| Comments: | We really enjoyed our stay in the Romanee apartment. This apartment is of high quality, well laid out and super equiped. It is like a home from home - except for the almost surreal backdrop of the Eiffel Tower - hard to beat! Thanks to Madelyn, Phillipe and their staff for making our stay in Paris so enjoyable.

| Comments: | We are preparing to return to Paris next week for the third time and each time we have stayed in one of Phillipe and Madelyn's beautiful, well equiped and appointed apartments. This time it will be Sancerre which I have toured and it is lovely and spacious. As I pack, I can imagine being in its beautiful living room overlooking the Champs de Mar.
We have also stayed in Montrachet and Cabernet and have friends who are coming to Paris for this trip and who are staying down the hall in Cabernet ... another lovely apartment. The prospect of exploring places in Paris where we have never been is thrilling. Knowing the neighborhood and the local merchants makes it feel a little bit like returning home ... familiar, friendly and wonderful. Thanks to Madelyn and Phillipe's fabulous apartments and the information they provide, not to mention Carolyn's welcoming presence, we know that will will return again and again and never stay in a hotel. Returning to Paris has inspired us to improve our conversational French and we have found Parisians to be very understanding and helpful. We are looking forward to a dinner at Le P'Tit Troquet, ordering a rotisserie chicken from the lovely woman at Viande du Champ de Mars, buying coffe at Cafe Richard and selecting pates at the local charcuterie with the help of the woman who mangages the shop. We have also stayed at Casetta di Bonsi in Florence which is managed by Madelyn's sister Lisa ... a wonderful place to relax and so close to everything in the City. And, because we have always had such a wonderful time when renting from Paris Perfect and Italy Perfect, my mother, sister and I will be staying in one of Lisa's apartments in Venice this autumn! Madelyn, Phillip, Lisa and Carolyn make traveling in Europe a wonderful experience. By staying in an apartment and getting to know the neighborhood, one feels like a visitor instead of a tourist.

| Comments: | My husband and I stayed at the Volnay apartment just a few of weeks ago, May 5, 2006. I don't think a day has gone by when we haven't talked about how wonderful it was to stay in this apartment.
The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible!! It was easy to view with the two sets of french doors in the living room and kitchen. The apartment was well supplied with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the espresso machine. We made cappucinos a least once a day. It was so fun to get up early, make a cappucino and enjoy the view, while the city was still quiet. The CD player and DVD player made it really feel like our home in Paris. We brought our own CD's and DVD's. It was nice to be able to watch a movie in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. This was our third stay with Paris Perfect and we have enjoyed every apartment that we've rented. I highly recommend renting an apartment from Paris Perfect. Wendy Heyes

| Comments: | We stayed in the Merlot suite during July of 2005. It was our family's first trip to Paris. We could not have chosen a more ideal location and apartment for our stay. Everything about our accomodation was wonderful. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony was unbelievable. After a long day of sightseeing, we couldn't wait to get back to the apartment and sit on the balcony with a bottle of wine and watch the Eiffel Tower's light show. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped with everything possible to make you feel as if were in your own home. We were welcomed by the manager and shown around the apartment. The welcome package was wonderful and we especially enjoyed the booklet with many helpful tips in and around the neighbourhood. On our next trip to Paris we would definately stay in one of the Paris Perfect apartments again. Thank you, The Fikeris family from Vancouver Canada

| Comments: | The Volnay was an exquiste apartment. I recommend it for anyone, but for first timers to Paris you could not have asked for more. Everything was very well done, including the introduction by the staff and the recommendations of restauants and shops. The view of the apartment was fabulous, to watch the Eiffel Tower, change through out the day and night. It was truly a great experience and intend to use Paris Perfect again, hopefully soon.

| Comments: | Dear Madelyn and Phillipe, Be still our hearts! As first time visitors to Paris we are soooooo estatic we chose "Paris Perfect"! We spent three weeks in Italy( first time...Florence,Sienna,and touring Tuscany) and then on to Paris. I am certainly glad we spent our last week in Paris. Perfect way to end our month in Europe. The Parisians are just lovely. Paris is truly the most beautiful and romantic city ever!!!! We cannot wait to explore more of France and will definetly spend @ least one week in a "Paris Perfect" apartment. It is truly magnificent and the only way to truly experience Paris at it's finest. My husband Jim ,my mother Beverly and I are still in a dream several weeks after returning to the States.We can still close our eyes and see the twinkling of "Grand Dame Eiffel" in all her glory!! Simply breathtaking!! Madelyn and Phillipe are to be highly commended for their passion, grace and exceptional comittment to Paris and her precious gifts! "Paris Perfect" Apartments are outstanding. Do not hesitate fro a second if this is a first or 50th visit to Paris. I booked our entire trip myszelf over the internet and ahd absolutely no problems. "paris Perfect" was by far the best of all in all facets. Exteremly organized,resources offered to all are just fantastic! Our arrondissemont(7th) near Rue Cler simply the best Honest...it does not get better than this. Trust me!!!!! We will not hesitate to recommend(highly) "Paris Perfect" to all our friends and Family.!!!! What you see is what you get and so much more. We could not wait to return "home" to the Montrachet apartment and have dinner looking at the lovely lady of Paris"Madame Eiffel" evry night. We ate in more than we did out. Ther was no better view in all of Paris than ours from our lovely Montrachet. Oh. our bed was great. Wonderful nights sleep every night for a week. And boy does that make a HUGE differnce! Plus going to sleep with the Eiffel tower out your bedroom room is just sheer perfection. I had to pinch myself every time I looked out our windows(full length balcony windows with bisrto table and chairs too!).Three sets also!!!! Unbelievable! Safe travels to all,

From the welcome basket, to kind and attentive staff, to the beautifully appointed apartment (complete with hairdryers, DVDs, and CDS!), to the wonderful shopping and restaurant recommendations, to the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, I can't imagine ever wanting to stay in a hotel in Paris again. I will most definitely go this route on my next trip to Paris. C'etait formidable!

| Comments: | Just a note of thank you to Philippe and Madelyn. Our stay in Paris was made much more comfortable and enjoyable, due in large part to the wonderful accommodations you provided. We enjoyed the beautiful FLEURIE apartment enormously -- as well as the delicious bottle of wine and adorable baguette holder, made by Madelyn, that was so graciously gifted to us. We took full advantage of the open air market at Rue Cler. With our purchases of fresh goodies, we prepared a few meals in the well stocked kitchen and had long, leisurely, proper dinners at the dining table. Of course, we were also patrons in several restaurants, both in the 7th and in other arrondisements. However, it was also fun to stop at one of the many crepe stands in the Quartier Latin and have a scrumptous freshly made crepe au sucre or crepe nutella or... I have already recommended Paris Perfect to several family members and friends and going forward will surely contact you for future trips to Paris or London or anywhere in the world where you might have apartments to rent. The information book made us real Paris citizens from the first day. Our guests, my husband and I all speak of our adventures while at the apartments with real fondness. These are experiences you simply would not have at even a great hotel.

| Comments: | I stayed in the Chardonnay apartment in September with three of my relatives. We have been to Paris several times and continue to love it more and more each time we visit. This is the second time that we have rented through "Paris Perfect" and we couldn't be happier with the apartments. They were both lovely and decorated with such care that we felt as if we could live there forever. Everything was provideded for our needs and the detailed information of the neighborhood was so helpful and appreciated. Our favorite thing to do in Paris was to shop at the markets and bring food back to our apartment. We felt like we belonged in Paris and we were not just the usual tourists. It is such a wonderful experience that I wish every visitor to Paris could stay in one of the "Paris Perfect" apartments. Thank you also to the Paris Perfect staff, who again made everything so easy and was readily available to us the entire two weeks we were in Paris.
