Our company is about our people and we are proud to have the best people in Paris to take care of you!  You’ll meet them when you arrive at our apartment or when you pop into our Paris office nearby.

Our investment in people based in Paris is unique, because most companies operate virtually on the internet outside of France. They handle apartments reservations, cleaning and greetings with outside contractors.  We believe this makes standards difficult to maintain. There is no replacement for having your own excellent people on the ground, who can ensure that everything is in place and spotless before a guest arrives.

We are proud to have the best housekeeping team in Paris who’ll clean your apartment so you’ll find it spotless when you arrive.   We are equally proud of our maintenance record, with apartments that are frequently remodeled and a maintenance team who responds promptly to any issue.

Labor is costly in France, but when our guests walk into their apartment and say it’s better than the pictures, it’s 100% worth it! 

Our greatest compliment comes from competitors who ask if we will contract our cleaning and greeting services to them, but we politely refuse.  Our people are our secret weapon and we hope to have an opportunity to prove it to you.

Guest Welcome Center

If you arrive early, no problem! We’re the only company in Paris with a Guest Welcome Center.  No lugging around suitcases or waiting at a bus stop all day until your apartment is ready.  Come to our welcome center, use the facilities, have a café au lait, drop off your luggage and start to enjoy Paris! Buy groceries, explore the neighbourhood, have lunch and return later, refreshed.

Personally Met at Your Apartment

We’ve heard stories of keys lost in the mail, getting lost while running around Paris to pick up keys, or confusion on how to operate locks and buzzers in a strange new locations, 

Don’t worry; at Paris Perfect one of our friendly, English-speaking greeters will personally meet you at your apartment with a smile.  They’ll take the time to walk through everything with you, from how to operate your keys to explaining how the intercom works.  They don’t just point to an instruction manual and suggest you consult it if you have questions, they’ll show you how each and every machine operates, from the heating and air conditioning to the Nespresso machine!  They are there to take care of any last minute details and happy answer any questions you might have about the apartment, the neighborhood and Paris.

Questions to Ask When You're Looking for a Paris Apartment

Should you have a problem while you’re in Paris – from getting locked out, to a broken appliance or even a health issue – you’ll appreciate the support and care we offer guests seven days a week in Paris .  So how can you tell if a Paris rental company is ‘real’ or a listing agency without an established presence in Paris?

• Most companies are what we call virtual rental agencies.  They have an internet site that will make your booking but no presence in Paris to assist you, meet you or answer questions during your stay. Some listing agencies are easy to identify because the quality of apartments and locations vary enormously in terms of quality, location and furnishings.  The apartment owners or contractors handle the cleanings and maintenance -- there is little screening or control.  We are often approached by apartment owners to manage their Paris apartments but we accept very few because they rarely fit our standards.
• You’re dealing with a listing agency if the website actively advertises to apartment owners to list their apartment on their site. The reason is obvious; more apartments generate more rental commissions -- and after-rental service can become an after-thought.  We firmly believe that success goes hand in hand with high quality service, housekeeping and maintenance. We know that if we do a good job, our guests will spread the word and recommend us to family and friends.
• Ask if they use contract cleaners or hire their own, fulltime housekeepers?  You may not get a straight answer, but the response can be telling.  Many owners and agencies hire the concierge or contractors to clean; they pay them under-the-table for the cleanings.  They are not insured should there be an accident or loss at your apartment.  All of our employees are legal and fully insured, an important factor for guests’ peace of mind. Our head of housekeeping is Violetta, who manages the cleaning team brilliantly, including teaching all of us a few lessons about how to clean an apartment thoroughly. 
• Do they have a full time maintenance person who can handle unexpected problems?  If the answer is that they have ‘people on call’ or companies to call, it means they must ask the owner for permission to call the plumber, or locate and fax the appliance receipt before calling the manufacturer to book a repair.  We don’t wait.  We have an excellent full time maintenance person named Waldi and can fix almost anything! If the repair is substantial, we book the repair immediately.
• Ask for the address of their Paris offices.  If the answer is “Our staff is mobile because they spend so much time at the apartments”, it means they use outside contractors.  Maintaining an office is an expensive investment, but it is important to greet guests if they arrive early, to store linens, safeguard keys, soaps, replacement parts, tools and light bulbs!   Our staff works for us full time.  Not only are they enthusiastic and smart, they are legal and fully insured -- with a vested interested in making sure you have a great Paris stay.
