"I'm late in my comments! I stayed in the lovely St. Amour! The Eiffel was outside all my windows. This is my favorite area with the bus access, all the Christian Constant restaurants around the corner. This is the best area in Paris to stay. The dedicated staff is there to answer any question and helpful en every way. And how can you beat Madelyn and Philippe. I am lucky that I have the new Meursault rented for a month in the fall. I am really looking forward to it and its great views, from up so high. I have also rented the Kir for a month in Spring of 2009 and now working on the fall of 2009. Paris Perfect is the way to do it... for me!!"

"Thank you Paris Perfect Team for an amazing place to host our holiday! We loved the beautiful apartment & the great location! We loved playing locals shopping on 'our street' & enjoying the neighborhood restaurants! The Chinese/Asian fast food downstairs came in handy for take-away & we had 2 amazing dinners - Cafe Constant and our last night we had the most amazing dinner @ Constant's other restaurant in the street.
We loved getting fresh baguettes each day right downstairs & their almond crossaints are heavenly!
Thanks too for the great welcome basket. We loved all the goodies & I actually wore my slippers daily! The boys - just went barefooted.
Will take great memories home with us - like Jaws 3 in French, The Eiffel Tower - climbing the steps to avoid the lines, etc etc!

"Words cannot begin to describe what great of a time we've had here. We felt at home thanks to the cleanliness of our apartment. Being able to shop for groceries in French downstairs with the grocery cart/bag was very fun. Your location for the apartment is marvellous! Everything is so near! The décor of the apartment was very charming. Your generous hospitality with your useful advice in the books truly did help us.
We've had such a delightful stay that we are ready to give our many recommendations to our friends and family in the States."

"Our family (daughter ages 14, 12, 10) loved the apartment. Hearing my youngest exclaim 'God, look at the Eiffel Tower!' The first she saw the lights sparkle was worth it in and of itself.
Being so close to Rue Cler & the surrounding neighborhood let us really sample the shops & cafés. Coming 'home' every night to the Eiffel Tower was a wonderful treat. We will definitely recommend this apartment to friends looking to stay in Paris."

"Dear Madelyn, Phillipe, and all the staff at Paris Perfect,
We have had an amazing 2 weeks in Paris. This is our third trip to Paris and our stay at St Emilion made this visit the best! The apartment's location is ideal. The view is breathtaking. We really appreciate all of the invaluable information in the folder of the neighborhood.
We really enjoyed shopping at Rue Cler. We ate at several great restaurants. Our favorites are Au Petite Sud Ouest and Au Bon Accueil. Our favourite Boulangerie is Pain d'Epis. They have wonderful baguettes and pain au chocolate. The also make a super grain-seeded baguette. We love the pastries from Lenotre. I don't think we ever exited the metro at Ecole Militaire without stopping in.
We decided to take a couple of day trips out of Paris. We visited Brugge on day (about 2 ½ hours by train). Brugge was a beautiful, quaint city. It was very fairytale-like. They have great beer, chocolate and yes, Belgian Waffles! We also visited Giverny. This was more of a ½ day trip. Monets gardens were beautiful and it was a peaceful escape from the city for an afternoon.

"This is the only way to vacation in Paris! The information and recommendations provided by the Paris Perfect staff are impeccable. Flowers from Cler Fleurs are huge, beautiful and great prices. Davoli on rue Cler ahs wonderful prepared foods, chocolates from Gregory Renaud are out of this world. Favorite breakfast: chocolate croissants and French coffee! Great restaurant - Cafe Rousillon - friendly service, excellent creme brulee. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!"

"Being a mother of sons, I knew I would have to organize my own birthday party, so we decided to celebrate my 60th with a wonderful week in Paris.
The apartment is special. We only saw you once but didn't need to as your professional approach, wonderful 'local notes' thought of everything.
We have always loved PARIS 7 and rue Cler with its local flavour is great. The busy day to day activity of operational Paris makes you feel like you are 'living the dream' if only for a short time.
We hired motorscooters so highlight:-
6AM bike ride through PARIS - over bridges, under towers & watching the sunrise over the river before breakfast on the balcony. A birthday to remember."

"My children (ages 6, 8, and 10), husband, and I had a magical stay here. It has been our first trip to Europe and we will definitely return to this apartment. I have been dreaming about seeing my children watch the Eiffel Tower lights sparkle since I saw the pictures on the web sight. We were not disappointed. The children all slept in the living room the first night and watched the lights! All has been magical. Thanks for all the help - your yellow info packet is excellent!"

This was our second stay in St Emillion and 4th Paris Perfect. We have been planning this stay with great enthusiasm since our last stay in 11/06.
We have enjoyed Le Clos Des Gourmets and Le Fontaine De Mar and found new places. This is the perfect home from which to explore the 7th, 16th, 1st; we can walk or Metro everywhere and then end the day with the sparkling lights of the Tour Eiffel.
How perfect is that?"

"Where do we start? Never could have expected to stay in an apartment as lovely as this. We completely enjoyed the location, the views and the Parisian lifestyle. This location allowed us to do all of the normal sightseeing and also immerse ourselves in the day to day lifestyle of Paris. The patisserie, the butcherie, the cafes, the strolls through the parks. You must go to Ile St Louis and have lunch at Aux Anysetiers du Roy on the Rue St Louis. Also, Richard's Cafe downstairs from the Bergerac at the corner is the perfect way to start your day. Thank you to all for making this vacation the trip of a lifetime. We look forward to a return trip. We love Paris!"
