Comments: Dear Madelyn and Philippe,

Our delayed arrival into Paris kept us from reaching your Romanee apartment until almost midnight. From the first moment, we felt welcomed and right at home your beautiful apartment. Although the dining table was fully set and ready to host the six of us to dinner, we were more in need of showers and baths and a good night's sleep, and that's exactly what we got. No shortage of hot water and beds that caressed us into a deep sleep. It was heaven. Everything about the apartment was first class. And the view from the windows was priceless. La Tour Eiffel stood solidly by day but danced like a ballerina by night right in front of our eyes. Magnificent! The calm and quiet neighbourhood offered everything we needed within a few minutes walk of the apartment and the famous museums and monuments for which Paris is famous were a short commute away. We simply had the most perfect stay in Paris and look forward to vacationing in one of your beautiful properties again. Merci beaucoup!

Comments: We loved our stay at the Paris Perfect apartments,

We stayed in the Rue Cler area, the market is great, a super area, and the apartments was fabulous Pomerol, great neighbourhood, beautiful furniture, nicely decorated, exquiste view of the Eiffel tower light show, everything you need at your finger tips. We especially liked getting up and having our coffee, lounging and planning our day in a relaxed fashion, also appreciated the english DVD's. If we had any questions, in fact, I found you did not have to speak French, most were willing to help out and a very easy city to walk around and see all the site............a must for all travelers.

Comments: We had an absolutely wonderful time in Paris, and a big part of that was staying in such a great apartment (Pomerol), and dealing with such great people. The location was ideal, with Rue Cler market right downstairs, and everyone associated with Paris Perfect seem genuinely concerned that your stay is indeed perfect. We are already talking about returning to Paris with our two children (London too).

Comments: We had a wonderful time in your apartment this September. Photo's on your website do not do justice to the spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and Parisian rooftops directly from the well appointed living room. Also, the kitchen was extremely well equipped and a pleasure to use.

As for the location, proximity to the Champ de Mar for our toddler and the food shopping on Rue St. Dominique for our European in-laws could not have been better. Easy access to the Grand Magasins via metro kept the fashionista in my wife happy and the neighborhood restaurants could not have been more charming and accomodating.

All in all a wonderful experience. We hope to return soon.

Comments: We loved staying at Paris Perfect's Montrachet. We felt like we were living in a French neighborhood. The apartment is in first class condition, with many special touches to make us feel at home. We could not have asked for better hosts. We especially loved the booklet on things to do and know about Paris. It led to us buying our dishes from a wonderful, small shop in Paris.

Thank you for a wonderful stay; we look forward to returning!

Comments: Dear Philippe and Madelyn,

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent "Kir" for the week . . . it is an absolute jewel. Our first real visit to Paris was all we could have hoped for and more. Everything about the apartment was exactly as described, and all the effort you three have put into the property is sincerely appreciated.

I wrote in the Guest Book in the apartment a quote from Frank Lloyd Wright that '. . . God is in the details'. Having stayed in a lot of places around the world, from **** hotels to modest B&B's and rental 'villas', both Clare and I agreed that we've never found such thorough preparation, and such useful and well presented information as was provided by you. Even before we arrived in Paris, we had a pretty good "handle" on the apartment, the neighborhood and the best places to find good food . . . from baguettes to restaurants in the area. And everything turned out to be both accurate and complete.

Thank you again, and we look forward to the next time.

Comments: My family of five stayed for 10 days in your absolutely lovely and comfortable apartment. This was my children's first trip overseas and we all had a magical time which we will never forget and which has changed some our daily habits back in the U.S. We are still eating croissants and baguettes for breakfast at every opportunity!

One of the reasons our trip was so special is that we stayed at your apartment. We felt as though we were actually living in Paris as opposed to living out of a suitcase in a hotel. We have been passing on our enthusiasm to family and friends and hope we will have the chance to visit again.

We highly recommend staying here. Our hosts left us a wonderful care package that came in very handy, including a rolling shopping cart which we used for frequent trips to the market. An espresso machine complete with espresso pods was wonderful. There were lots of large closets to truly unpack in. And the view from our balcony of the Eiffel Tower as well as the local scene below was enchanting. Many many other small touches added to our experience. No bad things to say -- it was GREAT!

What a wonderful time my family of 6 had staying in your St. Emilion apartment in Paris. Our 4 grown children were awestruck by its location and the proximity to everything. And how romantic: what a way to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary!

The initial impact takes your breath away: Walking into the apartment for the 1st time and looking out the Living Room window to see an 80-percent unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower only 1 block away. To sum up the reaction of the family, my oldest son, an architecture student, looked out the window at the Eiffel Tower and turned to me and said, “Did you PLAN this?” I’m afraid so.

Prospective guests: You need to know how necessary people like Madelyn and Philippe are. Their website accurately describes the apartments for rent. The pictures are correct, the communication is ongoing, the apartment was immaculate, and the owners and their customer service representatives are totally accessible. And why not? They have no reason to hide.

Madelyn and Philippe are doing their part to restore the confidence of travelers renting in a foreign country. We can overwhelmingly recommend their operation. We have rented from other rental companies before that have completely unraveled into ‘bait-and-switch’ disasters. Not so here. In a foreign country, it is reassuring to have a business run by people that can be trusted. The bottom line: They have integrity.

May God bless them and may he continue to bless their operations. We certainly will consider parisperfect, et al, when we return to Europe.

P.S.: The Blu Shuttle/BluVan from CDG to the apartment and back to CDG was efficient. They were early, you have to pay cash (for us 87 euros each way for 6 people), but reliable.

Comments: We have just returned from England and our stay in Launceston Place. It truly is "perfect"! It was peaceful and tranquil - a great escape from London's noise and bustle. The area had good shops for supplies; museums and, of course, Kensington Palace Gardens for lovely walks. We highly recommend this charming oasis in perhaps the best of London's residential areas.

Comments: Our family (myself, my wife, mother-in-law and twin daughters) stayed for a week in September in your apartment. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. Nice and roomy for 5 with great balcony views. The local street is great and our kids loved going each morning and ordering food for the day from the local shops in French.

Our only disappointment with the lodgings is that we had to leave!!! We will definitely return.
