting up our stay.

| Comments: | We loved the charm and amenities of the apartment, and the special care that went into setting it up for our stay. We loved the service from Paris Perfect - available by cell phone to answer our questions. We used the book of restaurants and services often to have ideas of where to go. Mainly we loved the neighborhood, which has a nice mixture of tourists and locals. Even though it is central and near the Eiffel Tower, you can walk a couple streets away and just be surrounded by locals of the neighborhood. Because it is a Paris Hot Spot, there are lots of fantastic restaurants. There are also some fabulous little spots known only to the locals. And people were friendlier than I ever remember in Paris. We had a wonderful stay, and I would definately recommend Paris Perfect. They set it up so you feel like you're visiting family, rather than just being a tourist. When I have the chance to return, I will stay with them again.

| Comments: | We'll never stay in a hotel again, at least not in Paris. We had Kir for a week at the end of April, 2004, and found it delightful, super clean, classy and such an amazing use of space that we never felt cramped.
The neighborhood couldn't have been better; quiet, but with shopping close at hand so we never had to go far afield for anything. We're staying in Pomerol for four weeks in May-June, '05 and it can't get here soon enough!

| Comments: | The Montrachet in Paris is fabulous! We enjoyed every minute despite the heat wave of August 2003. A great location, easy to get around and a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower were the highlights of our trip! We'll be looking for other "Perfect" apartments on our next trip!

| Comments: | My wife and I stayed in your lovely Merlot apartment in mid-May, 2004 -- celebrating our 25th. Our special treat was having our daughter join us -- who, at the time, was studying in Europe. So -- the accomodations were just perfect; Jenni had her own room and privacy while my wife and I shared the master. Your apartment, Philippe and Madelyn, was beautifully appointed -- as evidenced by the stunning but quite comfortable furniture, special and highly functional built-ins, especially in the kitchen and baths and inviting terrace overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Every morning, I'd wander through the neighborhhod to bring back the freshest croissants, cheeses, eggs and herbs -- whip together one of my favorite breakfast concoctions and serve them to my girls as they'd sit out on the terrace enjoying the view of Parisian life. Just a wonderful time. Thank you for the welcome basket upon our arrival too -- a very pleasant personal touch.

| Comments: | We spent 9 nights in the Beaujolais apartment in May 2004. This was our first time renting an apartment (in Paris) and we couldn't have asked for a better location - or rental experience. We can't imagine going back to a hotel after this!
The apartment is cheery and light <plenty of windows> and within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, pattiseries, cheese shops, grocery stores, and interesting sites. There are so many things to do and see nearby that the list is almost endless (Rodin Museum, Invalides, Eiffel Tower, Bateau Mouche, Rue Cler, etc). Two metro stops, several different bus routes, RER, and the Batobus are all within walking distance, so the whole city of Paris is essentially just a ride or two away. The location in the 7th is quiet and safe and we can't imagine a better area to stay in, in Paris. Beaujolais was the perfect size for the two of us, and everything was very clean and in great working condition when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable and the neighbors were quiet so we had no problem falling asleep in this apartment! The real mentions here though are Philippe and Madelyn. They made the whole rental experience easy and completely painless, and we would not even hesitate renting from them again! They were there from start to finish... supplying plenty of information about Paris, the neighborhood, and the apartment itself; sending prompt email responses; helping us to arrange transportation from the airport. So they made the whole experience of renting in Paris very comfortable and effortless. Thank you again Phillipe and Madelyn for helping to make our vacation in Paris more special than ever. We recommend Paris Perfect to anyone who is thinking about renting an apartment in Paris - you won't be disappointed!

| Comments: | Renting an apartment vs. staying at hotel was new for us. We loved the experience so much we can't go back to staying at a hotel surrounded by tourist postcards and t-shirts ever again. What a wonderful surprise it was to enter the world of the Pomerol - easy check in/check out, a fantastic neighborhood, an informative neighborhood suggestion book with countless restaurants to choose from and a beautifully decorated apartment (with laundry)! Our ten day stay on the corner of Cler and Grenelle made the daily produce shopping so much fun, not to mention an incredibly easy walk to the pastry shop for our daily dose of macaroons. Philippe and Madelyn provide their guests with outstanding service. We will be back.
