"The apartment was light and finely furnished with lots of fresh towels and linens, pillow and blankets. Spotless--even down to a brand new kitchen sponge at the sink! We were met by a representative of Paris Perfect who showed us "all you need to know" to get in and out of the apartment/lift. She included practice for locking and locking the door with warnings about the uniqueness of Paris locks! A bottle of wine was there as was water and milk to hold us til we shopped. Most useful was the booklet that included idiot-proof instructions (IN ENGLISH)on how to operate the various appliances in the flat. They even provided shop packets for the clothes washers and dishwasher tablets.
If we had chosen to cook, it would have been easy to do--every possible pot, pan, utensil was in the kitchen.
The French doors were excellent in muffling out any noise from the street---the patio was welcoming.
Two concerns:
1--I wish that the prints in the loo were for sale--charming representations of an assemble of men on one side of the water closet and women on the opposing wall--dressed in 17th/18th century finery, but all facing away from the viewer-- quite a lovely pairing.
and
2--this is serious--please clean the pigeon poop from the outside window sills of the bedroom and bath --and add spikes to keep them from landing and cooing and ---ing there.
Well will for sure use Paris Perfect for out next visit to Paris. It was a grand location for walking the neighborhood and for accessing the metro and connecting to other arrondisements, the RER and TGV."

It was an excellent value and you can count on the agency's integrity. We felt very safe and comfortable in the clean and well equipped apartment. The location is superb! We'll return!"

"My husband and I stayed at this apartment for four nights in early March. When we departed, it was with heavy hearts. The apartment is very comfortable, perfectly sized and well appointed for two people, and beautifully situated within the Il de la Cite area of Paris within the Place Dauphine. It is set on a quiet street within a block of Pont Neuf, and just a few blocks from the magnificent Notre Dame Cathedral. The apartment is quite beautiful and included combo washer/ dryer, all the kitchen appliances needed on vacation, and a very comfortable queen sized bed. We loved the storage in the dressers adjoining the bed, along with the built in nooks for phones, glasses, etc. The winding staircase from one level to the next was very narrow and steep, and might not work for those with gait / walking challenges. The balcony was great as it overlooked the courtyard and even though we had limited opportunity to use it due to bad weather, it is a very nice amenity. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a dinner at Restaurant Paul which is right down the street. Property managers were responsive."

"Really wonderful thing to do, renting an apartment in the 7th Arr. of Paris. Great location, beautifully appointed and VERY comfortable lodgings. Our greeter met us and was very thorough explaining appliances, etc. Near the best market and cafes and walking distance to so many places. Apartment was spotless and beds super comfortable. Would do it again!!!"

We were able to shop at the nearby market and cook or wander through the Marais and find a full range of places to eat, from casual to elegant. "From the very moment of booking the apartment, everything has been attentive to us: they sent us a lot of accurate information about the neighborhood (restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries, etc), as well as allowing us to anticipate the entrance to the apartment, since our flight arrived first thing in the morning. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful employee, who explained the operation of all the appliances. The apartment is beautiful, bright, the photos are a true reflection of reality, it has everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and central, surrounded by many emblematic monuments very close, such as the Tour Eiffel, which overlooks the views of the apartment. It is a success to follow the recommendations of Paris Perfect (we follow your advice with boulangeries and restaurants, specifically "Au petit sud-ouest"). No doubt that in our next visit we will try to rent an apartment of this same company, because its treatment has been, while professional, very pleasant. Super!"

"Beautiful apartment and wonderful stay! Paris Perfect staff made everything easy and were so helpful.They found us the perfect place to rent! Our flight was delayed and our luggage missing-they allowed us to have it delivered to the office so we didn't have to wait for the delivery. The apartment itself was charming and fit our needs perfectly. The view of the Eiffel tower was incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are so happy we decided to rent the apartment-it made for such an incredible and memorable visit to Paris! It was so nice to have a beautiful place to rest after a long day sightseeing. There were 3 adults and 1 child in our party and we had plenty of room in the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment and Paris Perfect! Thank-you again for everything!"

Would only use Paris Perfect for further Paris/London travel.The only thing to note about Monbazilliac is the steep staircase inside that might be challenging for some...."

I write to praise you for such excellent accommodations, planning and extras for a very special trip to Paris for our daughter's 40th birthday. We were grandparents, 71 and 69, parents, 40 and 40 and grandchildren 12 and 10 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 15 Place Dauphine. We have visited Paris many times over the years but this undoubtedly was our best visit and I know your accommodations and services contributed so much to make this trip so memorable. A couple of special notes that I compliment you on (and I recommend to everyone I talk to):
- Grocery shopping to stock the appartments - so great to have the kitchens stocked on arrival
- Victor at the airport - dependable and courteous and comfortable both ways
- Virgile greeting us - such a thoughtful and helpful person to answer our every questions
- Travel wi fi - I ordered at your recommendation and you picked up for us and I will never go without one in future
- Louvre treasure hunt - perfect for us and the grandchildren - Merine was a delight
- La Cuisine Paris and Chef Romaine - Perfiteroles and choux will be on our diet forever
- Reservation service - Le Cinq in George V hotel and Ellsworth and Nicola confirming by e mail early and even the day before
- Modern furnishings appliances and door locks on the the apartments - the best

"I have stayed at the apartment at 42 Rue du Dolcetto four times now. It felt like home the first time and now I am so happy to return. The location is in the midst of bustling St. Germain, steps away from a metro stop, but also peaceful and restful. Restaurants, food shops, boutiques are all around the street and the Seine and Right Bank are three blocks away. The apartment itself is sunny and spacious, a mixture of old Paris and new fixtures. A perfect place to start off on a Paris adventure in the morning or to watch the evening news on the couch with a glass of wine and a plate of pate."

"I cannot begin to describe how great of a stay we had at the apartment, and how wonderful the hosts were! We are a family of 5 -- 2 adults, 3 children (ages 8, 6, and 5), visiting for a birthday celebration. The pictures here are completely accurate, but the view is even more spectacular in person. The apartment was the perfect size - very clean and well maintained in a quiet area of the city. The apartment had everything we needed for our family - kitchen amenities/cooking utensils, linens, WiFi, and so much more. The view was stunning - and having a glass of wine on the balcony with the Eiffel Tower right next to us was the perfect way to end our days after visiting museums, local shops, and fantastic restaurants. The hosts/Paris Perfect provided us with such great information on restaurants, museums/attractions, metro info, and so much more. In addition, when Air France lost our luggage upon our arrival, they helped us track it down and even met the delivery courier to get our bags delivered to our apartment because we were out (Air France did not tell us they were coming to deliver our stuff!). They were complete lifesavers, and we cannot thank them enough for all of their help!
This was our first time in Paris, and it won't be our last - we can't wait to come back and would love to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and memorable for our family!"

Marsannay is gorgeous, beautifully appointed with every thing a person could possibly need, in a fabulous location, offers an unbelievable view of la Grande Dame in all her twinkling glory, plus you get security, free calls back home and free internet. A special shout out to the folks at the Paris Perfect Tour Department. They work behind the scene, rather like Santa's elves, making sure you get the most out of your stay. They offer a plethora of services-all of which are easy to book.
