"What a fantastic location - so vibey with a great atmostphere and nightlife. There are so many interesting shops and restaurants within walking distance to the apartment. The metro station is literally 5 minutes away and great main attractions like the Notre Dame and Place Dauphine is close by. The apartment itself is spacious, with a fully rigged kitchen where it was so easy to fix breakfast before heading out to explore the 1st arrondissement and surrounds. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly plan on returning soon!"

"We couldn't have asked for a more perfect Paris experience than we had at the Margaux. The view is utterly breathtaking, and the fact that you can enjoy it from nearly every room and the balcony that wraps around the apartment are just added bonuses. Even though the weather was chilly we wrapped up to sit outside on the balcony at night to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Our family had plenty of space to spread out and spend time together and also apart thanks to the TV room and the large living room. My wife loved the kitchen and the stock the fridge service, so we had supplies when we arrived! We will be back again soon and wouldn't consider any other location except the Margaux! Thank you for the exceptional experience from start to finish."

"I had been to Paris about 36 times but never more than a day or two as my husband was always on business. After he died I thought I only have one thing on my bucket list...
To go to Paris and "be a Parisian." A friend who rents an apartment every year gave Me the name of her agency "Paris Perfect"
I looked at all the one bedroom apartments and chose "Champagne." When my daughter arrived to visit she said, "Mom, this is a perfect apartment for you." The apartment was immaculate and there was a notebook with information about everything - how to work appliances, restaurants, beauty shops etc. Best of all, the Eiffel Tower
was visible from every window it seemed. I grew to love "E.T.". Each night I waited to see him twinkle on the hour.
The housekeepers came once each week. I wish I could have taken them home . They have did such a beautiful job - each time it looked as sparkly as the day I arrived.
Best of all, I felt so safe in the neighborhood. There must have been 30 restaurants on the street and it had good lighting . Lots of people walking at night made me feel comfortable .
It was a perfect trip to Paris. Thank you for making it so."

"As a returning guest, I have had the joy of staying in several of your apartments. All of them were in excellent neighborhoods that featured patisseries, groceries, pharmacies and close to transportation. The free WiFi and phones calls were particularly important to me this trip due to events in Brussels. It was a blessing to be able to keep in touch with concerned loved ones back home. All your apartments are lovingly decorated and fully supplied,but I have to say that Chambertin has moved to the top of my all a time of all-time-favorites list!"

"This is a great studio apartment in the 7th perfect for one or two people. Large balcony to sit out on, enjoy a glass of wine and look out over the famous Rue Cler market street. The location is great, minutes from the Eiffel Tower with restaurants, specialty shops and open markets right outside the door. This is a great alternative to a hotel room!"

"Paul met us at the apartment. Location couldn't be more perfect. Short walk to 2 Metro stops and the RER rail station. Louvre, Eiffel Tower, museums all walking distance! Lot's of food options close by which made for fun exploration. The apartment was immaculate and had all the modern amenities but also had historic feel with the original parquet floors. Owners left lots of books and great suggestions on sight seeing and restaurants. Highly recommended place to stay."

"A very clean, quiet and tidy apartment located within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Very well-equipped. Elevator service. Good WI-Fi. Three of us stayed here for a week and found it very enjoyable. We would be happy to return. All the conveniences of central Paris including bakeries, pharmacies, wine stores, grocery stores, etc. were all very close, in many cases within two blocks. The pictures on the website are a valid depiction of the apartment. The arrival and departure procedures were very efficient. We have previously stayed in other apartments in Paris and this is by far our favorite."

"We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this apartment and would definitely request it again. We are familiar with the building. The location is a short walk to Rue Cler market street and to Les Invalides and the Rodin Museum. St. Julien has a panoramic view of the Champs de Mars from a wall of windows across the living room. The kitchen is open to the living room which worked out very well. The decor is charming, with cheerful blue and white checks in the living room and yellow and white in the bedroom. Having a second bathroom was a luxury for the two of us. Because part of the living room closes off to create a second bedroom, St. Julien would be great for two couples or a couple with a child or two. We are huge Paris Perfect fans and already planning our next trip."

"Lovely apartment, very comfortable. The true bonus was having a water closet plus a bath room with a toilet! The neighborhood is wonderful. We've been coming here a long time and this area feels like a second home to us. The various restaurant and shopping suggestions in the booklet in the apartment are quite good and frankly probably all you need for going out unless you want to go to a Michelin starred restaurant. We'll be back."

"The Dolcetto apartment has a bit of a rustic feel with the exposed beams and rock walls which I really enjoyed. It is spacious and perfect for a family. It is in a great location in Saint Germain with many many shopping opportunities and very centrally located to the major sites. The team at Paris Perfect is wonderful I would highly recommend this apartment."

"This was the 4th time we have rented a condo in Paris from your company, and they have all been great. I especially liked the fact that this one was on the first floor, so I walked up and down the stairs instead of having to take an elevator. And, even though it was on the first floor, we still had a view of the Eiffel Tower, which is very important to me. The second bath and toilet room are very small, but I made it work anyway."
