We’re thrilled to open the doors of La Place Dauphine, our new location with six beautiful apartments on the historic Place Dauphine. After an incredible two-year restoration project, every detail of 25 Place Dauphine has been carefully curated, from the welcoming entry to the addition of an elevator, state of the art security and the finest quality appliances and décor. Each apartment at La Place Dauphine has its own unique charm, historic details and incredible features. The wooden ceiling beams in our Anjou, Muscat and Castillon apartments date from 1610 when the building was constructed. We revealed the beams and knew we had to highlight this remarkable feature in the design! We’ll be sharing more about the design process and all the features of this very special building soon. It was a joy to work on each apartment as we uncovered new things and added a personalized touch for every one. We hope you’ll love the results!

The top two floors of La Place Dauphine are home to two duplexes, the beautiful Monbazillac and Savennières. Stepping out onto the balcony of these two apartments is a rare experience. There you’ll find a stunning view overlooking Place Dauphine and the rooftops of the Ile de la Cité with the towers of Notre Dame and spire of Sainte Chapelle in the distance. While only the duplexes have balconies, all of the apartments look onto charming Place Dauphine – one of the most romantic spots in Paris!

If you haven’t discovered beautiful Place Dauphine on your Paris wanderings, it’s located near the tip of the Ile de la Cité not far from the Pont Neuf – the oldest bridge across the Seine.
