Description of our Pinot Paris apartment rental

Our Pinot Paris apartment rental combines a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower and balcony with an enviable location on the Left Bank in Paris, a beautiful and welcoming apartment rental for your vacation in Paris. It is undoubtedly one of the most romantic apartments in Paris and provides a special vacation. Our guests can’t get over the special beauty of watching the sun set behind the Eiffel Tower from their first row seat. Toast the view each evening from your own Paris apartment balcony -- or enjoy café au lait on the bistro table each morning.

Our Pinot Paris apartment rental measures 560 square feet, with spacious living room, bedroom and one and a half baths. The apartment faces west, meaning it is incredibly light and sunny, especially in the afternoon when the sun sets over Paris. Elegantly furnished, this lovely apartment rental in the heart of Paris it offers a warm and romantic stay in Paris. Original features have been carefully restored, including original oak floors and moldings.

Enter our Paris apartment rental to a spacious entryway with antique brass coathoaks and an antique mirror. Turn right into the apartment’s sunny living room, a beautiful double room that was opened up to create a feeling of space and light. You are immediately drawn to the two sets of French doors and the private balcony. Step out to breathtaking views of La Grande Dame de Paris: the Eiffel Tower to the right, the gardens of the Champ de Mars and Parisian life below. A round marble bistro table and chairs sit on the apartment rental balcony, where you can savor the view of Paris, enjoy croissants and café au lait each morning or toast the sunset in the evening. At www.parisperfect.com , we believe that a breathtaking view creates an unforgettable vacation in Paris, whether you are visiting Paris for the first or fiftieth time.

Sit and watch Parisian life unfold from your apartment balcony: Parisians taking children to school; people buying their morning and evening baguettes, going market shopping with their baskets or joining friends for an espresso in the café on the corner. We believe that a great view is an important factor to a wonderful stay in Paris, whether it’s for your first or fiftieth time. It is extremely difficult to find these kinds of apartments; we say they must have the ‘Wow!’ factor when you walk in the door. As a result, our selection of Paris vacation apartments is small, but we are uncompromising in our standards. We want our guests to enjoy staying in their Paris vacation rental as much as they enjoy visiting Paris monuments and landmarks, so we decorate our apartments to a high standard of elegance and comfort.

Between the two French doors stands a pretty antique table with large flat screen TV and dvd player above. You can watch CNN, CNBC and BBC to catch up on the news. We also leave a selection of English movies in the apartment for you to enjoy on nights when you’re relaxing or bring your own. There is free access to a fast ADSL line with Ethernet connection for your computer.

The living room is decorated in attractive shades of beige and red-- with beige and red striped curtains and pretty red checked pillows on the divan. The sofa bed is on the far wall with pretty beige armchairs facing it and a decorative fireplace on the right. The sofa is very comfortable for guests and more practical than traditional sofa beds in most Paris apartment rentals. It is over two meters long and actually has a twin mattress for the sofa seat, plus a twin trundle which pulls out from underneath. The mattresses are on wooden slats, meaning good support at sleeping and sitting. They are good for sitting on, for taking naps, or to convert to comfortable beds at night. Comfortable armchairs face the sofa, important for relaxing at the end of a long day of sightseeing in Paris.

The apartment’s newly remodeled kitchenis on your left, with all the conveniences you need to prepare a gourmet meal: convection oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, four-burner cook top, toaster, coffeemaker, espresso machine, and white porcelain dishes. There is good countertop space for Parisian apartments for preparation room.

The glass-top dining table is from Italy and sits beyond, just in front of French doors. It’s a pleasure to enjoy long and relaxing meals with family and friends in your Paris vacation rental – especially because you can pick out delicious specialties and ready-prepared dishes on rue Cler nearby. This is an integral part of your Paris vacation experience and when you’re comparing Paris hotels with Paris vacation rentals, you’ll find yourself saving a lot on meals since you don’t have to eat out for two or three meals a day. If you’re staying in a special Paris apartment it will be a pleasure to spend time at your vacation apartment in Paris.

Walk down the apartment hallway to find the bathroom on your right. This is a spacious room, with a window overlooking the courtyard. There is a bathtub with shower, sink, washer/dryer, and shelves for storage. The countertop is white marble and contrasts nicely with the white tiles surrounding the bathtub. We installed a glass partition after the photo was taken in the bathtub to make showers easy. A large closet with double doors is next on your right with the toilet or WC on the left. The Paris apartment layout is practical, as the bathrooms can be accessed from the living room or bedroom.

An important note: all of the French doors and windows are state-of-the-art double glazed, the same as used in luxury hotels. The apartment is located in the middle of this bustling city, but is extremely quiet for a good night’s sleep.

The large apartment bedroom is at the back of the Pinot apartment rental and overlooks the Paris skyline and a quiet courtyard. An antique dresser is on the right with large French mirror above it. A beige armchair and large footstool sit next to the window so you can sit and enjoy reading while enjoying the view of Paris rooftops. The extra wide queen-size bed is new and of the highest quality, decorated in Provençal-style toile de jouy fabric. The silk taffeta curtains add to the soft, romantic feel of this room. There are three closets on your left for storage, plus a bookcase on your right.

This is a non-smoking apartment rental and no pets are allowed.
