Better than a hotel in Normandy France: Stunning Manoir and smaller vacation home in Normandy, 10 minutes to D-Day Landing Beaches!

Why stay in a hotel in Normandy, France, when you can enjoy the pleasures of Normandy from a beautiful home? More beautiful than any hotel in Normandy France, these beautiful vacation homes are located only minutes from the D-Day Landing beaches. The location is better than most hotels in Normandy France and are central to famous points of interest: the famous landing beaches of WWII, 25 minutes from chic Deauville and its film festival, 7 miles to Caen the home of the incredible WWII Museum. Bayeux is ten minutes drive away, a medieval town on a river and home of the famous tapestry of the Norman Invasion and 1066 fame. And of course, Normandy itself is a simply beautiful region where you can enjoy the beach, bicycling, golf tennis and great food.

Location: Better than most hotels in Normandy France, this beautiful manoir and its guest house are located in Douvres-la-Delivrande, a charming, lively village in Normandy. You and your family can experience French – from shopping for your daily baguette to finding your fresh camembert from Normndy at the local market. This experience is more memorable and enjoyable than ‘passing through’ a hotel in Normandy. Additionally, the caretakers who live on site can even provide daily housekeeping and cooking for a reasonable supplement. There is free high speed Internet access at both homes and computers, so you can check emails or work while enjoying the beautiful coast of Normandy.

The village which surrounds the house is delightful: there is a weekly open market which you can walk to in the Church Square. It is also fun to walk to the local baker, patisserie, greengrocer, butcher etc. Normandy is a gorgeous region region of France where you will find: Hiking, Biking, Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Windsurfing, Omaha Beach Golf Course and Shopping superstores nearby.
