Join former Head Chef at the American Embassy Philippe Excoffier and his sous-chef John for a fabulous culinary experience that is exclusive to Paris Perfect, and learn the secret tips and savoir-faire needed for producing perfect soufflé dishes every time. Guaranteed to impress your dinner guests, this delicious French dish – once mastered – can be beautifully adapted in many different ways all year round, according to the season.
At this hands-on private class, Philippe will invite you into the kitchen of his beautiful restaurant in the 7th arrondissement just off rue Saint-Dominique, where he will share his vast experience and divulge the secrets of his delicious cheese “Soufflé Suissesse”. He will also demonstrate how to bake two variations of his famous dessert soufflé dishes (salted caramel and praline chocolate being the most popular in the restaurant), complete with all the insider tips you will ever need. After working together in the kitchen you will be able to sit back in the restaurant to enjoy the fruits of your labors with Philippe, over a well-deserved glass of wine.

Classes take place bi-monthly on Wednesday afternoon between 15:30 and 17:30.
Sessions are limited to a maximum of 7 participants, early booking advised to avoid disappointment.
