Absolutley Lovley

This apartment was absolutely lovely and in a wonderful location. Not only is it a 4-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, but right outside the door is every convenience you could want. Restaurants, shopping, grocery, and the most delicious patisserie we had for breakfast every day. Everyone on the Paris Perfect team was so kind, helpful, and professional. We definitely plan to stay at their properties again in the future!

Doesn't Get Better Than This!

The location is amazing, it truly doesn’t get better than this! The views of the Eiffel Tower at night (and of course during the daytime, too) were spectacular. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a nice kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment, especially with kids if you don’t want to walk to the Eiffel Tower at night time to see it sparkle.

A Perfect Spot in the 7th

Saumur was the perfect spot for our family of 3 to end our summer holidays on my most favourite street in Paris. We were happy to have air conditioning as temps reached close to 30C on some days. The balcony was used daily. Our local contact team were most helpful as was the detailed recommendations left in the binder. My 15 year old now has visions of moving to Paris. I hope to be back one day.

Five Stars In Every Way!

Our stay at Cognac was absolutely exceptional and, quite honestly, even better than we anticipated! From the moment we booked through the end of our stay, the communication and service were outstanding. The staff was incredibly responsive, professional, warm, and helpful, making the entire experience seamless and allowing us to simply relax and enjoy our time in Paris. And then there is the apartment itself — WOW! The view of the Eiffel Tower is truly breathtaking and something we will never forget. Seeing it throughout the day and watching it sparkle at night from our own apartment made our time in Paris incredibly special. Cognac is beautifully furnished, thoughtfully designed, and has a wonderful layout. Every detail feels intentional, from the quality of the furnishings to all of the extra touches throughout the apartment. It is elegant and luxurious while still feeling incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The photos are beautiful, but the apartment is even more impressive in person. The location, the views, the accommodations, and especially the level of service all exceeded our expectations. Cognac wasn't simply a place to stay while visiting Paris — it became a memorable part of our Paris experience. We would return without hesitation and cannot recommend Cognac and the entire team highly enough. If you are considering this apartment, book it! It is truly something special and gave our family memories of Paris that we will treasure for years to come. An absolutely unforgettable stay — five stars in every way!

Absolutely Perfect

We’ve been traveling to Paris for 25+ years and always searching for the perfect apartment…one that we would rent again and again. We have finally found it with this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, the apartment is beautiful and well appointed, there is an elevator, the bathroom is a nice size and the kitchen was lovely. I almost don’t want to tell people how perfect it is so that it doesn’t get completely booked up!!!

Central, Comfortable and Charming

We stayed in Alicante for a week and it was the perfect home for exploring the city. The location could not be more central to all that the city has to offer, though you wouldn't know it with how quiet the apartment is once you're inside and settled. If you're looking for a view of the Eiffel Tower while you sip your morning coffee, you'll have to look elsewhere; but at Alicante, you'll hear the bells of Notre Dame instead and step out into the 5th to enjoy the city in every direction. The space is well-appointed and was comfortable for two adults - we had space to unpack, a great kitchen for breakfasts each morning and a separate washer/dryer, A/C and more all make the space a dream of old world charm.

A Magical Week Beneath the Eiffel Tower

This apartment provided the perfect setting for our week in Paris. The highlight, of course, was the breathtaking Eiffel Tower view. Each evening we would open the balcony doors, enjoy a glass of wine, and watch the tower sparkle on the hour. It was a magical experience and one of our favorite memories from the trip. The location is exceptional, providing easy access to Paris's most iconic attractions as well as convenient transportation options. We took advantage of the city's bike-share program and loved exploring Paris by e-bike, discovering charming streets and neighborhoods beyond the usual tourist routes. Inside, the apartment is beautifully updated with remarkable attention to detail. We were impressed by how efficiently and thoughtfully the space was redesigned. The second full bathroom was a wonderful surprise and added tremendous comfort for our family. The interior design is everything you would hope for in a Parisian apartment: luxurious, stylish, and distinctly Paris Perfect. A truly memorable stay.

Feels Like Home

From the moment that we walked in, it was beautiful, serene and nicely appointed, and most importantly the apartment is very clean and comfortable every day that we came back to side a huge relief that we were home we cannot wait to return. In fact I would love to buy a little apartment after my experience here it was amazing.

Paris was Perfect!

We loved our Paris apartment! The welcome was a nice touch so that we knew where everything was. The location was really great, Markets, cheese, wine, patisserie all within steps. The view of the Eiffel Tower was second to none! We were very comfortable there and loved having the second full bathroom (without having to pay for an extra bedroom honestly), it made getting ready to go do all the fun things so much easier. Wish we could do it all over again! Definitely recommend!! Au revoir Paris - je t'aime!

Truly PERFECT!

Marcillac is a gem of a property! Cozy but plenty spacious and every appointment was thought out - from stacks of bedding and towels, to every item needed in the kitchen to a complete listing of attractions and restaurants in the area. Great Location!

Marcillac is a very comfortable (great AC) apartment in a perfect location. It's proximity to almost all of my favorite places in Paris is a huge plus. The rooms are spacious, it's quiet, and there are several Bistros within a 3-5 minute walk. Rue Cler (a market street) is just a few blocks away and taxis and Uber are readily available.

Beautifully Renovated

We were very impressed with the excellent condition of The Bergerac. It is beautifully renovated and feels like a luxury hotel with fantastic details and amenities like bed nooks and lights, good air conditioning, beautiful bathrooms. It is the best condition apart we have stayed in.

Perfect Again!

The apartment was immaculate and beautifully maintained…all surfaces were gleaming! The linens were fresh and crisp. The location on Île de la Cité is absolutely perfect.. making it incredibly easy to walk to sights in every direction. 2nd floor Muscat was quiet and an easy walk-up or down instead of using the elevator. Check-in was easy: our local contact met us provided all apartment details and instructions on how to operate the amenities. This is our third stay with Paris Perfect and I highly recommend you consider this company for your stay in Paris!
