This fabulous Paris apartment rental, with its spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower directly across the street, is located on the 4th floor (5th floor American) of a grand Haussmanian building on the prestigious Ave de la Bourdonnais. This totally renovated and exquisitely decorated apartment measures 1,600 square feet and features a long balcony, three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and air conditioning.

Your eyes will feast on the amount and detail of its stunning woodwork, crown moldings, and decorative ceilings, but of course, the piece de resistance is the unbelievable views of the Eiffel Tower from the long balcony that fronts the living room, the open kitchen/dining area, and the den.

Step onto the elegant oak parquet floor as you enter the foyer of our Parisian vacation apartment. Straight ahead is the living room, brightened by sunlight or the glow of the Eiffel Tower.

The living room is fitted with two comfortable Roche Bobois sofas which face the fireplace, TV and the Eiffel Tower. A beautiful antique mirror hangs over the fireplace. On the mantle is an 18th century bronze and marble clock depicting timeless love. The living room is lighted by custom-created antique Baccarat chandeliers and sconces.

Living room has been beautifully decorated in Parisian style
Let the minutes tick by as you relax and daydream, settle in on the sofas and watch CNN or BBC news or a movie on the DVD player. We supply over 100 popular titles for your pleasure (bring your favorite movies as well.) This is a perfect room for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and shopping.

Dining room table comfortably seats eight people
The dining room table, under another Baccarat chandelier, seats 8 comfortably. There is a small wine or serving table in the corner and a china cabinet against the wall.

Enjoy breakfast at your dining table or balcony bistro table
The dining area receives plenty of sunlight throughout the day, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning croissant and coffee. Alternatively, if the weather is nice, step onto your balcony and dine al fresco at your beautiful bistro table.

New kitchen with luxury appliances and Eiffel Tower views
From the completely new kitchen with contemporary soft yellow cabinets and black granite worktops you can take in the magnificence of the Eiffel Tower as you prepare your meal. The kitchen of our Paris vacation rental is fitted with all appliances: refrigerator-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and toaster, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. With a full array of cookware, you can shop the local market and prepare your own gourmet meals.

Den provides another living area and fantastic Eiffel Views!
To the left of the living room is a door that leads to the den. The den has two French doors that open to the second balcony with café table and chairs. This lovely room has been furnished with a period desk and chair and provided a Hewlett Packard printer for your use. This is the perfect spot (if you must!) to conduct business or begin that novel with a view of the Eiffel Tower for inspiration. There is also a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

The den is painted with rich, luscious colors and has two tapestry-covered walls which create the feel and look of an antique library. A custom built lounge chair converts into a twin bed. Past guests claim that not only is it wonderfully comfortable but that from this bed you have the best view in the apartment!

Stunning master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom
Off the spacious entryway is the first master bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is a large room furnished with an over-sized king bed which faces the original fireplace. There is a grand three-door armoire, triple chest of drawers a small chair and ottoman as well as two night stands. The ceiling in this room is the most magnificent. The original circular detailing of flowers and musical instruments were all hand-carved by 19th century artisans. We softly emphasized the beauty of this work with muted tones of yellow and beige.

The master bedroom has large flat-screen television and dual-standard DVD player for your enjoyment.

En suite bathroom 1 with large bathtub-shower
The en suite bathroom is tiled in a striking white tile and rich terra cotta marble. A marble wall-mounted dressing table and antique chair make primping a pleasure. The large bathtub-shower have both the French hand nozzle and an American shower head. The vanity has 6 roomy drawers for storage and is topped with a large porcelain sink.

Spacious second master bedroom with king-sized bed
The black crystal chandelier sets the romantic and striking tone of the second master bedroom. The original fireplace is a dramatic contrast to the room's clean lines. We've furnished the room with a king-sized bed, large six drawer dresser and two nightstands finished in antiqued black and complimented with pewter hardware. In the corner under built-in bookshelves we added a chair and small table - a great place to peruse a guide book and plan tomorrow's outing.

Interior of second bedroom was inspired by Modern France
Inspired by Modern France this room has crisp white walls and updated black crystal chandelier. Photos of familiar scenes in Paris hang on the walls and an original stylized painting of one of our favorite Paris icons - the clock in the Museum d'Orsay - is mounted above the bed. Through a door and behind the bed is the en suite toilet. Chrome touches and black slate flooring compliment the white walls.

An important note: all of the bedroom have black-out draperies and windows that are state-of-the-art double glazed, the same as used in luxury hotels. The apartment is located in the middle of this bustling city, but is extremely quiet for a good night's sleep.

Bedroom 2 has a huge en suite bathroom and separate toilet
The second bedroom en suite is graced with a claw-footed tub and fitted with charming fixtures and a French shower nozzle. The pedestal sink is oversized so there is plenty of room for your toiletries on each side or in one of the three mirror cupboards above the sink. A frosted glass pocket door provides privacy from the bedroom. Just outside the bathroom is a built-in triple door closet and large cupboard which houses an ample supply of bath linens for your use.

Beautiful third bedroom has twin beds, TV and DVD player
Across the hall and steps from the shower room is the third bedroom. The walls are graced with a delightful periwinkle and cream paper which are complimented by fetching matelasse bedspreads. The two extra long twin beds can be easily converted to one king. The room has a clever inset closet and a romantic styled three drawer dresser and two small night stands. Original artisan crown molding beautifies the room and accentuates the crystal chandelier draped with glistening sapphire teardrops.

Walls are adorned with charming etchings of French estates
The walls of the third bedroom are adorned with charming water-colored etchings of grand French estates. Note the small framed postage stamp commemorating the great accomplishments of Comte de la Bourdonnais, a great naval officer and war hero and for whom the street on which the apartment is located was named.

The beds face the original marble fireplace over which we have mounted a flat screen TV connected to a DVD player.

Main bathroom has a large, walk-in shower and twin sinks
If you proceed down the parquet hall the first room to your left is the very large shower room tiled in pleasing multi-tones of beige. This room has two chic, above counter sinks and an extra large walk-in shower with both a French hand nozzle and an American rain showerhead. There is a large shelving area that holds plenty of towels for your use and ample storage both under the sinks and behind the sliding mirrored doors above both sinks.

Across the foyer from the front master bedroom and just around the corner from the living areas is the first toilet. Roomy by French standards, the toilet has a charming hand-painted sink and lamp. The room also enjoys natural light from the original stained glass window that opens out the "couer" or heart of the building. The floor and walls are covered with a soft mauve tile.

Check out the small cupboard across from the toilet. This used to be the kitchen part of the apartment and this little cupboard was the original "refrigerator". Parisians would do their marketing on a daily basis and bring home the spoilable items and place them in these little cabinets that hang outside the building. They were ventilated to allow the outside air to cool the contents. At the very rear of this bedroom is the bathroom.

Near the end of the hallway is the second toilet. This charmingly petite room is wallpapered in a French toile scene in tones of soft charcoal, mushroom and taupe. There is a small sink and mirror mounted on the wall under a wall lamp created just for this room. On the wall are two 18th century prints we found at the Marche de Puces (flea market) that marry perfectly with the wall covering.

Note: The second bedroom also has a separate toilet.

The Eiffel Tower is simply dazzling at night; admire it from your apartment or walk a a few blocks and take the elevator to the top.

Champ de Mars Park has 4 playgrounds and is great for kids
The Champs de Mars gardens surrounds the Eiffel Tower and is a short 2 minute walk from our La Grande Dame vacation apartment in Paris. It has four Parisian playgrounds, bike rental, mini-car tracks set up for kids to pedal around, and even an ancient puppet theater to keep them entertained. It's also great for taking a leisurely stroll after dinner and maybe joining the crowd below the Eiffel Tower when it first lights up in the evening.

Mouth-watering pastries can be found on nearly every block
Beautiful pastries can be found on nearly every block in this neighborhood, one of the advantages of staying here. Children will love picking out their desserts for lunch and dinner, and like all Parisians, you'll want to grab your fresh-baked baguette right before your meals.

Beautiful fresh flowers from the nearby open air markets
Wouldn't some of these look lovely placed around your apartment? You'll spot many beautiful flowers artfully arranged in the open markets and flower shops dotted around the neighborhood and especially on rue Cler, which is a short 10 minute walk. You'll want to be sure to pick some up as a centerpiece for your dining table or simply to spread a little fragrance and color about. Just as plentiful are wine and cheese shops, stores selling chocolate, and just about anything else you could want.

Buy a selection of the best cheese, wine and fresh baguettes
Paris is all about food, from the open markets to the many specialty shops that are prevalent throughout the city. Most visitors can only admire or perhaps sample the simplest of fares, while Paris Perfect guests can take full advantage with their modern kitchens and dining venues to die for.

Even the seafoods from Normandy are fresh and irresistible
The four open markets around the 7th are flourishing thanks to the Parisians who still live in our neighborhoods and who shop here. There are more open markets within walking distance of the 7th arrondissement than any other neighborhood in Paris and each one is unique. Growers, fishermen and small producers drive in from the countryside at the crack of dawn to set up and sell their fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers and produce to discerning Parisians.
