"I had a marvelous stay at the Bergerac apartment during a girlfriend getaway in Paris just before the Christmas holidays. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and extremely clean. The location is absolutely perfect ... and the views of the Eiffel Tower magical! We loved the great shopping in the neighborhood and trying the restaurants recommended in your Paris Guide. Thanks for all the great tips on where to go, what to see and do and all those little details like even what supermarkets are open on Sunday. We used the guide every day! Your team was helpful from the very beginning to the arrival and friendly greeting. We'll be back ... and staying at the Bergerac again soon!"

"What an amazing apartment! Centrally located and close to bakeries, shops, grocers and many restaurants, this was a perfect choice for our stay. The spacious living rooms were great for relaxing and watching the Eiffel Tower through the huge living room windows, day and night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and even have friends over for dinner a couple of time during our stay. I loved the size of the bedrooms and having two full bathrooms made it so easy for two couples to live in the apartment. Thank you Paris Perfect - you've made our stay memorable and we'll certainly be back."

"The Volnay apartment was absolutely perfect, especially the magnificent views of the Eiffel Tower from 4 of the 6 floor to ceiling french door windows. Step out the front door of the apartment and the neighborhood provided all the best Paris has to offer - butcher shops, patisseries, fromageries. specialty shopping, excellent restaurants, and the lovely Rue Cler outdoor market. This was my first time renting an apartment while in Paris, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience."

"Our family stayed at the St. Amour last August 2013. I have researched Paris Perfect for a while now but was still not sure what to expect since it was our first time to use them. I am glad to say that everything turned out perfect and that we had a wonderful stay at their St. Amour apartment. The location was perfect for the area. Easily accessible via bus, train to and from anywhere we were going in the city (although we did a lot of walking which was fun). My kids loved the area with the restaurants (we went to Café Constant) and the market at Rue de Cler. After a tiring day, it was great to be able to relax in such a great apartment. The Paris Perfect office was also just around the corner making it very useful. the next time we visit Paris, we will be sure to contact Paris Perfect again. Thanks you Paris Perfect for a great vacation!"

"Our family of four enjoyed staying at Saint Julien for our brief stay in Paris. The apartment was clean and sufficiently stocked with necessary items. The location was perfect for the Eiffel Tower - it was a little walk to the Metro but most of our trip entailed walking so we were fine with that.
Would definitely recommend staying at one of the Paris Perfect locations to anyone wishing to avoid hotels and get a feel for the city. In fact we are planning our next visit already. Thank you!"

"Fantastic location. So many attractions within walking distance. Wonderful street market around the corner. Bakery,grocery store, ATM , restaurants, Metro,and shopping all nearby. "My wife and I had a wonderful 7 night stay at the Volnay
apartment in Paris, during early November 2013. Our
greeter, met us for an early arrival explaining all the details and conveniences of the apartment. The location could not have been better, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment clean and fresh. Though it rained each day we were in Paris, it didn't stop us from walking the streets and taking in the French lifestyle. Afterwards, returning to the Volnay for an hour long warm soak in the tub, quite able to accommodate both of us, as we savored some cold French beers. We would highly recommend the Volnay, and the staff support they provide."

"This is our second stay at Saint Romain on what is an annual few week trip to France in late fall, always culminating with a ten night stay in Paris.
Saint Romain itself is centrally located, within walking distance of the major sights, museums and shopping areas, not to mention the rue Cler market place itself. It is well maintained and comported for discriminating guests, with a balcony overlooking the street ideal for a pre-dinner cocktail, or early morning coffee.
As importantly, ParisPerfect properties are top flight. We have stayed in one for three straight years and will be returning in May with another couple, staying at "Alsace".
We are fans."

"The St Amour apartment was everything that we expected. It was easy to complete the meet and greet. Upon our arrival, the apartment was neat and comfortable. The location in the 7th arrondisement was close enough to be able to walk to see the sites that we really wanted to see. A Metro Station is within easy walking distance for destinations further afield. Each morning, we ventured to Rue Cler for breakfast. What a wonderful locale. We lucked out (for a late season stay - the weather was cooperative). I would definitely consider Paris Perfect and the St Amour apartment for future visits. Paris is one of my favorite European cities - Paris Perfects ammenities makes is very easy to keep this preference."

"The appartment is wonderful. It is decorated with extreme good taste. The kitchen is good, although it lacks some items (fuet, ladle, skimmer) essential for the cooking-lover; but it, in no way, belittles the rest (the excellet oven, the useful stove and the big fridge). The couple that owns it (Mr and Mrs. Dubois) are very welcoming and always helpful and attentive. We highly recommend Lussac, not only because of what we mentioned above, but also because of the amazing spot where it is located (Quartier Latin), next to Notre Dame, Boulevard Saint-Germain, Panthéon, Luxembourg and with a useful and nearby metro station (Maubert-Mutualité). Not to mention, of course, the street market of pl. Maubert and the boulangerie, poissonnier, patisserie, fruit market, bar vins, wine shops... all within a 1-min walk from the appartment. Excelent!!!!"

"The apartment is perfectly located (the view of the Eiffel Tower is exactly as advertised!). The Metro is close by. It is easy to get to anywhere in Paris from here.
There were 3 adults staying in the apartment and it suited us well. Everyone had plenty of room. The decor is lovely and the amenities top notch. We definitely plan on returning to the lovely Beaujolais."

"There were six in our party and we stayed in the Clos Jolie Apartment. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly located in Paris so that we could easily get to and from all of the major attractions (we could walk to the Louvre). Paul was our greeter and proved to be very helpful and accessible. We were impressed with the amount of detail put into the apartment. There was a book which included suggestions for great restaurants, markets and anything else you would need. The apartment description told of the low ceiling on the second floor, however, once you got used to it, it was no problem. The majority of our time was spent on the first floor anyway. This was our first time using this form of housing and it will not be our last. Thanks Paul and everyone who helped make our stay such a wonderful experience."

"Six family members stayed in the Clos Jolie. It was just as the pictures depicted. It was clean, beautifully decorated and located in a very safe area. We could walk to the Louvre. It was so nice to come back to a lovely apartment after a day of sightseeing. Thanks to our greeter, Paul, for spending time with my sister(the rest of us were delayed)to provide all information we needed. The attention paid to detail was impressive. Thank you Paul, and Paris Perfect for helping to make our stay a wonderful experience. We would not hesitate to stay in another Paris Perfect apartment. Thanks also for the recommendation to use Victor's taxi service from and to the airport. He was a life saver and I highly recommend him."
