Wonderful apartment
We spent 4 weeks staying at Cognac and loved the apartment- the location is fantastic, the view of the Eiffel Tower amazing and the apartment itself is well laid out, spacious and quiet. Modernized bathrooms and AC was much appreciated. The Paris perfect team was very responsive to all inquiries. Altogether a wonderful stay.

Perfect home base
We loved our stay in this airbnb. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was the perfect home base for exploring the rest of Paris. Excellent location and a clean and comfortable space with character and charm that was well laid out for our needs. The air conditioning was a real plus.

Simply lovely
We so enjoyed our stay in Paris. It was incredible to come back at the end of day from museums, dinner, or a ride along La Seine on Le Bateaux Mouches to our private view of the Eiffel in lights from our balcony. The property was spotless, comfortable… simply lovely in the 7th arrondissement. To be able to walk to Michelin star restaurants, beautiful boulangeries, specialty shops, and also explore the many sites on foot, or with assistance of cab, metro so easily on a rainy afternoon was just wonderful. What a special experience with my family with the help and professionalism of Paris Perfect! We hope to return soon!

Quite lovely overall
We had a great experience overall. St. Julien is a very clean and well-maintained apartment, and it had everything we needed for a week-long stay. It was quite a comfortable space for a family of 4, and the neighborhood can't be beat, with easy access to everything. The air conditioning was divine on a hot day. And on more moderate days, we could sit with the windows open and feel like we were immersed in a real Paris experience. The extensive neighborhood guide that Paris Perfect has put together was wonderful, and instructions for the washer/dishwasher/internet/etc. were clear and easy to follow. Beds were comfortable. The airport cab they recommended was great, and they coordinated our arrival seamlessly. I will absolutely stay with this company again if I come back, they are very good at what they do. My only complaint is that the street noise in the Queen bedroom of the St. Julien apartment was a little much for me. My son had a similar complaint when he tried sleeping on the fold-out couch in the living room. This may be because we were there in the height of July tourist season, but there were people partying outside every night until 2 or 3am, along with car horns and sirens and the usual sounds of the city. The bedroom that overlooks the courtyard and had no issues, though - it's just the sleeping spaces that face the street that have this problem. And on the plus side, we almost never heard our neighbors. Anyway, I highly recommend earplugs for sleeping if you are making a similar trip. With that addition, this apartment would be truly perfect.

This was a wonderful vacation. The balcony was superb and we walked daily. No need to take the train or a cab.

Perfect stay
This was my 5th stay in a Paris Perfect apartment and it was Perfect as usual. I always enjoy staying in the 7th so it feels familiar and like home away from home for me. The apartment was in a great location with an Iconic Eiffel Tower view. Plenty of space and was thankful for the AC and washer & dryer. When I return again to Paris I will definitely choose another stay in a Paris Perfect Apartment. Prior to arriving in Paris we were in Italy for 2 weeks where we spent 6 nights in Florence in an Italy Perfect Apartment. Check out their sister company and beautiful apartments throughout Italy!

Absolutely amazing!!
Wow!!! This place was absolutely amazing!! The pictures don’t do it justice at all. It was the first time my family and I have ever traveled outside of the country and we are so glad to have booked with Paris Perfect! On arrival at CDG we used their recommended cab service and were picked up immediately after landing without wait. We were also able to check in early due to an early arrival. During our stay we felt very comfortable and safe! The space is located near everything such as the metro and directly across the street from the Disneyland Paris shuttle pick up! Paris Perfect provided so many resources and recommendations about many things and including grocery, restaurants, and sites to see. Everyone is so polite and the place was beautifully styled and furnished. We had so many worries arriving but with Paris Perfect there was no need. They did a really nice job communicating, and ensuring that we felt right at home. We will book with Paris Perfect again anywhere!

In addition to the nice view of tower when looking out of window, it’s a nice and clean apartment, the host is very easygoing and good at communication speed. You can always find out what you want downstairs.

Plenty of charm
We loved our stay with Paris Perfect. The location was gorgeous and the little balcony was the icing on the cake. The apartment has plenty of charm plus modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plus the host put together an impressive booklet with information about not only the apartment but also the neighborhood and public transportation. The only thing I would emphasize is that the internal staircase is definitely tight - narrow and somewhat steep, and the bathrooms are also tight - all worked great for us, but may not for everyone.

Volnay apartment was just as described, so it fully met our expectations. Starting us off with a few provisions was a very nice touch. The kitchen was fully stocked including a toaster, hot water, kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, and everything else you need in the kitchen. Even finding some olive oil and vinegar for a salad and sugar for coffee was bonus. We left some honey. Hope that’s OK. We had enough pillows, blankets, toiletries towels, for our stay. We even made use of the in-house umbrella. There was a very responsive and informative host that greeted us at the apartment to get us in and settled. Paris Perfect is a very professional company, and we hope to utilize them again someday.
