The 'greeters' are helpful and knowledgeable, and the apartment very cheerful and comfortable and well equipped for light cooking and entertaining! And your info package is superb - one of the best!
At this point, I think we've tried every restaurant in the quartier and most markets & shopping areas, and all your thoughts/recommendations, perfect.

"Our stay in Paris was a great one and was greatly achieved by the fact that we can have breakfast and dinner with the Eiffel Tower as the backdrop. The location cannot be any better for us first timers and we have thoroughly enjoyed Paris because it is central to everywhere. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Rodin, Louvre, Hotel des Invalides, Versailles and Moyen Age were very well done. I recommend the audio guides to get the most from the visit. It would have been nice if the Musee Picasso had a similar service.
Great tip on the outlet mall at Val d'Europe and also to pack a lunch for Versailles."

Our family had a delightful stay at your Romanee apartment over New Years. The apartment was in an excellent location - we loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room and dining room windows! The apartment was so well appointed and extremely comfortable for five adults. We particularly loved the information you put together about the neighborhood. We took your advice on restaurants and loved your top five. All of us enjoyed shopping for a few meals at the shops you recommended. We particularly loved shopping on Rue Cler. These experiences made our trip to Paris more special. We will certainly stay at a Perfect Paris apartment the next time we are in that beautiful city.

"Where to begin---our favorite thing about the wonderful Cabernet apartment was the dazzling view of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night, and we loved the balcony! The neighborhood is lovely, and we went out every morning to get fresh croissants and baguettes for breakfast. While this is by no means our first trip to Paris (combined, we've been almost 30 times!), we continue to see it anew each visit and having a "home base" like this really made exploring the city easier and more convenient. Whether we were visiting Pere Lachaise, the famous cemetery, or seeing a 1920's fashion show at the Galleria, knowing we could come home to Cabernet always pushed us a little farther. A highlight of the trip was being at the Eiffel Tower at midnight on New Years Eve. It was crazy! There were Champagne bottles everywhere and tons of home-made fireworks! Thanks for a wonderful trip!"

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in the St. Emilion apartment August 31-September 8th. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed the neighbourhood and the local restaurants. This was the first time we had strayed from hotel accomodations and were a little hesitant about being on our own but the Paris Perfect staff made it clear they were a phone call away should you have any concerns. We loved it so much we will be back."
