"Absolutely fabulous apartment! Photos do not do it justice. We brought our 10 year old granddaughter here for her birthday. Beautifully decorated and appointed apartment in a very quiet residential building. Wrap around balcony great for sunsets overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Location is the best. Great shopping just around the corner. The entire team at Paris Perfect was outstanding. We will return with our other granddaughter when she turns 10 to the same apartment."

"Enjoyed our stay at the Chateauneuf Apartment, the location was great but most importantly the entire apartment was very clean. We arrived 2 hours earlier than the check in time, but Paris Perfect was able to check us in the apartment. They also have an office just a few steps away from the apartment which was very convenient. Staff was very helpful. Will not hesitate to stay at Chateauneuf again or to rent another apartment from Paris Perfect on our next visit to Paris."

"The apartment was in a great location. Shops, food stores, cafes etc in the immediate vicinity. Metro stop was about a 5 minute walk, but it was also easy to walk across the Seine. We had two teen age girls with us and the trundle bed worked out perfectly well. The only one negative is that the apartment probably has the world's smallest WC (toilet)! Apart from that, we were very pleased with the location and Paris Perfect staff."

"Our apartment was amazing!! It was large and able to accommodate all of us, my family was celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. The kitchen is modern and gorgeous, we were gifted with coffee, tea, and various snacks. There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twin beds. There also was a television room with a couch that folded out into a bed. There were two full baths and one half bath, lots of towels available. The street is lined with lovely cafes and wine bars. The folks at Paris Perfect were very customer friendly, I called prior to my trip with a couple of questions and they were very nice. Paul, our greeter, was great fun. He met us when we arrived and gave us an overview of how everything worked and what was expected of us. If you need transportation, I highly recommend using their service with Victor, he was awesome."

"Absolutely everything we could ever dream of. Wonderful for all of us, a grandma, two mothers, and two young pre teen girls. We cannot wait to return, as we will miss the twinkle of the Eiffel, the friendly neighborhood, the baguettes and butter, the Rue Cler, and on and on. Merci!"

"Paris Perfect provided a perfect Paris! Our lovely apartment, Cabernet, was in an ideal location! We were in the 7th A on Rue St Dominique. We could easily walk to the Seine for a river cruise, Rue Cler for great markets, the Eiffel Tower, Napoleam's Tomb, Rodin Museum, Champ du Mars, etc. Our neighborhood was safe, clean, and full of shops, restaurants, banking services, cleaners, salons, pharmacies-everything we could possibly wish for. Cabernet was quite roomy for three adults, possibly four. The linens and towels were plush and snowy white. The beds were very comfortable. We had central air conditioning which was a big plus on hot days but the weather was perfect! From our cab ride from CDG to Paris to our return, the staff at PP made great recommendations and suggestions. The staff could not have been nicer or more professional. We would definitely use PP again! Thanks for making our 10 day stay so easy, relaxing and fun."

"Charming little apartment ideally situated between the 6th & 7th arrondissement. It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, attractions and public transportation. The well-decorated apartment itself is cozy, but has everything you need to make your stay in Paris comfortable, with a good amount of storage to unpack. The bed linens were really nice and deserve notice. This is a great place for 1 person, and a little tight for 2, but doable for a shorter stay or two people don't plan on spending much time in the apartment."

"We absolutely loved staying at Lussac! The apartment is stunning - beautifully decorated and was perfect for the three of us. The owner was incredibly welcoming - greeted us warmly with food in the refrigerator, a bottle of wine and a delicious bottle of champagne in honor of our 25th wedding anniversary! The location of the apartment is wonderfully lively - a short walk from the Pantheon and Luxembourg Gardens (for our morning jog), great restaurants and bakeries near by. Staying in this gorgeous apartment, we enjoyed the comforts of home while truly feeling part of this beautiful city!"

"This was our fourth (?) stay here and it is always a distinct pleasure. So near great restaurants and the excitement of the city that we really feel a part of daily Parisian life. The apartment is well appointed and we especially appreciated the updated clothes washer/dryer. We cannot say enough good things about the feeling one gets when staying here. We do miss, however, the elegant glass dining table. Nice place. We will return."

"Thank you once again for providing the perfect apartment (Marcillac) for us for our return to Paris. So conveniently located in the 7th arrondissement the newly renovated apartment was exquisitely decorated, meticulously maintained, and exuded all of the French charm that one dreams about while planning a Paris stay. My wife and I enjoy the total immersion experience when we travel and the Marcillac allowed us to experience Parisian life in style and with ease. It was all that we had hoped for and more.
The photos and description on your site were most accurate and helpful in our planning. Although it rained most of the time we were there this year (who cares - we're in Paris), it was so comforting and exciting to come home for a lunch or dinner to such a bright and elegant haven. We truly loved it and have recommended it to all of our friends. We loved the other apartment we rented last year in the Latin Quarter but this one was exceptional.
A special thanks to your wonderful staff who were most helpful and cordial prior to and on the day of our arrival. An experience we will always remember."

"Our stay at the Maranges was perfect in every way. The apartment is in the heart of the beautiful Saint Germain des pres area, with famous cafes and upscale shopping. The location could not have been better. Although we mostly walked to most of our destinations, there was a taxi line literally steps away from the apartment. This was super convenient when we were pressed for time or simply tired. We were greeted at the apartment by Sam and he gave us all of the information that we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. We slept well, as the bed was comfortable and the apartment was quiet. The kitchen and bathroom were modern, clean, and well constructed. This apartment will not disappoint. There was a charming winding staircase as you enter the apartment, which was not a problem for us. There aren't many steps, but for some travelers this may be something to consider when you are booking."

"We wanted the PERFECT setting for our 10 year old grandson's first trip to Paris, Chateau Latour was just what we imagined! The view from the terrace spans from the Eiffel Tower to the Sacre Coeur. Each evening we anticipated the twinkling lights of the tower. Our grandson enjoyed having a view of the tower from his own room.
Chateau Latour provided us a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood. Thank you for sharing Paris!"

"If you are thinking about a stay in Paris and like the idea of immersing yourself in the culture and enjoying the city as if you are a resident, you must rent through Paris Perfect. You will live in a wonderfully appointment apartment complete with every amenity you might need or want in your home including a dishwasher, air-conditioner, washer/dryer, TV/Internet, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, converter, and lots of fresh towels.
Since I was staying for 2 weeks, they provided a complimentary mid-stay cleaning. They are very responsive to questions, and provide a huge binder of resources with details on transportation, shopping, dining, touring, language and cooking classes and many other activities that make it easy to enjoy the city, particularly if you are traveling alone. They differentiate themselves from other rental companies by having a local office with staff on hand. This is an especially important point to me as I have found that dealing directly with an owner/renter can have its challenges. Renting through Paris Perfect ensures me that I will have a consistent experience regardless of the particular apartment I rent. I expect to be a longtime customer of Paris Perfect and will look to stay in Paris again, or other cities (London, Italy, Bali), with them very soon."

The only thing we believe could make the stay even better is to have the cleaning everyday (including weekends). This is not exactly a problem, but very important when you are looking for the comfort of a hotel."

"Myself, my wife and our teenage daughter stayed in this wonderful quaint apartment for a week while attending the French Open. The closest metro station - Mabillon - is literally around the corner and provided easy access to the French Open and other parts of Paris. We enjoyed a few of the many restaurants which are a few steps from the apartment - Le Bistrot d'Henri, Boucherie Rouliere, La Crepe it du Clown. We had our breakfasts in the apartment with pastries from local bakeries. We ate in one evening with goodies from Le Bon Marche - fantastic food hall, a must visit for foodies, 10 minute walk from the apartment - after a busy afternoon shopping in the many area boutiques. We played tennis at Luxembourg Gardens which is close by. The noise level is high in the apartment but we were able to cope with the supplied ear plugs - in the nightstands, nice touch - and the air conditioners - which also came in handy since we had a few very hot days. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in Paris!"

"My mom, myself and 2 sisters rented the Bordeaux for a week in May. It was absolutely amazing!!! Everything in the Apartment was just as it was advertised. It was very clean and comfortable and we felt very at home there. Kevin our Greeter was fantastic! We loved the neighborhood as well..... we had a Grocery store right down the street, a wine store a coffee shop restaurants and anything we needed. We felt like we lived there before it was over. I would recommend this Apartment for anyone. It's nice to be able to spread out and feel at home. Thank you Paris Perfect for making our trip to Paris Perfect!! We will be back!!"
