"We finished our 2 week vacation in france with 5 days at Chateau Latour. This was our second visit to Paris and the first visit for our sister and brother in law. It was wonderful to share their joy and excitement with them. I think we were all shocked to walk into this apartment and see the spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment itself was perfect for the 4 of us - having the kitchen and living room and 2 bathrooms made it like "being at home" while enjoying Paris. We've enjoyed this location and the closeness to all forms of transportation. The restaurants, pastry shops and markets were in wonderful experience - as were all the people we met while here.
We're so glad we found Paris Perfect and Chateau Latour and will recommend both to any and all friends coming to Paris!"

"Dear Philippe, Madelyn, Magalie, Carolyn and Cassandra: I wanted to take a moment to thank you for making our stay in Paris absolutely PERFECT! We loved the apartment (Bordeaux) and the neighborhood, which was an ideal location close to everything we could want -- cafes and restaurants, boulangeries, a grocery store, boutiques, ATMs, the Metro/RER stations -- and, of course, la Tour Eiffel. I must admit I was a bit nervous at first about booking an apartment on-line, but your Paris Perfect Team made it a wonderful experience. You are real professionals at what you do, and you seemed to have thought of everything even before we could think of it -- your booklet of valuable information, the current editions of all those travel books, the well-stocked apartment (lotions, soap, dishes, corkscrew, etc.), the handy extra converter, and especially the thoughtful welcoming basket were all much appreciated. I look forward to another stay at one of your apartments. Actually, I am thrilled to see that you also have properties in Italy (through Excellent Europe), since we are considering our next vacation in 2010 -- although if it were up to me, I'd return again and again to Paris! "We loved the Saint Amour apartment. My son and I felt very secure. We loved the location. We will miss our view of the Eiffel Tower.
The apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious - after our hotel stay in London. The furniture and decorations were lovely. It was so nice having the washer and dryer too.
The information you provided was greatly appreciated. We used the Rick Steves book many times. It was nice having movies to watch too.
We hope you prosper and that we are able to return someday.

If you're by Notre Dame, stop in and have a bit to eat at Degres de Notre Dame. Two blocks away from Notre Dame on 10 rue des Grands Degres. Family run, delicious and quaint!"

"Wow! What a great trip! My husband I were just here in May - we stayed at the Plaza Athenee! This time, we came back with our 16-month-old son & nanny. Our stay at the St Amour ending up topping our last trip!
The location of the apartment was perfect. We loved all the little shops along Rue St Dominique. Each morning started with croissants at the backer around the corner on St Dominique - so tasty!
The service of Paris Perfect was pretty impressive. Every question was answered & every need attended to. We found the yellow book of recommended restaurants extremely helpful - it was fun trying out a few of the top five spots!
Will definitely be back as soon as possible - it won't be soon enough!

"We have stayed in many apartments on our family vacations, but never one as wonderful as this. Every little detail has been thought of an we referred to your yellow guide so often. We also used many recommendations for restaurants (Café Constant & Fontaine de Mars favourites).
We loved climbing the Eiffel Tower then watching it outside our windows, and whenever we felt lost in Paris we would look for the Eiffel Tower and let guide us 'home' The metro is wonderful and we were all sad to say au revoir."

The location was fantastic and the extremely helpful booklet in the apartment meant that you already knew where to go to get essential supplies so no time wasted searching. Although the Quartier is well known to us from our many previous visits, we 'discovered' another lovely place to dine - reasonably, and elegantly.
153 Grenelle on Rue de Grenelle. Jean Jacques Touteaux is a wonderful host, the cadre is simple and elegant, and the food is quite delicious.
We love the 7eme!! Always something new to discover.

"We have been coming to Paris on a regular basis for twelve years and we are acquainted with a lot of this special city. We have stayed in lovely charming hotels in Saint Germain but after this rental experience I doubt if I will never go that route for long visits. We brought our parents here and this was their first time to experience the city - we love this location, the apartment and staff. We also used the dry cleaners you recommended and they were wonderful - very helpful and accommodating. We ate at La Petit Sud-Oest and found the owners terrific and the duck superb! Loved Cafe Constant and they were very accommodating with a late walk in. We recommend the Brassieree near Tour Eiffel just on the end towards the Seine. Great service, decent food. Excellent desserts. Also the people in the building here were very friendly and charming - I hope they feel the same about us! Loved shopping the markets here too!"

"We've been coming to Paris since the 1960s and have never been so comfortable. This is a wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood and we had everything we wanted. Thanks for the restaurant list as we usually drive ourselves crazy. All the meals were superb and the service was warm and friendly. Since everytime we arrive anywhere, we ask for a room with a view, this was our ultimate fantasy view – the Tour d'Eiffel! After this, what is there to see?"
