"The location of Picardin worked out great for us. Nice bistros on Rue de Bac and near by, and walking distance to most of the great Paris attractions. The apartment itself was cozy but workable. A bit noisy in the mornings, as kids run down the stairs to go to school, and the odors from the restaurant just below took a bit of getting use to. Overall, we had great time and will definitely consider Paris Perfect again."

"We just recently returned from our first trip to Paris, where we had chosen to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We stayed at the Savennieres apartment in Place Dauphine and this was a highlight of our visit! The apartment is gorgeous, small but ingeniously appointed so that it feels much more spacious. The living room/kitchen/dinette is upstairs and the bedroom and bathrooms are downstairs. There is a lovely terrace upstairs which looks out over the square and has views of the towers of Notre Dame and the spire of St. Chapelle. We loved going out there in the mornings watching the city come to life, and again in the evenings, enjoying a glass of wine as the sun set.

The location is ideal. It is an easy walk to many of the top attractions, as well as great restaurants on both the Right and Left Bank. Our sentimental favorite, however, was right across the street. We wandered into Ma Salle a Manger late one evening and had a perfectly wonderful experience that we will always remember.

Our rental experience was excellent overall. The apartment was beautiful and the staff of Paris Perfect has been consistently helpful and professional since our very first contact several months ago. Thank you for contributing to the trip of a lifetime!"

"The Loupiac was my third Paris Perfect apartment and it exceeded my expectations! All of the Paris Perfect apartments are wonderful but the Loupiac is newly renovated and has an en suite bathroom so the toilet sink and shower are in the same bathroom which is very rare in Paris and it even has a half bath. I've never seen a better use of 475 square feet! The layout of the apartment is great and so comfortable. There is a combo washer dryer in the kitchen. The washer works great even though it takes a long time to do a load but it's nice to have so that you can pack less. Be prepared to air dry the clothes because the dryer takes forever. The building has a brand-new feel and a great elevator that is not claustrophobic like many other Paris buildings. The apartment is in a great central location close to the Lourve, Notre Dame and many other sites in Paris. It's so easy to step out of the apartment on to Pont Neuf to go for a walk along the Seine. The apartment overlooks a beautiful courtyard which can be noisy at night but when you're in Paris on vacation who cares! I really enjoyed my stay at the Loupiac and can't wait to come back!"

"My husband and I traveled to Paris for the 1st time this fall, and we truly appreciated the assistance and information to help us plan our stay. Muscadelle is a charming Parisian 1 bedroom apartment in the 7th Arr, convenient to Rue De Cler & Rue Dominique offering many wonderful restaurants, shops, bakeries, wine, cheese & chocolates. The metro, bus lines and walking to catch tours was easily accessible, although we did spend much time in the 6th Arr, Saint Germain & the Latin Quarter, which was not always easy to access....depending on the day as buses didn't run there on Sunday. This neighborhood is very quiet, the amenities in the apartment are wonderful and comfortable and Paris Perfect was a wonderful security to have and we would definitely book through them again."

"This was a beautiful apartment, an oasis of peace in the middle of a busy city. we looked forward to returning here every night! coffee in the morning and night caps in the evening on little balcony overlooking the square. watched the people walk their dogs and play bocci ball, felt more like being part of a community than being at a tourist hotel. The bed, pillows, sheets and towels were all first class. Dishwasher, elevator, and washer/dryer all worked. We definitely felt safe and well cared for during our stay and hope to return again to this apartment -- I'm now considering it "our apartment in Paris." Highly recommend."

"We stayed in the Muscadelle apartment near. We are experienced travelers and experienced visitors to Paris. This was our third use of a ParisPerfect apartment. We have tried a different apartment each time.

We had yet another excellent with ParisPerfect. We stayed almost two weeks. There were only two of us this time, so we chose a one bed-room apartment. We have stayed in two-bedroom apartments in the past. Our apartment was attractive, spacious, well maintained, comfortable, and extraordinarily quiet. The location was as convenient as one could want. The neighborhood is friendly and pleasant, with many places to dine, grocery stores, wine shops and cafes, and it was within easy walking distance of everything we cared about. It felt like home to us. Why stay in a hotel when you can have your own apartment in Paris?

Despite the recent troubles, Paris seem largely unaffected. (There may have been more security in some of the tourist areas, but we rarely visit them anymore.) We felt no tension, and we visited and walked in all arrondissements without worry.

The ParisPerfect staff was, as they have always been, very reliable, helpful, and kind. Their staff speak excellent English for those who do not speak French. But their business is so well organized that we did not need to contact them after we checked in. We tend to worry when a business has been this good for so many years -- after all, who can keep it up without an occasional problem? But we are so confident about the quality of ParisPerfect's service that we would not think of doing business with any other firm when vacationing in Paris. We will make a reservation for our next trip very soon.
