The old oak doors of the Burgundy Paris apartment building
This gorgeous 840-square-foot Paris apartment is located on the 3rd floor (4th American) of an 18th-century building on Rue de Beaune.

You enter this historic building through a picture-postcard front door into a small, quiet courtyard leading to the staircase and elevator. The old oak doors have weathered to a caramel color and are almost three hundred years old. Look carefully on the inside to see the century's old lock.

Living Room of our Paris apartment rental
Enter the beautiful and spacious double living room of the Burgundy Paris apartment rental and you're greeted with a stunning view of the original wooden beam ceiling supported in part by exposed stone walls. The original oak plank floors are decorated with a Persian-style rug upon which sit a comfortable convertible sofa (double-sized bed), two armchairs in soft beige colors and an antique coffee table. Additional tables and a chair, a decorative marble fireplace and two large French doors providing loads of natural light make this room a comfortable place to relax. Original limestone walls of this incredible Paris apartment
The plaster was removed from the ancient walls near the fireplace to reveal the beautiful limestone used to construct the building. Much of the limestone came from under Paris which has resulted in beautiful catacombs you can actually explore.

With its beautiful combination of modern and antique furnishings, as well as the wood beam ceiling and exposed stone walls, this room is a most welcome sight after a long day of shopping and sightseeing.

Paris and la vie Parisienne revolves around food. The advantage to staying in this wonderful quartier is that there are open markets nearby - you can shop for the freshest ingredients and already prepared dishes daily and enjoy dining at home in your charming and romantic apartment.

Having a beautiful kitchen and a dining area are among the many advantages of staying in a Paris apartment rental, as you don't have to go out for every meal. You can enjoy eating with family and friends without having to get dressed up every evening. The French have mastered the art of ready-prepared dishes and foods, so you don't even have to cook to enjoy great French cuisine. Children (and adults alike) love buying fresh warm croissants at the patisserie each morning, or choosing a special dessert after lunch or dinner. Our guests tell us that shopping for croissants and desserts is the best part of their children's visit!
