Our love affair with the Île de la Cité really began when we restored La Place Dauphine, a 17th-century building on Place Dauphine, transforming it into six light-filled apartments overlooking one of Paris’s most beautiful squares. Each has its own personality: Savennières and Monbazillac are romantic two-level penthouses with balconies and wonderful views, Anjou is a spacious two-bedroom duplex, while Castillon, Muscat and Loupiac are elegant one-bedroom apartments that make the square feel like your own private address.

Gaillac
