5 Star experience
We are comfort travelers, and the Santenay provided a five star experience without giving that feeling of being removed from the “real” world you sometimes get in a five star hotel. The flat is beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are all modern and chic, the kitchen is perfection with all the amenities of home, and the apartment has large, gorgeous windows on all sides that open onto the corner square below on one of the prettiest streets in the Marais. The three bedrooms are equally well-appointed and comfortable with soft, comfortable bedding and chic, spare decor. The apartment easily accommodated five people in three bedrooms, gave everyone privacy when they needed it, while still feeling we all had plenty of space to gather over croissants and cheese with a glass of wine when we chose. It was so much better than splitting into several hotel rooms. We loved lounging over a cafe au lait at the dining table planning our day and looked forward to returning each afternoon to our own little slice of Paris before venturing out for the evening. It truly gives one the feeling of living in Paris, and the location is unbelievable. Every day we made the six minute walk to the Seine, then strolled up past Notre Dame and onto Isle St. Louis

The Santenay is warm and homey with a great kitchen and layout for families. It is a very clean apartment with tons of natural light..(the) the apartment was gorgeous and the location absolutely perfect. We all just loved everything about it. It was particularly awesome having 2 full bathrooms and one half bath.

Absolutely loved our stay!
We absolutely loved our stay! The location was wonderful and we were able to get in as soon as we made it there from the airport. The murphy bed was easy to use and put away during the day. The kitchen had what we needed for our week long stay and the binder with local information was super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

On balance, a great trip
Apartment was very nice, and overall enjoyed the 7th arrondissement. In warm weather (need to open windows since no A/C), street noise a concern. Location on busier streets near Eiffel Tower is a drawback due to tourist crowds and tourist-oriented retail. (Kitchen could use a measuring cup). Good experience with Victor Cab.

Absolutely recommend it
This location, the apartment, the rooms, everything was just perfect. It was situated in an area that was safe, clean and just offered the most breathtaking views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. I brought my 8 & 10 year olds to see Paris and my family and they both loved their room and the view of the Eiffel towel from their beds! It was a very special place to stay and I was so thankful for all the amenities they offered here. Absolutely recommend it and I'm severely particular!

Amazing location centrally located to many places of interest and at the base of the Eiffel Tower. This is a perfect spot for a couple or a young family with a child. The apartment is clean, well-appointed and very well stocked - has everything you need for a stay. The host was responsive and easy to communicate. Highly recommend!

Perfect apartment indeed!
We can't say enough about this apartment and the Paris Perfect service. It really was perfect for our family of four. First, the apartment itself was incredible. It has been recently remodeled so kitchen and bathrooms were modern as you can see in the photos. But the decor was still quaint and very Parisian. The bedrooms had a LOT of built in storage/closet space which is nice. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although there is some street noise at night in the master bedroom from the cafes below. It wasn't that hot in Paris but the central A/C worked great and made the apartment very comfortable after a long day of exploring the city. The location was awesome. 7th arrondissement near Eiffel Tower and Seine was the perfect location for us. Many good cafes and restaurants nearby and walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, the Louvre, etc. Rue Cler is a great experience for shopping and cafe dining. Finally, the Paris Perfect service is wonderful. They were very communicative before and during the stay answering questions. We were greeted at the apartment upon arrival to provide us the keys, make sure we got in okay, and provided an overview of things we needed to know. And they furnish the apartment with everything we could think of including a bottle of wine, juice, milk, Nespresso pods, paper towels, and all the soaps you would ever need for the shower, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Overall an amazing apartment and we loved our stay!

A gem in St Germain
We had a wonderful stay in the Maranges apartment. It was comfortable for us and our 2 children, ages 11 and 12, who slept on pull out twin beds on the living room. (The incline of the bedroom ceiling was just fine for tall people!) We especially appreciated the location, being in walking distance to so many sites, and found we walked almost everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed for meals at home, and the materials from Paris Perfect orienting us to the quartier were helpful. We had some difficulty figuring out the dryer and the towel warmer/dryer, so I would ask for guidance on how to operate them next time. Highly recommend. We hope to return!

Excellent Paris Apartment
Excellent stay with Paris perfect. Apartment was well appointed classic 3 bedroom with views of the Eiffel Tower as promised. Check in was easy and very flexible with staff meeting us when we arrived earlier and information on the flat and local area was easy to understand and comprehensive. Would definitely use Paris perfect again.

Great location, great view, but also a great host, with very clear instructions on what to expect and how to proceed for the check in, check out and emergency (luckily no need to use it). They also helped to coordinate transport in and out. Strongly recommended.

Extraordinary Paris
We enjoyed an extraordinary stay in the ParisPerfect apartment. The on-line description posts for this property describe perfectly the pros and rare cons of the unit. Of note, our arrival time was out of the usual expected arrival window. The ParisPerfect office maintained constant communication with us as we travelled from Brussels arriving at the apartment after midnight (an understandable late arrival charge was applied). The unit is A+ clean, well stocked and with a layout that allowed perfect balance for together time and private time for my spouse and me and our 4 children (21,21,15,15). The view of the Eiffel Tower is unparalleled! We will never forget it. Dishwasher and the washer and separate dryer are clean and work very well. (Six people have an abundance of laundry. We have stayed in another rental where the washer and dryer were combined in one appliance, greatly slowing down the process of completing the daily laundry. The four portable air conditioners are high quality and keep the apartment cool. The surrounding neighborhood is very welcoming— full grocery store a half of a block away, multiple small restaurants with moderately priced but very good food (cheaper than San Fran prices!). Cons— barely worth mentioning. The online post explains the presence of an extremely small elevator to the fifth floor. We often climbed the stairs to facilitate the ascensions of 6 people. The beds easily support 6 full size individuals, but are of moderate quality: disclaimer — I require a high-end sleeping mattress. But given the overall upper-end quality of the apartment, I recommend that the owners upgrade the mattresses. We will try and rebook this remarkable apartment the next time we venture to Paris.

Perfect location and perfect apartment
Place Dauphine is in the best location tucked into a quiet picturesque park in the heart of Paris. The Loupiac apartment is exactly as described with lovely furnishings and plenty of space to spread out. Ida was our greeter and she made sure there was cold water, juice and a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us in the refrigerator. There are several good restaurants in Place Dauphine as well. We will definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower from the master bedroom and the living room. The flat was well appointed and the hosts were excellent! The air conditioning and washer/dryer were a plus - not common in a Parisian flat, but much appreciated!

Incredibly beautiful and charming
Paris Perfect was wonderful to work with I could not have loved this apartment more!! The location was walkable to anything and everything, it was surrounded by restaurants, and the neighborhood was so lovely and safe. The apartment was incredibly beautiful and charming, it was very well appointed, and the attention to small details (irons, hair dryers, extra pillows, fans, etc) that we might need was excellent. They also left a book of recommendations that was beyond thorough and so helpful! At the end of our trip, we were so sad to have to leave our lovely Parisian retreat but we will absolutely be back!
