"A fabulous apartment in the most outstanding location. Now let me tell you about the view...The view of the Eiffel Tower from our lounge room, balcony and both bedrooms was simply magical. Not just a glimpse, but the whole tower better than pictured in the apartment photo's.

Our beautiful two bedroom apartment was spacious, spotless and lovingly furnished with elegant and comfortable furniture. Everything had been thought of to make our stay perfect from the welcome basket to the restaurant recommendations, bus/train/taxi information as well as 'things to do'.
Thank-you Paris Perfect, we had a wonderful stay from start to finish."

"The Calvados apartment was beautiful, quiet and comfortable, and just a few minutes walk from three Metro lines and the RER. It exceeded our expectations - they'd thought of everything...hair dryers, an iron, shopping tote, laundry soap,coffee, tupperware and all the kitchen gadgets you'll need for a picnic or a full meal. Just a few steps away is a nice take-out bakery for morning croissants. The 40 pages of neighborhood tips the staff sent was incredibly helpful. There's nothing like hanging out on the balcony with a bottle of wine, watching the tower sparkle. We can't say enough good things about our experience and we'll never forget it."

We took our three children to Paris for their first visit, and stayed in the Saint Amour apartment for eight days. What a fantastic trip from beginning to end! We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage nearby. What a wonderful service! The apartment was in the perfect location for sightseeing, and was fitted with everything we needed. The neighborhood offered plenty of restaurants, as well as bakeries, floral, and meat shops. The Rue Cler is less than ten-minutes' walk from the apartment,offering even more fabulous choices, as are the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars. We had a marvelous time, and are already planning our next visit. Just which apartment to choose...

"Our stay with Paris Perfect in their "Champagne" apartment was fantastic! Madelyn and Philippe have built a wonderful organization (we stayed in their "Cornwall" apartment through London Perfect prior to our Paris holiday). The whole experience of dealing with Paris Perfect is what stands out the most to us. From the 31 page Paris info package by Madelyn to the personal welcome on arrival; to the welcome bottle of champagne, milk, orange juice etc; to the cleanliness, funtionality and decor of the apartment; and, most importantly, to the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed "Champagne" so much that we often brought food and wine back, opened the windows and sat there admiring the view. We will definitely be going back......"

"Staying at the Saint Romain on delightful Rue Cler was the perfect way for us to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The apt was the perfect size, had all the amenities we wanted/needed, a fabulous location - overall exceeding our expectations! The Paris Perfect staff was very accommodating - patiently answering all our questions, providing great suggestions and advice for our week in Paris. We also took their suggestion and hired Victor for transportation to/from the apartment - they were also great! Very professional, on time and saved us time, energy and many headaches! All in all - Paris Perfect was very instumental in making our special vacation "perfect"!"

"Our entire experience with Paris Perfect was superb. The Paris Perfect staff were all extremely reliable and everything from start to finish went exactly as planned. The apartment was very well maintained, furnished very nicely and extremely comfortable.

The location of the Muscadelle apartment is absolutely outstanding. All of the conveniences are right outside the front door! It was just amazing. There's a wonderful restaurant immediately across from the apartment that serves fantastic breakfast all day! And the #69 Bus Stop is 2 blocks away and takes you directly to the Louvre. And of course, having Rue Cler right around the corner is like being in food heaven. The best surprise is how incredibly quiet the neighborhood is at night. We had the windows wide open all night and it was just spectacular."

"A belated thank you for our wonderful stay in Champagne from July 13, 2010. It was the fourth time
for us and we really felt at home. We were met by Suhibe and he was very friendly and helpful.
The apartment was as beautiful as ever. We enjoyed the new furnishings and the rooms had just
been freshly painted. The new bedroom decor is lovely and the linens and pillows are superb. We
could not believe how tall the trees have grown on Ave. De La Bourdonnais . We also enjoyed the
Hydro toiletries. Needless to say we would never be happy anywhere else.
Thank you for keeping your properties in such excellent condition and remembering our 50th
wedding anniversary with a delicious bottle of Gerard Gaupillot."

The Muscadelle apartment was quaint and just as advertised. It was wonderful to view the Eiffel Tower at night twinkling from our apartment windows. The apartment was a great location, with the metro a short walk away, and Rue Cler 1/2 block away was wonderful to have a bite to eat or shop for goodies to have back at our wonderful apartment. After a long day of touring it was great to come "home" to our comfortable apartment. We would highly recomend your services to anyone who needs a "perfect" place to stay in the "City of Lights". You made everything so easy from booking to our meet and greet. Thanks again for making our first trip to Paris wonderful.

We loved the amazing views, the balcony and the location with so many great little places to eat, shop and walk. Your staff was very helpful. The 7th is still our very favorite arrondissement. We spent 6 lovely days in the St. Julien with our 20 year old son and 16 year old daughter and had plenty of room, as well as private space. "We have rented apartments in Paris many times before, but not from ParisPerfect. Without a doubt, they are the best organized and customer focused company I have dealt with. Our apartment was exactly as advertised. All things we might need were there, including little things like a cable to connect an iPod/iPhone to the stereo system and several very nice CDs and DVDs.
They even provided a book covering the operation of all the appliances, which actually is quite handy since they are different from those in the US.

The 7th is truly a very special area in a very special city. It must be one of the safest areas in a very safe city. Also, the restaurants and food store within yards of this apartment are some of the best in Paris. The guide book posted on line is excellent, even for folks like us who have been to Paris many times and for long stays."

"My husband and I have had a wonderful time. Thank you for thinking of every detail. The Volnay apartment is charming and well-equipped. Your welcome basket with water, wine juice, milk, coffee capsules was especially thoughtful. we have been visiting Paris for 30+ years and have been renting apartments for the last five. This one was clean and attractively decorated with a great bath including a decent hair dryer and good lighting. It was nice to have the washer and dryer. My only suggestion would be a second set of towels - but it's a relatively minor thing. Thanks for your contribution to a great vacation. Will recommend you to our friends and come back to rent again."
