My wife, another couple, and I have just returned to the States after spending eight nights in the Sancerre apartment in the 7th. The Sancerre is a lovely apartment, with French doors leading from each of the bedrooms and the living and dining areas onto a wrap-around balcony overlooking either Rue St. Dominique or Avenue Rapp. The apartment is tastefully furnished; the rooms are spacious and comfortable; and the location is ideal, convenient to the Metro as well as within walking distance of Les Invalides, the Rodin Museum, and the Eiffel Tower. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment is incredible, whether in daylight or as thousands of tiny lights twinkle at night.

We recommend this apartment, whether you are a first-time visitor to Paris or an experienced one. Philippe and Madelyn are cooperative and pleasant in making arrangements, and they provide excellent information about the quartier. In our experience the apartment is an exceedingly cost-effective alternative to staying in a hotel, and it enabled us to get the "feel" of living in Paris.

Comments: Paris "perfect" really summed up our stay in this beatiful apartment with a great location--we had 3 great dinners in walking distance--and that magnificient view of the Eifel Tower! This is far more than an apartment rental, it is a gracious introduction to Parisian life, and Philippe and Madelyn have gone way above the call of duty in providing every amenity one could think of, and so much more....canb't imagine ever visiting Paris again and not staying right there....Warmest thoughts and memories from J. & M. Comments: Just returned from your Paris apartment. Had a wonderful time. Had a dinner party and the kitchen performed wonderfully. The view of the Eiffel Tower was beyond fabulous and we found ourselves cheering every time the lights flashed (we controlled ourselves after the second day!). We found great butchers on rue Cler. We are renting the Medici apartment in Florence in January. Having an apartment is so much more relaxing than a hotel. This is the only way to travel. P.S. if the Monet, Whistler and Turner show is still there - get tickets. D.T.

Comments: We stayed in the Beaujolais in July of 2004, and loved every single minute of it. I found this website online, and as others have noted, it was EXACTLY as pictured. We had a magnificent time -- loaded down with information provided by ParisPerfect, we found the perfect shops and restaurants closeby. We love to go to the market every day and return with wine and pate and baguettes. We loved the restaurant recommendations, and especially loved Le Thoumieux next door. We had our last lunch there and wished that we would've discovered it earlier! We'll definitely be back. I LOVE traveling this way!

Comments: Pomerol was a fantastic apartment with a great location right on Rue Cler. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped and the management staff was extremely helpful. It made our one week Paris experience very special, one that our family will never forget. The views of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment are incredible...

Comments: What a wonderful stay we had in Madelyn and Philippe's Malar studio. It was cozy and so comfortable. Having the bed lower from the ceiling was a great way to create more space! Thanks for all the fabulous tips and guides you provided to make our stay more enjoyable. We felt like Parisians for a week. The neighborhood was fabulous with the Rue Cler markets so close by. Easy access to all our favorite sights and quiet enough to sleep well every night. We look forward to our next stay!

Merci bien,

Liz and Pete

Comments: What a wonderful way to experience Paris! I will never rent a hotel room there again.

Madelyn and Philippe, you've done fabulous job with the apartment. It was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood and the shopping/dining recommendations were just what I needed for my fall getaway. I look forward to visiting Paris and staying in one of your units many more times.

Thanks so much!

Comments: My mother and I stayed in Paris Perfect's Malar apartment, 2 blocks from the rue cler markets. Muscadet is Madelyn and Philippe's smallest apartment and was the only one available given I booked just a month before we would be there. However Muscadet had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated and cosy. The queen size bed that pulls down from the ceiling was very comfortable and such an amazing design. We are back home in Australia from our around the world trip and we agreed that Paris was our favourite place. This was partly due to the lovely Muscadet apartment and that we could buy and cook our own food and felt like we belonged in the neighbourhood as we knew all the special places to go thanks to Madelyn's personalised local information folder.

Merci Madelyn and Phillipe

Comments: Bonjour,

This was my virtual 10 day trip to France. All my plans and services were selected and paid for via the internet with no knowledge whatsoever of any of the vendors.

After spending many hours on the internet looking for an apartment to replace a hotel room, I came across Paris Perfect. With patience, the Pomerol became available for the time period I needed. I brought a friend along on her first trip to Europe and was really hoping I hadn't made any mistakes.

She loved the Pomerol, especially the view of the Eiffel Tower at night. I was delighted that everything went according to plan and the apartment looked EXACTLY like the pictures on the internet.

This was a wonderful way to become a part of a neighborhood and just a little more special than an ordinary tourist.

We were really coming into our own with our favorite neighborhood restaurants and shops all selected when it was time to go home.

Can't wait to return to Paris as well as try the other locations available.

Merci beaucoup.
