One of the nicest traditions at the Flea Market in Paris is that the dealers in each market bring a specialty for lunch and share it as a picnic every Saturday and Sunday. In some areas, such as the Marché Cambio, the dealers are very friendly and lunch on one of the antique dining tables becomes a feast. But they always keep their eyes out for potential buyers if you want to ask a price. |
