Fantastic
Paris Perfect provided a bottle of milk and coffee to start the day, a very nice gesture, also the bottle of wine was a nice gift. The place is a 2-minutes’ walk from Champs de Mars. And we could see the Eiffel Tower from our living room. When you are staying here don’t forget to visit Le Marche Grenelle on Wednesday morning. Our stay was fantastic.

Very Good as Usual
We stayed for 6 weeks from December 11, 2024. Firstly, in Saint Emilion for a week which is a lovely apartment with 2 decent bedrooms and well laid out. We then stayed in Margaux for 5 weeks which is a tremendous apartment with 3 good bedrooms and plenty of room. We first stayed with Vacation Perfect in September 2013 in Rue de Grenelle in the Cognac apartment. Since then, we have stayed many times, generally in the 7th, for various stay lengths. Never had an issue with any of the apartments. Paris Perfect is readily available for assistance if needed. There would be at least 10 restaurants in the area around Rue Saint Dominique that we would gladly dine at, with Pertinence being our favourite.

Parisian Perfection
WOW! Bergerac is a 'take your breath away' property, with views to die for. From the moment you enter the apartment - you are blown away by the beauty not only of your surroundings, but the Eiffel Tower is literally RIGHT there - you almost feel you can touch it. We spent so much time in the apartment (at varying times of the day and night) as the view was spectacular. The apartment itself is stunning, and beautifully decorated with authentic French charm - it's got everything you need. We found it to be very spacious - for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teens) - it was perfect. The elevator was not an issue at all during our stay, and for the first few days (until the muscles started protesting!), we enjoyed the 6 floor climb up the cute spiral staircase. Location wise there are several cafes & bistros literally right outside the front door, along with the usual touristy shops to pick up mementos. Rue Cler is a short walk away, and we loved exploring the neighbourhood. We can't recommend this apartment, or the team at Paris Perfect highly enough, and look forward to returning one day.

Wonderful Stay!
My daughter and I stayed in the newly renovated Saumur apartment for a week in January and loved every minute. The location is perfect, on Rue Cler, with a fromagerie, boulangerie, traiteur, and restaurants within seconds of the apartment. Though small, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Though we did not try to cook a full meal, you certainly could. The combo washer/dryer worked beautifully. The queen sized bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the sheets were lovely. The apartment is small, but my daughter and I are both small people, so we didn't mind the size of the shower or the elevator. My only regret is that it was too cold for us to make full use of the lovely terrace!

Perfect Place on Rue Cler
I went to Paris to visit my daughter who was studying abroad. Paris Pefect was recommended by a friend who had previously used them for accommodations in Paris. Their customer service was fantastic!! We felt like we had help with anything if we needed it, which we didn’t because we had everything we needed. The apartment on Rue Cler was great for the 2 of us. It had recently been updated and was so cute. It overlooked Rue Cler (which we LOVED) and we were able to walk along the street each morning and find fresh croissants and the best fresh OJ at the markets. This little apartment and this adorable street made our visit perfect and this was in the winter.. I can’t imagine what the summer would be like.

Très Agréable!!
The location is fantastic. The view of the Eiffel Tower is the best in Paris. I walked 10 miles a day because everything is close enough. Great to have a kitchen, washer and dryer and balconies. Nice size bedrooms and beautiful new and modern shower areas. The bathrooms are located in the hallways on each floor. This is an excellent home and your stay here would be très agréable!!

Lovely Apt in Le Marais
Our family of three stayed in this lovely, spacious apartment. The kitchen was well-stocked and the apartment was in a great location. Check in was easy and they even gave us a lovely welcome basket of food items and wine to get us started. Would be happy to stay there again!

Wonderful Apartment!
Anyone looking for the perfect apartment in the 7th arrondissement should look no further than the Marcillac apartment. Paris Perfect staff was attentive and helpful. Charming and beautifully fitted with every convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for breakfast at home to cooking a full dinner. The location is amazing! Minutes from the Rodin Museum and a few blocks from wonderful restaurants and markets. In a very secure building with an elevator. We were there for a week and we’re already planning on returning.

Best Holiday Ever
The Saint Romain apartment was the perfect location for our holiday away from home. My two adult children were perfectly comfortable with the sofa and pull-out bed, and the bed in the main bedroom was cozy and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and the location on Rue Cler was perfect for our shopping and dining needs. The local croissants, baguettes, fresh berries, and restaurants were so good and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We had a lovely Christmas Eve dinner at Cafe Central and gathered goodies for New Year's Eve from the many shops along the street. The location provided easy access to two different metro stations we needed. Walking back late at night felt safe and when I sprained my ankle one night in Paris, a local pharmacy around the corner provided what I needed to continue my trip. Paris Perfect thinks of everything, and the staff is available at any time if you need anything. My next travel goal is to stay in a Paris Perfect London apartment. I cannot recommend Paris Perfect enough. We loved every moment we were in this charming apartment.

Lovely Apartment in a Dream Location
Saint Chinian was absolutely perfect for our family of four -- 2 adults and 2 teens. I knew from reading the other reviews that the location would be great, but I had not spent much time in the 7th on previous trips to Paris. Rue Cler is like something from a movie set. Every morning, we would step outside our door and take in the bustle and charm of the shops and markets. After long days of sightseeing, we would pop into the fromager and the boulangerie (and the wine store) to gather late-afternoon snack accoutrements. Paris was so crowded when we visited (over the holidays) but rue Cler never felt touristy. There were so many wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood and it was a short walk to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle! The apartment itself was lovely. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living area is comfortable. I didn't think we'd need the third bedroom but it turned out to be nice for our kids to have separate spaces. The beds in all of the rooms are comfortable and while it took some getting used to, it was nice having the toilet separate from the sink/shower in the main area. The Paris Perfect team was available if needed. Overall, this was our first experience with Paris Perfect and I plan on being a repeat customer.

We loved the apartment, very nice appointments, very comfortable furnishings including the bedrooms and bedding. The washer dryer never worked for us, very different from the ones in the US. I needed written instructions, unless I missed it in the book. The cab company Victor was right on time both ways which I would recommend to everyone. The Paris team was fabulous and very personal. The neighborhood was wonderful with restaurants, shops and other amenities. I would recommend this apartment and will stay there on our return. The only thing that was lacking is there really isn't much of a concierge service which we are used to having in finer hotels. I called for assistance a couple times and either they never called back or just not that helpful. That was really the only think lacking for us, other than that everything was perfect. OH and the view of the Eifel tower was spectacular!

Exeptional!
This place was exceptional! The location was incredible, you’re by so many cool spots to explore. The bed was comfy and the shower was great! The greeter was so friendly and explained everything thoroughly, loved that we got to meet her, and actually show us how to work the elevator and doors. The balcony views were so dreamy! We had such a fantastic time and are already dreaming about our next trip back. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! If you’re thinking about booking this apartment, do it!

I stayed in Saumur for new year's 2025. This apartment was perfect. The location was great. The restaurant downstairs called LeClair was delicious, it's definitely worth eating there. The pastry bakery at the corner had delicious bread and sweet breads.

Paris Perfect - Perfect Stay
This is not the first time we have used Paris Perfect, but it was our first stay at La Tache. And the place is great. Clean, spacious, well laid out, well decorated, terrific location, well equipped, we had everything we needed and felt very well taken care of by Paris Perfect. We'll be back.

This property is exceptional & we were sorry to leave at the end of our stay. We had someone at the apartment to meet us when we arrived & the apartment is even better than the photos. Everything is clean & the location sensational being close to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants / supermarkets, the subway & a million Grab drivers !! The Paris Perfect team were extremely helpful / responsive throughout our stay & I would recommend them highly. Thank you for a wonderful stay....

We had an amazing time in Paris and a huge part because of the beautiful apartment we had stayed. Paris Perfect had the best tips and also I truly recommend the taxi services from Victor’s. Always on time, friendly drivers and reliable. Can’t wait to rebook and go to Paris one more time to stay in such beautiful apartment.

Magical Holiday
WOW! The Hermitage apartment is incredibly beautiful! What a gem! We rented it for a week in December -- during the holiday season and we are so glad we did! The apartment is SO big and spacious and thoughtfully furnished. It felt cozy in the evenings when we returned from sight-seeing. The living room area has two super comfortable couches and there is a full dining room table. We cooked a holiday meal in the kitchen that has everything needed to cook a big family meal. We shopped locally for all the ingredients -- just a few blocks away @ Rue Cler. We got a Christmas tree from the local florist around the corner! We were with our two adult children, so it was nice to have three bedrooms so everyone had there own space. The views from the apartment were spectacular and one of the highlights was seeing the sunrise over the city in the mornings! We were just a few blocks away from the subway and this made it easy to navigate to anywhere in Paris. We were also in walking distance to many great restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. The Paris Perfect team did a wonderful job. They thoughtfully provided essential info. before our arrival, sharing information about taxis, etc. and our host welcomed us to the property. They are super helpful and answered any questions we had during our stay. This is the second Paris Perfect property we have stayed in and we can't wait to return again! P.S. We have also rented one of their apartments in Rome and that was also awesome. : )
