  • We have been to Paris many times always staying in hotels. This past February we decided to rent an apartment and were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a small grocery store, a G20, a your door step and a boulangerie across the road. Finding a place for dinner was easy as there are many restaurants close by. The apartment itself overlooks a courtyard and is fairly quiet with only noises of the daily activities of the residents. We slept in most mornings which never happens at home. The apartment had all the amenities and comforts of home we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning.

  • My friend Linda and I had a lovely week in the Fleurie. During the day, we braved the bus and Metro from our apartment to Montparnasse, Le Marais, Ile de La Cite, to Les Champs Elysees and beyond. We savored the markets along La Rue Cler, along with neighborhood patisseries, boulangeries, and chocolatiers. The shopping (especially the shoes and "lunettes"!) was Oooo-la-la. At night, we sipped our Port and nibbled macarons watching the Eiffel Tower glitter out our living room window. We'd need to move to Paris to even attempt to take it all in...La Seine et Paris Perfect, au revoir at a bientot!

  • I've just got back from Paris, and I have to say that my stay with Paris Perfect was a lovely one with breathtaking view of Eiffel Tower and what with the spectacular night show. We enjoyed our stay so much and honored with the very warm greetings from Paris Perfect team. I would definitely stay with Paris Perfect when I return to Paris.

  • What a wonderful apartment and the view is breathtaking of the Eiffel Tower from all the windows. Very comfortable and warm. The restaurant guide proved invaluable, excellent dining all within 5 minutes from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

  • The apartment was just as described on the Paris Perfect website...the view was spectacular and the apartment was wonderful. Ideally located within 2 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and a bus stop at the door you couldn't ask for more.
    
    My flight was delayed so I arrived much later than planned but this was not a problem and my greeter was very helpful on my arrival. I was a little surprised at the condition of the apartment block at first sight but once I entered my apartment all else was forgotten.
    
    A truly wonderful way to spend a week in Paris it was an experience I will not forget.

  • We have been to Paris many times but only stayed in Hotels. This was our first experience in an Apartment and it will be the way we stay in Paris from now on. From making the reservation to closing the door for the last time, our special holiday in the Bergerac Apartment was wonderful. The staff that met us at the apt when arriving gave us all the details to run everything smoothly. For 4 days of our 8, there were a total of 6 people staying there. With 2 1/2 baths no one got in anyone's way when getting ready. Please tell Phillipe that his home was beautiful and we appreciated the antiques and modern touches. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but if we had needed to make dinner,it had everything a gourmet chef would need. And living so close to Rue Cler, all the best ingredients were there to be bought right in the neighborhood. And with so many excellent restaurants/bistros nearby, we didn't need to eat in. The beds were very comfortable and the linens beautiful. The tile in the bathrooms was magnificent, and the towels were luxurious. But it was the VIEW that made this apartment Paris Perfect!

  • My wife and I visited Paris with our 16-yr-old granddaughters. After having difficulty locating Paris hotel rooms with accommodations for four, we fortunately discovered the user friendly ParisPerfect website through Google. This informative website and personal phone support made the reservation process very easy. The extensive package attached to email that was sent after reservations was very helpful in planning our stay in Paris. The competent staff that greeted us in the Medoc on arrival politely answered our many questions about the unit and the neighborhood, and gave us great advice about our visit to Paris. We enjoyed the usual Paris attractions, but walking and shopping in the convenient neighborhood between the Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler area was the highlight of our trip. The Medoc was comfortable and all appliances worked without problems. The grandkids loved the Espresso machine. A phone call to the ParisPerfect office was all that was needed to arrange timely transportation to Charles DeGaulle. Paris Perfect is Perfect!

  • The apartment was ideally located. The septieme really is the best. Wonderful outdoor market (rue Cler) & easy-going cafes & bars.
    
    Comfortable sofa & bed, good bath & bed linens. Kitchen thoughtfully & perfectly set up. The Nespresso & a good supply of coffee was a generous detail.
    
    Greeter took time to explain & was very helpful.
    
    Prior to my arrival I felt blase about the view of the Eiffel Tower from the front window. But there it was, as wonderful as ever.
    
    On my first day I bought ten metro tickets. By the end of my stay I had used one. I walked everywhere.

  • Our family of four (two daughters aged 8 and 10) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hermitage apartment! The apartment was gorgeous, and the storage and bathroom very comfortable for an family used to American amenities. Welcome was lovely and informative. Location and views cannot be beat. We are all hoping to return soon. The girls want the same apartment!

  • We were hoping to stay near the Eiffel Tower, however, closest availability was St Germain - District 6. It was Perfect! The Riesling was spotless, the location unbeatable and we will come back to the exact same spot in the future! Perfect for any foodie or keen walker as there as so many places to see and so many Cafe-Boulangeries, etc. on your doorstep. Not to mention all the Art Galleries!

  • We spent a week in Paris with our 2 adult children to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was always my hope to be at the top of the Eiffel tower on by birthday,and so the dream came true! It was a trip of a lifetime and Paris Perfect helped make it a wonderful trip of memories. The view from Chateau Latour was breathtaking. We loved seeing the Eiffel tower from every room, especially at night when it twinkled. The apartment was in a great location and so close to the metro. We loved the neighborhood and everything we needed was right there. The apartment was perfect and we cooked in one rainy night, we liked it so much. Everything in the apartment was so easy to use and nothing we needed was missing. I look forward to our return, and will definitely be calling to stay with Paris Perfect again. Thank you so much for everything.

  • We stayed for a week at Medoc. What a lovely apartment, just right for a couple - really comfortable, it was freezing and snowing when we were there, it was cosy and inviting, right near everything we wanted to see and how excited I was when on our first evening we went for a walk to check out the sites and the patisseries!!! and we turned the corner and there was the Eifel Tower - lit up with golden light - I was really in Paris!! Paris Perfect people were great, the apartment was great, Paris was fabulous and our holiday was the best!

  • Dear Paris perfect, our stay with you was a very positive one. We were very happy with the apartment which had everything you need to feel at home - comfortable beds, useful and new kitchen gadgets, good washing machines, excellent heating and lovely decoration in all the rooms.
    
    One simple suggestion - a reading lamp in the living room and night tables in second bedroom. Thanks for everything and we hope to be back with you soon!!!!

We were met by an efficient and friendly greeter who showed us all the essential information about our apartment that enabled us to enjoy our temporary home with no headaches. Paris Perfect's staff was immediately responsive to all our inquiries while we were on vacation. We felt as though we had the best of both worlds; a fabulous apartment and a concierge. The information packet in the apartment was invaluable. We got many referrals out of it that resulted in fabulous shopping and dining experiences. The apartment was beautifully appointed and extremely clean. On our numerous prior visits to Paris travel stayed in beautiful hotels including the Four Seasons George V. However,both the Cotes Du Rhone & Richebourg apartments provided us with the same luxurious and stylish accommodations as the fine hotels but with more space without the the 5 star price. The bedding is 5 star. The bath towels AND complimentary bath products are 5 star. The kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and enjoying a great meal. The locations are perfect with great shopping, sightseeing, dining, entertainment and convenient access to public transportation.
    
    We highly recommend Paris Perfect to anyone looking for the ultimate Parisian living experience.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chassagne. The tasteful decor plus the comfortable furniture and bedding made it a delight to return to each day. The location is fabulous, enabling us to walk to many of our destinations, as well as sporting delightful, aimless and surprising strolls.
    
    Staff response to minor glitches with tv was friendly and fast.
    
    One slight suggestion: please be more giving in your bath room toiletries. Other apartments from Paris Perfect certainly have been.

  • From the moment that we booked our Paris Perfect apartment, the Paris Perfect service was excellent. The email communication about our booking was great, and Paris Perfect made available a wonderful pack of information about the apartment and the area in which the apartment was located. On our arrival, we were met by a Paris Perfect representative who showed us all of the amenities that the apartment has to offer. The apartment is in beautiful condition, recently renovated, on the top floor of a building in the 7th arrondissement. The kids took the stairs up! My husband and I mostly squeezed into the tiny lift to make the six floor journey. [Very romantic!] The apartment has the best view of the Eiffel Tower and is close to the food markets in Rue Cler and a number of wonderful restaurants. The apartment boasts two bedrooms, one with a double (king) bed and the other with two single beds, perfect for our two kids. [There are also sofa beds in the apartment, but we had no need of them]. There is a lovely kitchen - tempting enough that, even though I swore I would not cook during this holiday, I actually bought groceries and made a meal. There are plenty of pots and utensils, dishes and salad bowls. There was also a Nespresso machine for coffee to go with our croissant from the local patisserie. There are also two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and a utility cupboard containing a washing machine and dryer. Each of the bedrooms had a television, and there was another in the living room. To be honest, we didn't get much of an opportunity to watch them. We were out most evenings trying out the local restaurants helpfully reviewed in the Paris Perfect information pack. In any event, our kids used the internet most nights - there is free wi-fi in the apartment and international calls to some places, including Australia. We would definitely stay in this apartment again and if it weren't available, would choose another Paris Perfect apartment.
