The Macon is our elegant and spacious three bedroom just two blocks from the Champ de Mars Gardens, Eiffel Tower and near rue Cler market street! With two sumptuously decorated salons, tall windows that fill the rooms with sunshine the Macon offers the best of Parisian living. The 1,200 square foot Paris Perfect apartment rental features a modern kitchen and separate dining area that accommodates up to 5 people for evening meals. You'll find the Macon's location to be perfect, right in the heart of the Left Bank's 7th arrondissement.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom has a premium king-sized bed (200cm x 200cm); overlooks the beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Bedroom 2: Two twin-sized beds (140cm x 200cm) that can be zipped together (on request) to form a king; overlooks the beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Bedroom 3: Single bed (90cm x 200cm); faces a small courtyard.

We provide top-of-the-line bedding and beds with premium mattresses, pillows and high thread count sheets and duvets.

Bathroom 1: Master bathroom has a large bathtub-shower with both rain style overhead shower and handheld shower head. There is also a large basin, heated towel racks and toilet.

Bathroom 2: Shower, sink and heated towel racks (no toilet).

Separate Powder Room: Toilet and sink.

Both bathrooms have hair dryers and fluffy white towels.

Accessibility & Security

  • Elevator: Yes, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor (3rd floor American)
  • Security: The neighborhood is very upscale and extremely safe, an important consideration when comparing apartments for rent in Paris. The building has a digital-code lock on the outside door, a key-access lock on the inner door, and a deadbolt on the apartment's door. There is a self-programmable safe for your valuables.

In the Neighborhood

  • We love the fact that this Paris apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bistros, and shops that are frequented by local Parisians, with several excellent ones on the same block.
  • The Open Markets are one of the reasons you'll fall in love with Paris and come back again and again. There are three large open markets in the neighborhood: Pont de l'Alma, blvd. de Grenelle, and ave. de Saxe, with the famous rue Cler only two blocks away. You will live like a Parisian and experience the joys of shopping for the best foods every day, from buying warm and buttery croissants each morning a few doors away, to tasting the best wines at the wine shop on rue Cler.
  • Champs de Mars Park (1 min walk): You're literally two blocks from the park that surrounds the Eiffel Tower and the Ecole Militaire, where Napoleon went to military school.
