Excellent location, beautifully appointed. Met most of my expectations as it was my 2nd time with PP. One thing I would add to all properties is a high quality lighted mirror. For most women, it is a necessity, especially in Paris.

Great for a small family

My husband and I and our two kids (ages 7 and 12) stayed here over Thanksgiving week. It was fantastic. The reality lived up to the photos, which is rare for vacation rentals. The bed in the master bedroom was roomy, though slightly hard. The kids slept on the couch which opened out into two twin trundles (they might have been small for a big teenager though). We used the kitchen and kitchen table for a few easy meals; as well as the washing machine and dryer. We prefer the comfort of having our own apartment with a place to eat, rest and snack when we need it. It was a great location with a direct bus line to the San Germain area in the 6th and an easy metro ride with a change to the line 1 over to the Louvre. Great restaurants and shops nearby. We found the recommendations in the Paris Perfect guide to the 7th arrondissement excellent and reliable. The Paris Perfect team was responsive when we asked for more towels and pillows. The gentleman who met us at the apartment to show us around was helpful; Victor Cab car service was prompt, clean and polite. We would rent this apartment again and I would definitely use Paris Perfect for rentals throughout Europe.

A gem in the 7th arrondissement

This was our second stay at the Volnay apartment. The first was nearly ten years ago, and we always wanted to return. An unforgettable highlight of the Volnay is its striking view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room, especially at night when the dazzling, on-the-hour, five-minute light show brightens the sky. The apartment is very clean and nicely appointed with spacious closets and a small, but quite serviceable and well-equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer available in the large double sink bathroom is also a plus. Being able to adjust the heat/air conditioning in the apartment adds to one’s comfort. A handy manual helps resolve any questions about appliances. The compendium of information about the neighborhood is an exceptional resource. The apartment’s location in the midst of an active neighborhood full of restaurants, specialty food shops and regular grocery stores, plus its proximity to the incomparable Rue Cler market, also made it an easy decision to return for a six-night stay. Transportation whether by bus, cab, or metro is easily accessible. The apartment is also a walkable distance to the Seine and across the Pont d’ de l’Alma to the 16th and 8th arrondissements and to sites such as the Rodin Museum and the Invalides. Be prepared for some street noise as the apartment is on a busy corner, which also makes for a fascinating on-going show out the windows. Some ongoing construction work in a 7th floor apartment proved not to be disruptive. Our greeter, Omi, couldn’t have been more accommodating even when there was a slight mix-up regarding the time that the apartment would be available. He had alternatives, and, as it turned out, we were able to get in at the originally stated time. It is very convenient that the Paris Perfect office is right around the corner from this apartment. We appreciated the ease of making a reservation, easy accessibility to staff by email and phone, and the care Paris Perfect takes to make one’s stay memorable.

Our Paris home

Excellent location. Excellent apartment. Very comfortable and well appointed. Thomas was good on the moving in. The one challenge, which was in the description, was the street noise almost all night. Thankfully, we all had ear plugs. You should continue to warn folks about the noise and you should leave ear plugs for guests! That said, the overall location and quality made it fine for our vacation. We left our "Paris home" with smiles. Merci.

Nice stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Ladoix. Location was very good for us. Lots of space and it was well stocked. Having the Washer/Dryer was a great help. I do think the yellow chair in the living room needs to be replaced or re-covered...and the cushions in the window seat need mending. The floor lamps in the living room didn't appear to be working, making it kind of dark in the evening...but all was clean and comfortable.

Fabulous Stay in Paris

Lovely apartment in a great location. Walkable to many Parisian highlights and there are multiple Metro stops close by. The kitchen, while small, had everything needed to prepare some lovely meals. When it finally stopped raining, the terrace was delightful.

Beautiful, but ...

Alicante is a beautiful apartment, very charming. The location could not be better. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the nearby markets, but were very disappointed that we could not cook in the apartment. The microwave/oven is not a real oven in any way. One could not even heat up a croissant or bread in it unless soft and chewy is to your liking. The stove top works fine and there is a toaster. Cooking utensils were sparse, no paring knife or vegetable peeler. We rented the apartment based on reviews that commented on the food markets and cooking and so this was quite a disappointment. For those who are not looking to cook, it's a wonderful place.

Favourite Paris Perfect Apartment

My sixth stay with Paris Perfect and the Volnay is my all time favourite. The Eiffel Tower view is spectacular from the two living room windows, the decor is neutral and elegant and the living room door closes for privacy if using as another sleeping area. The kitchen has everything you need including a full size fridge by European standards. The bathroom has two sinks which is a bonus especially on a girls trip and love the bathtub! Stackable North American style washer and dryer is also located in the bathroom. Great storage in this apartment from the kitchen to the bedroom, you can even place your suitcases in the bedroom cupboards so everything is out of sight. Every apartment I’ve stayed in has been impeccably clean. As everyone else mentioned, the apartment is located near bus, bicycle and taxi stands. Bus 69 will drop you a short walk from Le Bon Marche and will also stop a short walk away from the Louvre etc. Bus 80 will take you directly to Montmartre in approximately 35 minutes and you can sightsee along the way. Note, if you take the Metro to Montmartre you’ll walk up 176 steps to street level so opt for Bus 80 instead. The apartment is near green space and conveniently you’ll find a grocery store, patisserie, a few wine shops, fruit and veg market and Fromagerie all just steps away. Paris Perfect is so easy to book with, check in was a breeze, our greeter communicated with us while we were driving into Paris and met us at the apartment on time and gave us a thorough introduction to our apartment. Overall, I highly recommend any PP apartment, they are all consistent, very comfortable and PP provides an excellent experience. Merci PP!

Nice neighborhood with cafes, easy walk to major attractions. Fresh baguettes included and delivered to lobby every morning, delicious. We were greeted on arrival and was easy to access building etc. we were there over Halloween and the building was decorated, making an attraction as well.

Perfectly located

We considered several hotels initially, but when we saw this two level apartment on VRBO, it quickly exceeded our expectations! Perfectly located in the center of Paris and in an area safe and walkable to many great arrondondissements. Each room was comfortable and well appointed and having 2 bathrooms was a terrific benefit. Nicole, the property manager, was wonderful and responsive and the fresh baguette every day was really a yummy surprise! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could hope for including a small clothes washer and dryer combo. The balcony offers a nice, quiet view. While the location was walkable to the Metro, we used Uber exclusively (just a personal choice). It was very easy for Uber to find us and drop us off in this location and Uber was always readily available. As for the bed, it was very large and very comfortable as were the pillows. There was even creative storage solutions where the bed lifts up to reveal extra storage options and pillows. The light switches took a few attempts to figure out what they control, but we figured it out soon enough. Thankfully there was a lift in the building that worked perfectly. This was important since this apartment occupies the top two floors of the building. If there were neighbors, we did not hear them at all. Overall, I would definitely rent this apartment again!

A beautiful apartment

My wife and I were quite impressed with this lovely and comfortable apartment and greatly enjoyed our 8-night stay at Languedoc. The amenities in the apartment are extensive and beautiful, and the location is a convenient base from which to explore Paris. Also, our greeter was very friendly and helpful in responding to our questions. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Amazing stay at Ladoix!

This apartment is quirky but filled with charm. There was a bit of noise from neighbors using the stairs but it really wasn’t bad and we slept just fine on the circular bed, bathtub in room. The bed was a little firm but comfortable. The staff met us to show us the apartment and provided us with provisions including wine and Nespresso pods which was a huge help. Plenty of linens and storage space for two people. The main stairs are a bit cumbersome with luggage. The toilet is actually separate from the shower bathroom and you need to go out to the hall and up a small flight of stairs. We enjoyed mornings overlooking the Seine and didn’t use the kitchen much but it seemed well stocked. Ladoix is very central and we’ll definitely use Paris Perfect again!

Adorable, spacious apartment with the world's most amazing view

My 2 daughters and I stayed here a few weeks ago and are already desperate to return. The apartment is cozy, the location is very safe. Not a touristy neighborhood, but has easy access to everything you could need. Saved the best for last - the view. OMG. The view is the best imaginable and we watched the tower shimmer every single night. There's also a window seat in one of the bedrooms with windows where my daughters could see the tower shining every night. There are blinds, but they preferred to go to sleep by the tower light. Can't recommend this place enough and would stay there again in an instant.
