Your incredible view of the Eiffel Tower at night
Our 500-square-foot Corbieres furnished apartment rental features glorious views of the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom! Toast your arrival in Paris on your first night as you witness the Eiffel Tower bathed in golden light every evening, and then bursting into twinkling lights for 5 minutes every hour on the hour.

  • Corbières

Landscaped courtyard entrance of our Corbiéres apartment
You'll know you're in for a treat when you first arrive at our Corbiéres Paris apartment and step into the serene and beautifully landscaped courtyard entrance of this Art Deco building. The gorgeously maintained flowerbeds and shrubbery are both pleasing to the eye and a promise of both privacy and quiet, peaceful nights. And, best of all, your fully-furnished apartment is located on the sixth floor (7th American), which further distances you from any street noise and provides you with greatly enhanced views and loads of natural light. The fact that this highly prized property is in the heart of the 7th arrondissement means that you'll be living right next door to just about everything you've come to Paris to see. The Eiffel Tower and the expansive Champ de Mars park is only three blocks away, sidewalk cafés dot every corner and restaurants, open markets, and famous museums are a few minutes' walk in every direction.

  • Corbières

Step into the living room, kitchen and dining area
Take the elevator to the sixth floor and enter our totally remodeled Paris apartment to an entry corridor with the living room, kitchen, and dining area in one large room to your left.

When we finished renovating and decorating this Paris vacation rental, the name Corbières immediately came to mind. Corbières wines were once known for being uncomplicated red wines produced in vast quantities. But, new technology along with the best of old traditions has resulted in Corbières wines that can now hold their own with the classic French vintages of Bordeaux and Burgundy, and prove it by regularly snapping up prizes at national competitions. So too, this thoroughly modernized Paris vacation rental has been transformed into a prized property.

  • Corbières

Natural light streams in through the windows
The first thing you can't help but notice is the amount of natural light streaming in through the windows in the living room and kitchen. Then, as you step to the windows you'll see the Eiffel Tower soaring into the sky above the rooftops. This truly is the 'pièce de résistance' when comparing the Corbières one-bedroom apartment to other Paris rentals and hotel rooms.

The living room has a definite Provencal feel to it, with colors that are soft and sunny - lots of pale yellow/gold with blue accents. The sofa is very long (great for naps!) and easily converts into two single beds at night.

The floor-to-ceiling silk curtains provide an elegant touch and the original oak floors have been beautifully refinished. A pretty beige and white armchair faces the sofa, comfortable yet light enough to be repositioned for TV viewing.

The television is a modern flat-screen equipped with a dual-standard DVD player so you can bring your favorite movies from home or rent French ones nearby. You'll also find a CD stereo, so be sure to bring your favorite music. We've installed free Internet access so you can keep up with your emails.

  • Corbières

Paintings that hang behind the sofa
The pretty Provencal feel of the apartment is reflected in the paintings that hang behind the sofa. We're always on the lookout for Parisian artwork and knickknacks to sprinkle throughout our Paris vacation rentals so you can continue to experience this fabulous city even after you return from sightseeing.

  • Corbières

Newly remodeled kitchen has every appliance you need
The newly remodeled kitchen of our Corbières Paris vacation rental is as attractive as it is functional. The large window over the sink lets the sun pour in, and its view of the Eiffel Tower makes doing the dishes a lot more enjoyable.

The dining table is quite charming, finished in an antique blue with matching padded chairs. Its solid, antique-style construction is perfect for this Paris vacation rental, as saves space, yet expands to seat six.

The kitchen of our Corbières Paris vacation rental contains everything you'll need for preparing gourmet meals. Modern appliances include a combination microwave-convection oven, two-burner electric stove, full-size refrigerator with freezer (concealed within the blond wood cabinetry), toaster, drip coffee maker, and even a cappuccino machine! We also provide quality pots and pans, utensils, and cutlery. Plus, you'll be able to set an immaculate table with quality stemware, linens, and white porcelain dishes.

With a grocery store just a few steps away and fabulous open markets in every direction, menu planning and food shopping is all part of the fun. And having a kitchen and a dining area gives our Paris vacation rental a tremendous advantage over staying at hotels, saving you a great deal of money in not having to dine out for every meal. It also allows you to more fully experience and partake in the rewards of shopping Paris' many open markets.

If you don't feel like cooking, you can still enjoy fine French food in the comfort of your apartment, because there is a Picard frozen food store just a few blocks away. The French have mastered the art of savory frozen foods, so stock up on fresh frozen soups, vegetables, soufflés, and more - and we won't say a word if you want to pretend you slaved all day preparing dinner at home in your Paris vacation rental!

The sofa easily converts to single beds at night
The sofa in the living room of easily converts to two single beds at night. They are well supported with wooden slats under the mattress and meant for every night sleeping. We have them made for us in Italy and they are far more comfortable than the standard sofa beds you find in most vacation rentals. Simply pull out the trundle bed underneath the sofa (it's on wheels) and pull up the headboard; voilà it pops up to the same height as the sofa. You pull out the sofa seat easily, which extends the mattress to its full width.

Double-paned glass windows and heavy silk curtains keep out the noise and light, making this an inviting sleeping area. A charming bookcase stands to the left of the sofa, and under the window is a pretty storage chest containing the linens for the sofa bed.

  • Corbières

Corridor leads to the spacious bedroom
The corridor leads to the spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom. The powder room with toilet and sink are along the corridor on the left, easily accessible from both the living room and bedroom. There is also a closet that houses the washer and dryer.

  • Corbières

Step into the large bedroom with charming headboard
The bright and spacious bedroom of our furnished Paris apartment has an over-sized queen bed with two charming carved wooden headboards. The bed actually consists of two mattresses zipped together, so if you want they can be separated into two single beds. As in all of our Paris vacation rentals, the mattresses are of the same high quality as those found in the best Paris hotels. We also use high-thread-count linens, so you can count on a luxurious nights' sleep. And when you wake up every morning, you'll only have to look out the window and see the Eiffel Tower to know you're in Paris.

Two pretty, antique-style bedside tables feature stylish lamps that are of the perfect height for reading in bed; the globe-style chandelier also provides additional lighting. Of course, the large window framed in floor-to-ceiling silk drapes provides lots of natural light. And, as in the living room, the windows are double-paned for a quiet nights' sleep.

  • Corbières

Beautifully furnished bedroom with plenty of storage space
There are large closets to the left of the bed, a good-sized antique dresser and a storage chest below the window that doubles as a window seat. We always strive to ensure there is plenty of storage/closet space in our Paris apartments so our guests can completely unpack and stow their luggage.

The door on the left leads to the living room; the door on the right leads to the en suite bathroom.

  • Corbières

Antique dresser topped with ornately framed mirror
This view of the bedroom highlights the beautiful antique dresser topped with a large mirror. We love to have a mix of modern and antique furniture in our rentals for a touch of Old World charm. Large mirrors, especially those with ornately carved frames, greatly enhance the feeling of light and space and reflect the many decorative appointments of our Paris vacation rentals.

Note, too, the fine quality of our floor-to-ceiling silk curtains. We believe floor-to-ceiling always adds a touch of class, and we design them with ease of use in mind. They easily slide along fashionable curtain rods and feature simple large hook-stays on each side, so there's never a worry about knotted or broken pull-strings.

  • Corbières

En suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower
The luxuriously remodeled bathroom is tiled in pale marble and features double sinks, lots of storage, and a large walk-in shower. The large window here lets the natural light flood in, and bright halogen lights mounted above the mirror provide good light in the evening. As in all of our Paris vacation rentals, there will be plenty of plush white towels waiting for you after your long, hot shower.

Not shown is the powder room with toilet and sink, which is located in the corridor between the kitchen and the bedroom, meaning you have plenty of 'getting-ready' room in the mornings!

And, you can rest assured that the bathroom, along with the entire Corbieres apartment, will be spotlessly clean when you arrive!
