"Paul met us at the apartment. Location couldn't be more perfect. Short walk to 2 Metro stops and the RER rail station. Louvre, Eiffel Tower, museums all walking distance! Lot's of food options close by which made for fun exploration. The apartment was immaculate and had all the modern amenities but also had historic feel with the original parquet floors. Owners left lots of books and great suggestions on sight seeing and restaurants. Highly recommended place to stay."

"Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Lalande apartment! It was beautiful, conveniently located near the metro, with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel tower! We would definitely stay with Paris Perfect again. I also stayed a week at La Musique in the 3rd. It was so quiet and beautiful and perfect for our girls shopping week! Absolutely loved it! "A very clean, quiet and tidy apartment located within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Very well-equipped. Elevator service. Good WI-Fi. Three of us stayed here for a week and found it very enjoyable. We would be happy to return. All the conveniences of central Paris including bakeries, pharmacies, wine stores, grocery stores, etc. were all very close, in many cases within two blocks. The pictures on the website are a valid depiction of the apartment. The arrival and departure procedures were very efficient. We have previously stayed in other apartments in Paris and this is by far our favorite."

"We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this apartment and would definitely request it again. We are familiar with the building. The location is a short walk to Rue Cler market street and to Les Invalides and the Rodin Museum. St. Julien has a panoramic view of the Champs de Mars from a wall of windows across the living room. The kitchen is open to the living room which worked out very well. The decor is charming, with cheerful blue and white checks in the living room and yellow and white in the bedroom. Having a second bathroom was a luxury for the two of us. Because part of the living room closes off to create a second bedroom, St. Julien would be great for two couples or a couple with a child or two. We are huge Paris Perfect fans and already planning our next trip."

"Lovely apartment, very comfortable. The true bonus was having a water closet plus a bath room with a toilet! The neighborhood is wonderful. We've been coming here a long time and this area feels like a second home to us. The various restaurant and shopping suggestions in the booklet in the apartment are quite good and frankly probably all you need for going out unless you want to go to a Michelin starred restaurant. We'll be back."

"This was the 4th time we have rented a condo in Paris from your company, and they have all been great. I especially liked the fact that this one was on the first floor, so I walked up and down the stairs instead of having to take an elevator. And, even though it was on the first floor, we still had a view of the Eiffel Tower, which is very important to me. The second bath and toilet room are very small, but I made it work anyway."

"This is a sweet studio apartment with all the amenities you will need for a perfect stay in Paris. Great location an easy walk to shopping and many restaurants in the Saint Germain area. Located between the 6th and 7th arrondissement makes this ideal for walking to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Luxembourg gardens and the Rodin Museum. I would highly recommend renting Picardin over a hotel room."

"You have named your company well, as everything was indeed perfect. From the reception with Kevin to the wonderful basket of food that I ordered, everything was wonderful. The apartment was large and beautiful and really made us feel at home. The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbeatable, and we enjoyed the view day and night from the bedroom, dining room and living room. It was especially nice watching the tower lit up at night. The apartment is located close to a metro line and plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. We look forward to a return visit!"

"An adorable apartment set on the quintessential Rue Cler market street in the 7th arrondissement. The balcony is great for relaxing after a long day of site seeing. The location is wonderful with lots of open air markets, restaurants and specialty shops at your door step. We had wonderful customer service with the Paris Perfect team from start to finish and can't wait to return."

"I can tell you honestly, we were thrilled with the Quincy apartment. The location was very convenient to the Metro as well as easy access to the local shops and restaurants. We were able to stock the fridge for our breakfast foods which we prepared daily with ease. It was a pleasure dealing with Paris Perfect and all the staff every step of the way during our planning as they were extremely available and knowledgeable of our inquiries and concerns. Also it was very sweet being greeted with a bottle of wine, milk and juice in the fridge, and the other incidentals which made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend Paris Perfect! Thank you."

"The Calvados apartment was just perfect for us. Quite spacious for a one bedroom, and a lovely location practically underneath the Eiffel Tower. Very nice restaurants all within walking distance, good patisserie one street over. And like all of Paris Perfect's apartments, the kitchen and baths were very nicely done. It was such a treat to stay there."

"Thank you for such a beautiful apartment. My frined and I planned our girls Paris shopping trip around this location and I cannot even imagine a better accommodation. Lia and the Paris Perfect staff are so helpful. The apartment was a joy to come home to. Two nights we even skipped dinner to enjoy to enjoy cheese and wine here. We would definitely stay here again. So close to metro and beautiful. Moving to the Alsace apartment as my family joins me!"

"A real charming studio in a super location – more spacious than I expected. It was the perfect hide-out for me and my wife, we made small intimate meals in the adorable kitchen and went to nearby restaurants many nights. The chocolate shop next door to the building was delightful!"

"Perfect is a high standard and Paris Perfect has set that as a goal for themselves. I have only minor suggestion for improvements but, generally, think they have achieved their goal. We had a lovely vacation in a place that, in short, felt like home.
As a rental, it had some unexpected perks, such as, a library of local travel books, movies and (some) music and even an international electric power plug adapter. Further, there was a curated guide (in English) to the immediate neighborhood which provided a local's knowledge of the better and worse in the area.
We were met at the apt. and given a brief introduction to the 'must-know' points of it. In addition, it had a notebook with curated instructions (in English) for the apartment and all of its appliances. Upon settling in we found a complimentary bottle of wine to start off our stay. The thought and the wine, of course, were both lovely.

"From the moment Paul met us at the apartment, our stay was magnificent. The accommodations were spacious, clean and beautiful. Our central location made navigating Paris by foot and metro very simple. Clos Jolie was the perfect size for 5 women celebrating a special birthday! We were also impressed with all of the travel suggestions given by Paris Perfect. It was truly a Perfect trip to Paris!!!"
